With growing population there is a great demand for land to make accommodations which in turn decreases the availability of agricultural land. The unavailability of agricultural land may lead to a shortage of food in the future. The food shortage problem can be resolved using the Soilless Smart Farming technique. Soilless Smart Farming basically means growing crops like grain, vegetables, fruits, and seeds without soil. Soilless Smart Farming can also be termed Hydroponics; here word Hydro refers to water and Ponics indicates the flow of solution to plants without soil. The advantages of using Soilless Farming are higher crop yield, less water required, low risk of parasites attack, and continuous growth throughout the year. It becomes possible to grow a variety of crops in a small area as compared with the traditional way of farming where soil plays a measure role in cultivation. In Soilless Smart Farming IoT sensors can be used for measuring the temperature, and pH labels of the crops. The data is collected with the help of IoT sensors and collected data is sent to the cloud service to check whether the pH label is stable or not and whether the temperature is ideal for crop cultivation. The maintenance cost is reduced by using IOT sensors as it makes it easier to monitor the crop condition and take necessary steps when required.

The creation of a DC microgrid employing a hybrid wind-solar power system for LED street lights and a sporadic power system is the subject of this study. All of them are free and plentiful. The usage of wind-solar hybrid power systems and LED lighting helps reduce electricity costs while increasing energy efficiency. The system's goal is to utilize wind, solar, DC storage (battery), LED lighting, and a controller with maximum power point tracking [MPPT] for solar power, a PID controller for operational charging/dispatch for wind power, and LED dimming control for energy conservation to monitor the system's performance and maintenance. By utilising a timer, all of the LED bulbs will automatically light up between the hours of 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM, using up to 90% less energy than incandescent lamps. Utilizing a timer and dimming controls, 50% of light can be achieved from 10 PM to 6 AM. The suggested technology continuously overcharges the battery to safeguard it from over- or under-voltage while also focusing on energy conservation. Using MATLAB simulation, the proposed system was examined with regard to the battery voltage and the hybrid input power's operational state. By simulating using MatLAB/Simulink, the hybrid system is identified.

Around 400 million people worldwide use English as their first language, resulting it as the most extensively spoken language across the globe. Many government offices and other businesses use offline forms, the majority of which must be filled out in English. Manually digitalizing those forms is an impossible, time-consuming, and error-prone task, so extracting text from them may solve the problem. In many organizations, they have forms that have text boxes to fill out the information. So extracting text from these forms is a crucial solution. The proposed solution comprises image recognition, so the neural network is a far more convincing approach. A deep learning model, i.e., convolutional neural networks, is used to classify the characters. The handwritten alphabets and numbers are collected from Kaggle and Mnist datasets. Using those datasets, two CNN models were trained. Image processing techniques were used, which helped in the preprocessing of the image. Finding the image's coordinates and performing a perspective transform results in the removal of undesirable areas of the input image. Horizontal and vertical lines were detected, which resulted in the finding of the rectangular boxes in the form where the data is contained. According to the type of the detected box, each character in the box is sent to the respective model, which results in identifying the character and helping to find the content in that particular field. All detected content is automatically saved in an Excel sheet. The proposed system achieves an accuracy of 85%.

This paper proposes an EH-WSN multi-hop (MH) cluster routing protocol (Energy-balanced MH cluster routing, EBMCR) to obtain solar energy, to achieve network energy balance during intra-cluster transmission and inter-cluster transmission. The main contributions of this paper are as the protocol balances the energy consumption (EC) of cluster head (C-H)nodes in different units by dividing the network area, calculates the number of nodes in each unit according to mathematical derivation, and minimizes the total EC of Tdata, improve the HEED C-H selection method, select the node with high energy distribution and neighbor distribution weight in the unit as the C-H, and effectively balance the EC of the nodes in the cluster, based on the PSO algorithm, the inter-cluster routing strategy is designed to improve the energy efficiency of Tdata, ensure the energy balance of nodes on the transmission path, and avoid nodes with lower energy being selected as routing nodes.

This study looks at the link between organizational justice as seen by employees, job conscientiousness, and social responsibility in the context of private bank employees. The study's cross-sectional design method looked at workers with less than one year of experience. Participants answered standardized questionnaires to assess their views on social responsibility, job conscientiousness, and organizational justice. Regression analysis is done on the data. Social responsibility, work ethics, and organizational fairness. According to our findings, substantial link between organizational justice and social responsibility and job conscientiousness. These results led the study's authors to advise bank managers to modify their management procedures in order to lessen emotions of authoritarianism and to take proactive measures to improve employee productivity in the long term.
