Bhutanese students' low performance in Mathematics dealt with IoT 不丹学生在数学上的低表现与物联网有关

In the Bhutanese educational system, mathematics is a required subject and serves as a requirement for the study of science and business in tertiary institutions. The Bhutanese school system is concerned about low math achievement rates. This study is interested to identify the causes of the students' low mathematics performance in Bhutanese schools. The study found that factors like teachers' personalities, curriculum layout, a lack of parental involvement, and student attitudes toward the topic all contribute to students' low performance in mathematics in the Bhutanese education system. If appropriate interventions and diagnostic methods are not used, there is a greater danger of extending the current downward trend in mathematics education in Bhutan. Therefore, this research looks into how educators, and other educational stakeholders can work together with varying areas of expertise to better prepare teachers and students for the education system of the twenty-first century. This requires the involvement of government policymakers and the ministry of education as implementers.

I-PWA: IoT based Progressive Web Application For Visually Impaired People I-PWA:基于物联网的视障人士渐进式Web应用程序

A person needs vocational training to get ready for a job that demands a particular skill set. The same opportunities and educational opportunities as those offered to the sighted must also be made available to persons who are visually impaired. The Internet of Things (IoT) has swiftly grown, enabling every object to be incorporated into and linked to the internet. The IoT system's complexity also influences the education industry, which still uses manual processes. The IoT's smart technology has completely changed the way things work now. Even with the IoT explosion, there is currently no software that can provide those with visual impairments practical training. The proposed I-PWA will provide them the tools they need to become independent by enabling them to receive adequate vocational training in the field of their interest. The website includes voice recognition and gesture control for navigation while IoT-based navigation with the use of motion controller devices to traverse across our website will help it evolve to the next level. Braille reading and music systems can be learned through this web-app using haptic feedback from their mobile device. The Availability of audiobooks in the app's library will also help them to gain additional knowledge on various topics. One on One tutoring feature will connect them to their own mentor and ease the learning process. The site outperforms most other websites in terms of offering a good user experience, which includes load time and visual stability, with a Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) score of 0.002, Time to Interactive (TTI) of 0.4 seconds, Speed Index of 0.8 secs, Largest Contentful Paint of 1.2 seconds and First ContentfulPaint of 0.4 secs.

An Assessment on Deviations of the Teaching-Learning Based Optimization Algorithm and its Applications 基于教与学的优化算法偏差评价及其应用

Swarm intelligence algorithms and evolutionary algorithms have been two well-known optimization approaches since the beginning of optimization. These population-based meta-heuristic algorithms are applied to a wide range of challenging multi-national computing challenges in the real world. Recently conducted studies on various multi-goal optimization techniques, on the other hand, shows that those inherently evolved meta-heuristics are incapable of dealing with multi-dimensional problems due to flaws. R.V. Rao proposed the Teaching-Learning Based Optimization (TLBO) method as a revolutionary population-based completely meta-heuristic for evaluating this type of situation in 2011. TLBO's applicability has surpassed many milestones since its inception, compared to today's advanced meta-heuristics for use in a number of engineering tasks.

Co-saliency recognition is a fast-growing field in computer vision. Co-saliency detection, a unique field of optical sensitivity, relates to the identification of shared and salient backgrounds from two or even more pertinent images, and it is broadly applicable to a variety of computer vision tasks. Various co-saliency detection techniques are composed of three modules: extracting image characteristics, examining informative signals or elements, and creating effective computer foundations to construct co-saliency. Even though several strategies have been created, there hasn't yet been a thorough analysis and assessment of co-saliency prediction methods in the literature. This work intends to provide a thorough analysis of the foundations, difficulties, and implications of co-saliency detecting. An overview is offered based on the connected computer vision works, investigates the detection history, outline and classify the important algorithms and address certain unresolved difficulties, explain the possible co-saliency identification applications as point out certain unsolved obstacles and interesting future appears to work.

Dynamic Traffic Management System 动态交通管理系统

Traffic and Congestion has become inevitable nowadays. The metropolitan cities end up being gridlocked due to the increasing traffic congestion. The conventional traffic management system is unable to control this increasing traffic faced by people in day-to-day life. So, we have proposed a Dynamic Traffic Management System that takes lively captured image frames as input and analyse the traffic at real time. The captured images are collected from the cameras that are placed at the traffic junctions and is processed through image processing. The output is going to be efficient time slots for signals. This methodology involves a real time object detection algorithm called, You Only Look Once (YOLO). This reduces the waiting time and help reduce fuel consumption. The proposed system records the traffic volume on different roads and allocates time using cameras and image processing modules.

MechService: Recommendation System for Auto care MechService:汽车保养推荐系统

The recommendation system has been rapidly developed due to web technology that provides a new way for the technician to get the customer's requirements. However, recommendation systems provide customers with enough information to decide whether to recommend a technician, and they do analyze recommended information. The existing available systems also lack feedback mechanisms for customers, which would diminish their zeal. We created a database recommendation system to address these issues. When customers cannot find the technician, they are looking for, they will be directed to the recommended pages. Recommended pages contain all the essential and extension information that customers can refer to. Furthermore, customers can make recommendations by providing a rating according to the service provided by the technician, and the recommendation system will examine the recommended data to make a rational buying choice. The usage of the recommendation system demonstrates a considerable improvement in both the use of recommended content and customer satisfaction.

The most dangerous Coronavirus, COVID-19, is the source of this pandemic illness. This illness was initially identified in Wuhan, China, in December 2019, and currently sweeping the globe. The virus spreads quickly because it is so simple to transmit from one person to another. Fever is one of the obvious signs of COVID-19 and is one of its prevalent symptoms. The mucosal areas, such as the nose, eyes, and mouth, are among the most significant ways to catch this virus. In order to prevent and track the corona virus infection, this research suggests a face-touching detection and self-health report monitoring system. Their hygiene will immediately improve thanks to this system. In this pandemic circumstance, people use their hands in dirty environments like buses, trains, and other surfaces, where the virus can remain active for a very long time. With an accelerometer and a pulse oximeter sensor, this system alerts the user when they are carrying their hands close to their faces.

In order to prevent and track the corona virus infection, this research suggests a face-touching detection and self-health report monitoring system. Their hygiene will immediately improve thanks to this system. In this pandemic circumstance, people use their hands in dirty environments like buses, trains, and other surfaces, where the virus can remain active for a very long time. Study of Battery Management System using Watchdog Software 基于Watchdog软件的电池管理系统研究

Battery Management Systems (BMS) are used in various current and business structures to make the battery action more useful and for the evaluation to keep the battery state, to the degree that this would be conceivable, away from horrible state, to augment battery lifetime. Thus, many noticing systems are used to screen the battery state of charge, temperature and current. In the stream paper, the checking structure for battery controlled Electric Vehicles (EV) has been completed and attempted. This structure surveys and shows the battery temperature, charging/delivering current and Region of Charge (SOC) for the considered model battery for imitating and making the model of a working BMS for Solid State and Semi-Solid-State Batteries in current circumstance. In like manner, to give a preliminary and prosperity feature for electric vehicle from fire hazard and mindfulness and take the imperative measures for the security of EV vehicles and EV current vehicles.

You may think of this component as a situation, person, blog post, or tangible experience. The analysis of comparable purchasing behavior may be used to understand the needs of the customer and foresee future opportunities to assist them. E-business Associations may track the uses and passions associated with their Particulars via this internal assessment and adopt better marketing mechanism to give a tailored shopping experience for their customers, so improving their hierarchical advantage. By using the Programming interface key, Twitter data for this article was collected from Twitter. Similarly, we really want to finish setting up the systems. Additionally, the system supported NLP approaches, thus we wish to implement the calculation as a crucial backslide. The exploratory problems exhibit perfection.

Recommendation Systems for Supermarket 超市推荐系统

Numerous recommender systems offer recommendations to users depending on their interests. Several applications including those in e-commerce, healthcare and markets have adopted recommendation systems. This paper's major goal is to demonstrate various difficulties with the methods utilized for producing suggestions. The aim is to explore and develop recommendation algorithms using past sales data. It covers the ideas behind content-based filtering, hybrid model recommendation, collaborative filtering and association rules for recommendation systems. For Product recommendation, three algorithms are used: the popularity product recommendation algorithm, the frequent pattern growth algorithm and Apriori algorithm. To increase sales and market response, the proposed recommendation model yields good recommendation outcomes. Additionally, it suggests particular products to potential clients. This paper describes the research environment for recommendation systems in grocery stores. From the observed recommendation models, Popular Product Recommendation does not require customer analysis. Among the models that compare the customer behavior, FP Growth serves better than Apriori model due to its faster execution time. This paper provided a very relevant and practical business transformation scenario that helps businesses in comparable circumstances change their business models.
