— The development of an inter-regional cooperation model in providing basic public services in the Ajatappareng area of South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, is presumably not as effective as expected. This study aims to describe basic public services (health, education and transportation) and models or patterns of cooperation developed by local governments. This study used a survey-evaluative method. Data were collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and shift-share analysis. The result is a fairly effective provision of basic public services in education, health and transportation. The provision of effective education services is seen from the aspects of equal distribution and expansion of access, quality of services provided, internal efficiency and effectiveness of institutional management. Provision of health services is quite successful in terms of public access, equity and justice, public health status, and levels of mortality, morbidity and community nutritional status. The provision of transportation services is quite effective, seen from the provision of infrastructure that can open up regional access to remote areas. There are two models of inter-regional cooperation and coordination that are implemented, namely "service exchange" and "consolidation of service mergers", in addition to the three idealized cooperation models. The three service models that are not optimal in practice are inter-government service contracts, joint service agreements and permanent transfers of interregional government services.

This study examines community empowerment in maintaining public domain marking as a community's right for trademark. This is legal research by using methods according to scientific characteristics of the Law (jurisprudence), namely normative legal research. The public is given authority to use a public domain. The same as the Geographical Indication Protection Society, a public domain protection community is needed on the brand and included in the trademark law. The public is given the authority to use the public domain mark and entitled lawsuit against the use of public domain by unauthorized individuals.

— This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in universities. This classroom action research refers to the model of Kemmis and McTaggart, in which there are four learning steps, which include planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The implementation of the action was carried out in three cycles, whereas many as 18 students of the S1 Mechanical Engineering Education study program, Unesa became the research subjects. Data collection on student learning outcomes was carried out using test instruments. The data from the research results are then analyzed descriptively quantitatively based on predetermined success indicators. This study found that the implementation of effective, efficient, and innovative online learning can improve student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the data on learning outcomes in the first cycle, it is known that only 44% or 8 of the 18 students achieved the complete criteria. These results then increased in the second cycle, where there were 61% or as many as 11 students who met the criteria. Meanwhile, in the third cycle student learning outcomes increased again, where 83% or 15 students out of 18 students reached the complete criteria.

This paper describe learning in the 2013 curriculum using the theme "My Place of Regions" which is described as the sub-theme of "The Uniqueness of My Places of Occupation" using the cooperative learning model, the type of jigsaw. The application of the jigsaw cooperative model in learning is quite effective. This can be seen from the students' mastery of the material being studied. Students are able to answer questions given by the teacher both directly and through LKS well. Be concluded as follows. (1) The application of a jigsaw type cooperative model to the material "The Uniqueness of My Place Area" is quite effective. (2) The role of the teacher in learning using the jigsaw cooperative model is as a facilitator of learning activities, not as a center or source of all information, thus students will have the opportunity to develop in a variety of abilities and will also enhance student creativity. (3) The use of a jigsaw cooperative model is not only able to develop students 'cognitive but also able to develop students' affective domains such as cooperation, tolerance, responsibility for sharing and courage of students in expressing opinions, and other characteristics that are useful in establishing a relationship between students.
(1)拼图式合作模型在素材“The unique of My Place Area”上的应用效果显著。

—This research is an ex post facto study which aims to find out what learning styles students have and whether there is influence of learning styles on students' mathematics learning outcomes. The population in this study was all students in SMP Negeri Urumb Merauke. Data analysis used descriptive statistics to describe the types of student learning styles and correlation coefficient inferential statistics of Eta test to determine whether there is the influence of learning styles on students' mathematics learning outcomes. The results obtained are students in SMP Negeri Urumb have diverse learning styles, those are 24.49% of visual learning style, 53.06% of auditory learning style, and 22.45% of kinesthetic learning style. Analysis using Eta test obtained is influence of learning styles on mathematics learning outcomes.

— Management is an activity carried out by moving people or workers to do a job. Allocation of village funds is part of village finances obtained from regional tax revenue sharing and part of the central and regional financial balancing funds received by districts for villages at least 10% (ten percent). All activities originating from the village fund allocation budget are planned, implemented and evaluated openly by involving all village communities. Administrative accountability in North Toraja district is in the good category. The village, the implementing team or the supervisors carry out their respective duties properly according to administrative procedures. The management of infrastructure for village fund allocation in North Toraja Regency is in the good category. In managing the allocation of village funds in North Toraja, professionalism, effectiveness, and efficiency in administrative activities are good because they are done well according to existing procedures. There is a relationship between administrative accountability and the management of village fund allocation infrastructure in North Toraja Regency. It is known that administrative accountability in the management of village fund allocations has a correlation value of 0.670 from the person correlation sig (1-tailed) value associated with each variable, which means that there is a relationship between variables X and Y.

— The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of the human capital improvement on business development implemented by women in informal businesses, called Tibo-Tibo fish business in North Minahasa Regency. This research method utilises one group pretest-posttest experiment design and data were collected utilising a questionnaire technique for 55 women who were selected purposively to develop business. Another data collection procedure is a market survey that targets to discover what sorts of products which have marketing opportunities based on consumer needs. Data were analyzed by means of two difference analysis techniques with T-Test followed by Regression test. The results exhibited a significant difference before and after the training. Other findings exposed that there was an increase in knowledge and skills in product diversification, innovation and marketing strategies, and an increase in entrepreneurial attitudes which affect the development of a business.
