Activities at Situ Kebantenan contribute to the entry of various types of waste. These wastes include domestic waste, fishery and industrial waste. The water supply of Situ Kebantenan comes from the Cisadane River and Ciliwung Riverwhich indirectly carries garbage. If the condition of the entry of the pollution load occurs continuously, it will certainly have a bad impact on the quality of the waters and the organisms that live in the waters of Situ Kebantenan. The level of fertility in the in situ waters can minimize and control the pollution load that enters from the surrounding environment so that the existence of the in situ ecosystem can be utilized sustainably. Therefore, it is necessary to do research on the level of fertility of the waters using the TRIX (Trophic Index) calculation formula. The purpose of this study was to determine the trophic status of Situ Kebantenan, Bogor Regency, West Java Province based on the TSI (Carlson Trophic State Index) method and the TRIX (Trophic Index) method. This research was conducted in April-May 2019. Sampling of water and in-situ parameter testing was carried out at Situ Kebantenan located in Cibinong, Bogor Regency. Ex situ tests included TN (Total Nitrogen), TP (Total Phosphate) and chlorophyll-α. In the research procedure, samples were taken 3 times with an interval of 14 days and on the surface of the Situ Kebantenan waters. The method used in this study included measurements of chlorophyll-a levels, total phosphate and total nitrogen. Based on the Carlson Trophic Index (TSI) method on testing water samples in the waters of Situ Kebantenan, it shows that the TSI value is included in the eutrophic category with values ranging from 112.12-125.53. Based on the Trophic Index (TRIX) method, the Kebantenan Situ has a TRIX value ranging from 2.034 to 2.78 which is included in the mesotrophic category.

Giant prawns are one of the leading commodities of the people of Sambas Regency. From a socio-cultural perspective, catching giant prawns has been going on for a long time and until now it has become a habit and a hobby which has even become an international event that is packaged in the form of a fishing competition. Indirectly, the giant prawn business expands and plays a role in moving other sectors, such as the tourism sector, either in the form of tours or culinary. Catching giant prawns in Sambas Regency is already intensive because it only depends on the fishing sub-sector and lasts all year round. This study aims to predict the current status of giant prawn resources in various dimensions in order to formulate strategic policies in sustainable management. Based on the results of the RAPFISH analysis on each dimension of sustainability, it can be concluded that the sustainability status of giant prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) resource management in Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan, has a sustainability index value of 45.34. Sustainability status is in less sustainable condition or poor management status. The highest sustainability index value is found on the social dimension and the lowest on the institutional dimension. Of the five dimensions of sustainability, the social and ecological dimensions show results that are still supportive for the sustainability of the giant prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) resource management in Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan. And the other three dimensions must be given special attention because the sustainability dimension has an impact on the sustainability of management with a less sustainable status or poor management status. Especially on the institutional dimension, it should be an evaluation for local governments. Based on the facts on the ground, there is no real formal institution in catching giant prawns, unlike fishing groups or other fish farming groups. That's why it is believed that in planning the development of fishing groups or fishing for giant prawns, it is currently impossible to do. So that in the future a formal regulation from the local government is needed regarding the business actors of catching giant prawns in Sambas Regency.

This study conducted in three months start in June until August 2020 in the Mangrove Forest Ecosystem of Payum Merauke Beach. Line transect methods with purposive sampling are using to collected all the samples. There are three stations in this location. The results found in Stasion I tnd., respectively. Both length and weight in the three stations separated into 4 categorize. The higest categories in St. I and St. II belong to category length between 0,96-1,70 cm approximately 638 ind and 84 ind. Reverse with that in St. III belong to category III (1,71-2,45 cm) with 15 ind. Furthermore, for weight analysis dominate with category I with 0,00-0,59 gram which is found in all station. For lenght and weight analysis using Regreation showed Allometric Negative where the growth of length is faster than body weight. Morever the distribution pattern in all sampling site showed in clumped pattern. The condition factor of species L. intermedia, ranges from 0.31 to 26.45 with an average of 1.15. Key Words: Merauke; Weight-Length Relationship; Distribution; Gastropod; Littorina

The main construction of the purse seine is wings, body and bag. The mesh size of each part is different. The wings have a mesh size of 10.16 cm, body 7.62 cm and bag 2.54 cm. Mesh size greatly affects the size of catch. Fish morphometric which is strongly influenced by mesh size is fish body girth. A mesh size larger than the body girth will allow fish to escape from the net and a smaller mesh size will trap fish by gilled, snagged or wedged. The purpose of the study was to distribute the frequency of the length and body girth of mackerel, analyze the relationship between length, body girth and mesh size of the purse seine. The research method used is experimental fishing for 2 trips. Analysis of the data used is linear regression, the formula for the width of the purse seine mesh opening and determination of body girth coefficient based on mesh size. The results showed that the minimum value of mackerel length was 35 cm and the maximum value was 57 cm. The highest length frequency distribution was at the size of 41-43 cm. The minimum value of fish body girth is 23 cm and the maximum value is 44 cm. The highest value in the body girth frequency distribution of fish was 29-31 cm. The relationship between length and body girth has a value of y=0.72x–1.91. The correlation value of body girth and mesh size is 0.82 and has an average body girth coefficient of 0.084 in the bag, 0.251 body and 0.335 wings. The fish body girth coefficient value is smaller than the standard. This means that mackerel caught tend to be wedged in the wings, gilled in the body and snagged in the bag.Key Words: Body Girth; Mackerel; Mesh Size; Purse Seine
