Deep Learning Analysis in Development of Handwritten and Plain Text Classification API 手写体与纯文本分类API开发中的深度学习分析

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Handwritten Text Recognition (HTR) are technologies that enable text recognition. The difference between OCR and HTR is one designed specifically for digital text and one designed for handwritten text. There are already various implementations of OCR and HTR online. However, such systems do not guarantee the systems are in premises. To solve this problem, the OCR and HTR system must be built from the scratch. The purpose of this research is to improve the recognition by separating the text whether it is a handwritten or a printed text, which will later be forwarded into the appropriate recognition system. An application program interface (API) was also created in order to finalize the classification system into real world usage. In this research, the classification system being developed using convolutional neural network (CNN) method. To be able to reach the highest accuracy of the classification system, the experimentation and improvement on hyperparameters, dataset format, data augmentation and analysis on 3 CNN architectures were conducted. In the end of this research, there are 2 architectures in a tight competition on ideal data testing, one is VGG-16 with 90.63% accuracy and one is AlexNet with 90.17% accuracy. However, AlexNet is chosen as the winner after real data testing.

Sustainable Supply Chain Framework Design in Indonesian Palm Oil Industry with IoT Integration 基于物联网的印尼棕榈油行业可持续供应链框架设计

Palm Oil Production has increased rapidly as the demand has also grown in recent years. The production of global palm oil mostly comes from Southeast Asia and South America. However, palm oil production also gives several negative impacts on society and the environment. Palm oil's negative impact has been a significant issue in most palm oil producers in the world, especially in Indonesia, which contributed the most significant portion of the world's palm oil production. Therefore, a sustainable supply chain management model for the palm oil industry needs to be conducted. The supply chain needs to consider social factors and the environment as crucial factors to create sustainability. This paper proposes a framework for a sustainable supply chain (SSC) with the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) to meet company goals, achieve customer requirements, and also sustainability for the company, societies, and environment. The method for conducting the study is by comprehensive literature review. The most important finding is IoT that present in the study becomes an enabler to give visibility and transparency for the entire SSC as enhancement of technological use might give a significant benefit.

The purpose of this research is to determine whether trust is a big factor in the recent decrease of the website traffic. The research will determine whether it is the main cause of the decrease of the website traffic or there is other factor that cause the decrease of the traffic.

Feasibility Evaluation Analysis of Mobile Tower Using Sensitivity Analysis and Monte Carlo Simulation 基于灵敏度分析和蒙特卡罗模拟的移动塔可行性评价分析

In 2013, PT X received a request for the construction of 2,109 tower units which would later be rented out by PT Y. Thus, PT X started planning the tower construction in 2014. However, only 242 sites of the projected 856 towers were completed in the first quarter of 2014. This could lead to a potential withdrawal of the tower construction request by PT Y. As a consequence, PT X's management attempted to speed up the tower construction process by procuring mobile towers to serve as temporary replacement towers before conventional towers could be established. Therefore, feasibility study analysis was necessary for the purchase of the mobile towers. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires, conducting interviews, and gathering historical data of the company. Calculations were made based on these data for two alternative decision-making scenarios: without the purchase of mobile towers (alternative A) and with the purchase of mobile towers (alternative B). In addition, the calculations were done using several methods, namely net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), payback period (PBP), and profitability index (PI). From the two alternatives, alternative B was determined as the best alternative with an NPV of IDR 273 billion, an IRR of 13,81%, a PBP of 14 years and 10 months, and a PI of 1,14. Subsequently, a risk analysis was performed using sensitivity analysis for three variables, namely the possibility of increasing tower construction costs, decreasing revenue from tower rentals, and increasing tower operational costs. Among the three variables, the variable that most influenced NPV and IRR was a decrease in revenue from tower rentals with an NPV of IDR 32 billion and an IRR of 11.78%. Furthermore, Monte Carlo analysis was performed for three risk analyses simultaneously. From 10,000 trials, the probability of NPV < 0 was 1.06% and IRR < WACC was 1.03%, indicating that the chosen alternative (B) has a very small probability of failing. The study's findings led to the conclusion that alternative B would be the best option for PT X. The results of this study can also be a recommendation for other tower providers and further researchers to conduct further studies on the procurement of mobile towers.

Circular Economy In Recycled Paper Company 再生纸公司的循环经济

The paper industry is an industry that has high economic value. In the past, the use of wood-based virgin pulp was still the principal ingredient in the paper production process, but with increasing global awareness of its negative impact, the paper industry has switched to using paper waste as the main raw material. The increasing adoption of technology and the cheaper recycled paper prices are driving this movement even more. Using recycled paper as its raw material goes through several more processes to be used as raw material for making fresh paper. In the production process, waste material will appear as water, plastic, sludge (mud), ink, and so on. Currently, waste management and reuse of various kinds of remaining production are still not optimal. The Paper Industry (PI) company is a paper company that produces over 40 tons of plastic waste per day from recycled paper. So far, PI has been trying to manage the waste by using an incinerator, which is then reused as a source of steam for the production process. However, the intake from the process is still insufficient and, economically, it is still more profitable to use coal as the main raw material for the boiler. This is only one of many side products that should still be reusable. Therefore, researchers want to apply Circular Economy (CE) as a solution to this problem. Circular Economy (CE) was chosen as a tool to optimize production processes, design processes, and company operations. The CE approach is projected to have an overall positive impact on the PI. With its application, PI will get an economic surplus, improve the welfare of workers and residents, and maintain environmental conditions due to waste reduction.

Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method for Choosing The Best Secondhand Injection Machine for PT PLA 聚乳酸PT二手注塑机优选的层次分析法

PT Parama Lentum Artindo or goes by the brand “Artiplast” is a humble startup in the plastic injection business. In the second year of its journey, Artiplast needed to buy a secondhand machine with 300 tons capacity to fulfill the demand from customers. After reviewing various secondhand injection machine options in the market available to date, the alternatives are narrowed down to three machine options, which are NISSEI FE360, POTENZA PT350, and CHENHSONG JM328. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used for choosing the best from the three alternatives. AHP is a multicriteria decision-making technique that can help in producing the best alternatives that comply with all criteria and are weighed based on each criteria's priority. The method will be implemented using Super Decisions. For this research, there are 4 criteria with 9 sub-criteria to be assessed. Based on the data processing, it is decided that POTENZA PT350 is the best option for Artiplast, with the highest weight value of 0.441, followed by NISSEI FE360 with 0.338, and lastly CHENHSONG JM328 with 0.221.

Service Quality Improvement at International Airport In Indonesia Using Service Quality And Theory Of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) 运用服务质量和创造性问题解决理论(TRIZ)改进印尼国际机场服务质量

Service quality improvement at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Indonesia needs to be done to improve service to passengers. This is done because the I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Indonesia is an international airport with a large number of passengers compared to other international airports. So it is necessary to improve quality to maintain airport performance and increase satisfaction and loyalty to passengers to visit I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. This study, to improve airport passenger services by conducting initial analysis, namely determining the attributes of the airport passenger service level that need to be improved. The method used in this study uses the Servqual method and the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) method. In this study, there are 28 service quality attributes based on 5 dimensions of service quality. Based on the service quality calculation, there are 7 positive gap attributes, 4 zero gap attributes, and 17 negative gap attributes. So, 17 service quality attributes indicate passengers are not satisfied with the services provided on these attributes. Based on the results of the method, the initial stage is an analysis using a cause-effect diagram to see the potential contradictions and causes of problems by the 17 attributes. So that 12 attributes cause contradictions in solving problems and 5 attributes that do not cause contradictions in solving problems. Attributes that cause contradictions are then analyzed using the TRIZ method using 39 engineering parameters, a contradiction matrix, and 40 inventive principles. Meanwhile, attributes that do not cause contradictions will be analyzed and solutions will be provided based on 40 inventive principles. Based on the results of the analysis carried out using TRIZ, it was found that the proposed improvements for each attribute were adjusted based on the principles of universality, segmentation, change parameters), taking out, mechanical vibration, preliminary action, and mechanics substitution.

Influence of the Knowledge of Procurement Personnel on Implementation of Green Public Procurement: (Case Study: Banten, East Java, and Central Java Provinces) 采购人员知识对绿色公共采购实施的影响:(以万丹省、东爪哇省和中爪哇省为例)

Traditionally, public procurement practices emphasize value for money, which is carried out through competitive tenders to ensure that government agencies receive the cheapest offers of goods/services. But it should not only consider economic factors; the public procurement in Indonesia is also expected not to damage the environment. However, the weak capability and knowledge of personnel causes the implementation of green procurement in government institutions has not shown significant progress. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors will be able to increase the performance of green procurement in government institutions. This study uses data from questionnaires distributed to 43 respondents from Banten, East Java, and Central Java Provinces and tests using multiple linear regression methods and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Data processing shows that the awareness of procurement personnel regarding the implementation of green public procurement, training and individual awareness has a significant effect to the performance of green public procurement. In addition, training and the joining in procurement association strengthen the relationship between awareness of procurement personnel regarding to the implementation of green procurement toward performance of green public procurement. This is importance to develop personnel knowledge through training and joining procurement associations. In this way, personnel awareness regarding implementation of green procurement is able to further improve green public procurement performance.
