Manajemen Aplikasi Database Sekolah/Madrasah Muhammadiyah se-Kota Binjai Berbasis Web 在线Binjai市Muhammadiyah数据库管理

There are 13 schools/madrasas of Muhammadiyah in Binjai City, with details at the Elementary School level as many as 6, at the SMP/MTs level as many as 4 schools and according to the SMA/MA level as many as 3 schools. The results of observations made by the service team show that all schools have not maximally used technology in the school administration system. One of the technologies that are being developed is Website-basedCity. The general goal is to maximize the use of technology in school/madrasah administration. While the specific goal is to implement a web-based application system by Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Council of Binjai City for data collection in the administration of Muhammadiyah schools/madrasas in Binjai City. This activity was carried out at the Institution Muhammadiyah of Binjai City Jl. K.H. Ahmad Dahlan No. 4 Binjai with partners from the Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Council of Binjai City . the method of acitivity is to conduct training to partners. The implementation begins with the creation of a school database form then the creation of a web-based application carried out by the service team, then socialization activities by conducting workshops. With this workshop, it is hoped that partners can implement MADRasAh Muhammadiyah in Binjai City.

Pelatihan Pengelolaan Pembelajaran di Masa Pendemi Covid 19 Bagi Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Binjai 在Covid 19年为Binjai州立小学教师举办的管理学习培训

Online learning will certainly be less meaningful without synergy in proper learning management and not all learning during the Covid-19 pandemic is effective in the online system. Learning will be effective if carried out blandded learning, which is a combination of online and through face-to-face classically. A face-to-face approach during the Covid19 pandemic can actually be done by still using procedures, health protocol rules, and is carried out using learning strategies and methods that are considered appropriate and effective. Therefore, knowledge and abilities about learning management during the Covid19 pandemic need to be provided and strengthened for schools in the elementary education unit (SD) of Binjai city. Because, the knowledge and ability of schools and teachers in managing and innovating for learning is needed in the world of education today, let alone in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak. Knowledge and ability to manage learning is related to starting from planning (planning), organizing (organizing), implementation (actuating) and evaluation (evaluating) so that the effectiveness of teaching and learning during the current Covid-19 pandemic can be achieved, both the implementation of online and offline learning. The training results provide a combination of teachers as trainees about blendded learning, the level of teacher satisfaction tendency towards training activities, especially on the management of offline and online learning.
