This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product packaging on customer loyalty at Sari Ater Hot Spring, Subang. This study uses quantitative research methods with descriptive and verification analysis, the analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression. The number of samples is 384 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire that was distributed to visitors to Sari Ater Hot Springs, Subang. The results showed that service quality had a positive and partially significant effect on customer loyalty, where the significance was 0.00 <0.05 and tcount 11.880 > ttable 1.96. Product packaging has a positive and partially significant effect on customer loyalty, where the significance is 0.00 < 0.05 and tcount 14.569 > ttable 1.96. Simultaneously, the quality of service and product packaging on customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect, where the significance is 0.00 < 0.05 and Fcount 690,491 > Ftable 3,019. The total effect is 78.40%, and 21.60% is influenced by other variables that have not been studied

This study aims to determine the effect of tourist motivation and promotion on the decision to visit Curug Sentral Jayanegara. The method used is descriptive quantitative verification method. The sample used was 355 respondents with a Simple Random Sampling approach and SPSS Statistics 24 software for Windows. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The results showed (1) tourist motivation had a significant effect on the decision to visit 50.20%, (2) promotion had a significant effect on the decision to visit 31.60%. (3) tourist motivation and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect of 48.80% on visiting decisions and (4) there is a correlation between tourist motivation and promotion of 0.428. Based on these results, it can be concluded that tourist motivation and promotion have an influence in increasing visiting decisions.

Analysis of Tourist Motivation on the Decision to Visit in the Lamajang Tourism Village was a study conducted to see the effect of tourist motivation to increase visiting decisions. If there was an influence in the decision to visit, then the motivation of tourists provided an increase in the decision to visit. But, if there is no influence in the decision to visit, then the motivation of tourists does not provide an increase in the decision to visit. The research method used was a quantitative research method with descriptive analysis with verification approach. Data collection techniques were observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Primary data sources were obtained from a questionnaire of 110 respondents. The results showed that the variable Tourist Motivation influenced which decision to visit. It can be seen from the increase of Tourist Motivation can provide an increase in Visiting Decisions. In addition, Tourist Motivation was also influenced the Visiting Decision. Based on the results of the Determination Coefficient Test showed that the variable Tourist Motivation gave effect as much as 31,2% and the remaining 68,8% is influenced by other factors were not examined in this study. Based on these results it can be concluded that Tourist Motivation had had an influence in improving the Visiting Decision.

Lamajang village, has potential in tourism development both in terms of culture, agriculture, and unique tourist attractions. One of the important activities carried out in Lamajang Village is about cultural preservation, namely the Solokan Hajat Adat where this activity aims to express gratitude and gratitude. Researchers conducted research on these activities with the aim of knowing the process of implementing the Indigenous Hajat Solokan and efforts to preserve the Indigenous Hajat Solokan tradition which is used as a cultural tourist attraction. The research method used is a qualitative method with both primary and secondary data collection techniques, while both primary and secondary data collection is carried out by observation, interviews and documentation studies. Meanwhile, in analyzing data through the process of reduction, presentation and verification, primary data sources were obtained from the management of Lamajang Village, traditional leaders and community leaders and secondary data through the history book of the Cikondang Traditional House, journals regarding cultural preservation and sources relevant to the problems studied by the researchers. The results of the study concluded that the process ofimplementing the Solokan Hajat Adat had met the rules of a good event process, while in the preservation efforts for the protection element, the utilization of development had been fulfilled in the activity but there were still shortcomings, especially in the development element, it was not maximized because there was still a lack of involvement of the younger generation. With the existence of the local government as well as the community, the implementation of the Solokan Hajat Indigenous activities becomes mutual cooperation and goes well.

This research conducted at building of Dekranasda Batam city, this building also Galery of Dekranasda Batam City and Office of Dekranasda secretariat. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative method approach. This research was conducted by distributing quetionnaires to 336 respondents. Data analysis using descriptive and verification analysis, the analysis model used is a simple linear regression test. Data management using the windows version of SPSS software. Based on the result of the descriptive analysis test, it was found that the value of the product quality variabel with an average 4,52 was in the “Very good” category. obtained the value of customer satisfaction variable with an average 4,53 was in the “Very good” category. obtained the value of customer loyality variable with an average 4,46 was in the “Very good” category. While the result of the verification analysis of product quality variables on customer satisfaction obtained a t-count of 22,770, greater the t-table, namely 1,967 with a significance value of 0,00<0,05, wich mean that the product quality partially (t-test) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The result of the verification analysis of product quality variables on customer loyality obtained a t-count 17,560, greater the t-table, namely 1,967 with a significance value of 0,00<0,05, wich mean that the product quality partially (t-test) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyality. This research aimed to determine the effect of product diversity and location both partial and simultaneous on the interest in visiting De'Tuik Resto & Resort Bandung. The research used quantitative methods with descriptive analysis and verificative analysis. Data collection technique employed a questionnaires by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical methods used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient, Determination Coefficient, t Test and F Test. Hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of this research indicate that all statement items are valid and reliable. Multiple linear regression test results have a significant and positive effect on visiting interests, namely variables in product and location diversity. The results of correlation analysis showed that the relation between variables was categorized as strong. In addition, from the F test produced Fhitung 207,432 is greater than Ftabel 3.09 so that Ho was rejected, Ha accepted means that the variable diversity of products and locations significantly affects the interest in visiting De'Tuik Resto & Resort. The calculation of the coefficient of determination (R²) resulted in a value of 0.810. The values showed that together the diversity of products and locations (independent variables) had an effect on visiting interests (dependent variables) by 81% and the remaining 19% were influenced by other variables not studied in this research.

The independent variable (X) in this study is meal experience which consists of several sub-dimensions, namely food and drink, variety in menu choice, level of service, price value for money, interior design, atmosphere and mood, location and accessibility, and food and beverage. beverage service employees and the dependent variable (Y) is customer satisfaction. Questionnaires were distributed to 112 consumers who visited and dined at Yoshinoya Japanese Restaurant TSM Bandung. The data analysis technique used is simple regression using the IBM SPSS for Mac 26.0 program. The results of the study based on the results of the meal experience variable has a significant influence with the coefficient of determination of 69.8% on customer satisfaction with a strong relationship. While the results of the partial test (t test) show that meal experience has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a value of 15.963 because it is greater than the t table value of > 1.982. This study aims to determine: (i) the concept of health tourism in Sari Ater; (ii) motivation for tourist visits to Sari Ater; (iii) the influence of the concept of health tourism on the motivation for tourist visits to Sari Ater. The method used in this research is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 100 Sari Ater tourists randomly. The results of the questionnaire were processed using the SPSS 24 application by testing the validity, reliability, normality, simple linear regression, t test, and the coefficient of determination. The hypothesis of this study is "There is an influence from the concept of health tourism on the motivation for tourist visits to Sari Ater". The results are: (i) the concept of health tourism in Sari Ater shows an average score of 3.63 in the good category. (ii) the motivation for a tourist visit to Sari Ater shows an average score of 3.63 in the good category. (iii) the effect of the concept of health tourism on the motivation for tourist visits to Sari Ater shows the t value of 11.468 is greater than t table 1.66055 which can be said to have a positive and significant effect. With a RSquare value of 0.573 or 57.3% of the contribution made by the concept of health tourism to the motivation of tourist visits with a pretty good category. At the end of the research, the authors suggest that the main and supporting facilities can be repaired or equipped by Sari Ater.

The tourist net power of Bandung District is relatively small compared to West Bandung District and Bandung City, even though the number of tourist objects is the most compared to the two regions. One of the attractions in Bandung district is Situ Cileunca, which has historical value, natural value and cultural beauty, but the number of tourists continues to decrease. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist attractions and facilities on visitor satisfaction at Situ Cileuca Pangalengan. The research was conducted through a survey of 100 respondents. The data was processed quantitatively through SPSS software. The results of the instrument test showed that it was valid and reliable to be applied. Attractions and facilities show a good classification and have a significant effect. The coefficient of determination is 65.60%, the remaining 34.40% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to improve the quality of service, the quality of attractions and facilities as well as digital promotions, so that tourist satisfaction can be increased and the attractiveness of tourism is more socialized among the wider community.

The purpose of this study was to obtain findings regarding the implementation of the website, the decision to stay and the effect of website quality on stay decisions. The object of this research is the guests who stay in Banyan Tree Bintan. Banyan Tree Bintan is a 5- star hotel located in the Riau Islands, to be exact, on the island of Bintan, in a protected forest area that offers a luxurious lifestyle amidst nature. The type of research is descriptive and verification, and the method used in this research is quantitative with statement in the questionnaire form to guests by taking a sample of 400 guests randomly. The results of the questionnaire will be processed using SPSS 24 by testing validation, reliability, normality and simple linear regression. The hypothesis of this study “there is an effect of website quality on the decision to stay at Banyan Tree Bintan” The result is: a constant value (a) 12.479 which indicates the quality of the website plays an active role in improving the decision to stay at Banyan Tree Bintan. The regression coefficient (b) value obtained for the decision to stay is the quality of the website (0.828) descriptively, the value of the website quality variable has a positive influence on the decision to stay, this is because the regression coefficient of the website quality variable is positive, meaning that if there is an increase in the website quality score by 1 unit In the condition that the other variable scores are the same or constant, this will be followed by an increase in the quality of the website (0.828) by the unit. At the end of the research, the author suggests that Banyan Tree Bintan continues to improve the quality of the website so that guests get more satisfaction while surfing the Banyan Tree Bintan website.
