This bibliometric analysis delves into the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Development (HRD) research, exploring trends, collaborative networks, and influential works. Utilizing VOSviewer, we conducted a temporal analysis, co-authorship network analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, and citation analysis on a comprehensive dataset from leading databases. Temporal trends reveal an increasing scholarly interest in HRD since the early 2000s. Co-authorship networks unveil collaborative clusters, showcasing influential authors and fostering a collective research agenda. Keyword co-occurrence analysis uncovers interconnected thematic clusters, emphasizing the interdisciplinary nature of HRD. Citation analysis identifies pivotal works shaping HRD scholarship. Integrating these findings provides a holistic understanding of HRD research, offering implications for future endeavors and insights for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers.

The operational management of manufacturing companies in Bandung City plays a pivotal role in shaping their financial performance. This quantitative research aimed to analyze the implementation of operational management, with a focus on production efficiency, product innovation, and customer satisfaction, and their effects on financial performance. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) was employed to assess these relationships. The research involved a sample of 130 manufacturing companies, spanning various sizes. The study found robust support for the following hypotheses: production efficiency positively influences financial performance, product innovation has a positive impact on financial performance, higher customer satisfaction is associated with improved financial performance, and there are significant interdependencies among production efficiency, product innovation, and customer satisfaction, collectively affecting financial performance. The findings emphasize the need for a holistic approach to operational management, innovation, and customer-centric strategies in manufacturing companies. These results provide valuable insights for managers and policymakers in Bandung City, offering practical recommendations for enhancing financial performance in the manufacturing sector.

The study focuses on uncovering the effects of these interactions on accountability mechanisms and financial performance. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates quantitative survey data with qualitative interview insights. The quantitative phase involves a structured survey to explore relationships, while the qualitative phase offers deeper insights from key stakeholders. The findings reveal the mediating role of accountability in the relationship between entrepreneurship and financial performance. Auditing practices emerge as strategic tools for promoting transparency and indirectly enhancing financial outcomes. This research paper presents a bibliometric analysis of social entrepreneurship and leadership literature to identify key themes, trends, and collaborative patterns within the field. The study uses VOSviewer software to visualize co-authorship networks and generate keyword co-occurrence maps. Data was collected from the Scopus database, focusing on publications from 2013 to this year. The results show six distinct clusters of research themes: social justice, corporate social responsibility, social capital, social class, social leadership, and power. Trend analysis shows a steady increase in research outcomes, underscoring the growing importance of social entrepreneurship and leadership in addressing societal challenges. In addition, the authors' collaboration network shows a thriving research community with active cross-disciplinary collaborations. This visualization provides valuable insights for researchers, policymakers, and practitioners, facilitating the identification of influential works, research gaps, and potential areas for collaboration in social entrepreneurship and leadership.

Blockchain technology's disruptive potential in the digital economy has spurred a surge in scholarly interest, leading to a complex landscape of research endeavors. This study employs a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to illuminate the multifaceted dimensions of blockchain's impact. Through analysis techniques and visualization tools, including VOSviewer, we uncover publication trends, influential authors, research themes, collaboration networks, and the interdisciplinary nature of blockchain research. The results reveal a steady increase in publications over the past decade, indicating growing recognition of blockchain's significance. Influential authors emerge as key contributors, shaping the research discourse and driving innovation. Diverse research themes, ranging from fintech and digital transformation to cryptocurrencies and smart contracts, underscore blockchain's applications across various sectors. Collaborative networks highlight the emergence of focused communities, fostering interdisciplinary insights. The integration of VOSviewer facilitates an exploration of these insights, offering a nuanced perspective on blockchain's disruptive potential. Our analysis contributes to a deeper understanding of the evolving landscape, informing researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and stakeholders navigating the complexities of blockchain technology in the digital economy.
