A Comprehensive Helicopter Pilot Fatigue Evaluation Model for Offshore Operation 海上作业直升机驾驶员疲劳综合评价模型

In this paper, we build an analysis index system model to evaluate the fatigue levels of offshore helicopter pilots. The system is established using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on a survey covering sixty-six offshore helicopter pilots and ten flight safety experts. The factors and indicators of the system are selected according to related studies in civil aviation industry. The weight of each factor and indicator is determined using the order relation analysis method (G1 method) to analysis ten questionnaires replied by experts. The evaluated pilots fatigue levels are compared with the self-report fatigue levels for the validation of the model. Results show that the presented evaluation model is scientific and feasible for estimating the fatigue states of the pilots efficiently, thus can be employed by offshore helicopter companies to enhance the flight safety.

Analysis and application of sports video image based on feature matching 基于特征匹配的体育视频图像分析与应用

In order to improve the accuracy and speed of sports video recognition, a sports video recognition model based on feature screening and support vector machine is proposed. Aiming at the disadvantages of the content-based image classification and retrieval method, such as huge amount of data and high computational complexity, this paper proposes an image classification method based on SIFT algorithm and applies it to sports image classification. On the basis of sorting image pixels, the extreme value region based on the change of gray closed value is extracted according to the neighborhood quadtree data structure optimized by rank merging and path compression, which effectively restores all the information of the region that eventually becomes a pixel value and gray threshold. The extreme value region is used as a node to construct a component tree, and the maximum stability criterion is obtained. In order to facilitate the subsequent feature description, a vector-based second-order center-rectangle general formula is constructed, and the general formula is reduced to a two-dimensional covariance matrix, and the irregular shape region is adjusted to an ellipse. Due to the complex and changeable image data, no matter what kind of algorithm is currently used, it cannot be applied to the matching problem of various images, especially for the situation that the image has scale change and affine deformation. Taking the image classification method in the SIFT algorithm as the research perspective, the characteristics of the SIFT algorithm and its generation are deeply analyzed, and the method is applied to the classification of sports images.

Data Analysis and Computer Simulation of the Coordination Relationship between Electricity and Regional Development Based on VAR Model 基于VAR模型的电力与区域发展协调关系的数据分析与计算机模拟

Based on the quarterly data of Sichuan Province from 2006 to 2018, this paper constructs a VAR(5) model of electricity price, GDP per capita, energy consumption intensity, industrial structure, and social power consumption. the results showed that the increase of electricity inhibitory effect on regional economy is short-term, improve electricity than will not cause long-term effect on the development of the economy; The adjustment of industrial structure will have a direct effect on social electricity consumption and energy intensity, which will be fed back to the electricity price.
本文基于四川省2006 - 2018年季度数据,构建了电价、人均GDP、能源消耗强度、产业结构、社会用电量的VAR(5)模型。结果表明,提高用电量对区域经济的抑制作用是短期的,提高用电量不会对经济的发展造成长期的影响;产业结构的调整将直接影响社会用电量和能源强度,并反馈到电价中。

Application Research of Attention Mechanism in Machine Reading Comprehension 注意机制在机器阅读理解中的应用研究

In recent years, machine reading comprehension has become one of the latest and most popular topics in natural language processing, attention mechanism has been widely used as an important method for extracting relevant information from articles in machine reading comprehension. This paper aims to summarize the development process of the attention mechanism and its application in machine reading comprehension. On the basis of the introduction of the derivation process of the attention mechanism, the network framework and the weight calculation method of the input data, it further introduces three kinds of attention-based Mechanisms for machine reading comprehension models. Finally, the future development trend of the attention mechanism in the field of machine reading comprehension is analyzed. The attention mechanism can help the model to extract important information and make the model make more accurate judgments. In the future, it will be more widely used in various tasks of machine reading comprehension.

Research on Speech Recognition Technology of Oral English Learning Based on Improved GLR Algorithm 基于改进GLR算法的英语口语学习语音识别技术研究

At present, the language teaching software lacks good feedback on the results of oral English learning, and the most important thing in oral English learning is to evaluate it effectively. In this paper, according to the pronunciation characteristics of English and the needs of spoken English learners, the speech recognition process of spoken English is realized by using the improved GLR (Generalized Maximum Likelihood Ratio Detection) algorithm, and a pronunciation scoring system for spoken English practice is provided for learners to help them improve their pronunciation in time. Comprehensive evaluation results show that the improved GLR algorithm improves the operation speed and processing performance compared with statistical algorithm and dynamic memory algorithm, which is more suitable for the task of speech recognition in oral English learning, and provides a new idea in the field of speech recognition in oral English learning.

Research on English Semantic Intelligent Analysis Method Based on Modern Intelligent Recognition Technology 基于现代智能识别技术的英语语义智能分析方法研究

From the semantic point of view, word semantic calculation can be defined in the whole text or between single word meanings, so word semantics have relevance and similarity, that is, it reflects the commonness of two words in the same context and the aggregation characteristics between two words. English semantic intelligent recognition is the basic technology in English fast input, simultaneous translation and other application fields, which can greatly improve the efficiency of English reading and communication. However, in practical application, English character recognition is easily interfered by noise, which seriously affects the efficiency of English semantic recognition. Based on modern intelligent recognition technology, an English semantic analysis method is designed. Modern intelligent recognition technology can extract the information of all words in the text, accurately identify the long and short patterns of text data, and accurately identify the emotional information contained in real and random English text. This paper studies the English Semantic Intelligent analysis method based on modern intelligent recognition technology, which shows that modern intelligent recognition technology has higher accuracy and calling rate in the process of sentence translation, especially in the English translation of prepositions, function words and tenses.

Research on Multi-task Cruise Path Planning of UAV Based on COA Optimization Algorithm 基于COA优化算法的无人机多任务巡航路径规划研究

Aiming at the multi-task cruising problem of UAV in three-dimensional uncertain weather environment, a path planning method based on coyote optimization algorithm is proposed in this paper. First of all, through the analysis of the dynamic changes of clouds, the destination risk assessment model is constructed as the safety constraint for UAV to fly in uncertain weather environment, and then the problem of UAV multi-task cruise is analyzed. a method of UAV multi-task cruise path planning is proposed to maximize the benefits of UAV cruise decision-making. Finally, the coyote optimization algorithm is used to make the optimal decision in line with the flight constraints, and the corresponding path coordinate sequence is obtained by decoding. The simulation results show that this method can find the path that satisfies the constraints and minimizes the penalty cost, so that the UAV can ensure the flight safety at the same time.

First of all, through the analysis of the dynamic changes of clouds, the destination risk assessment model is constructed as the safety constraint for UAV to fly in uncertain weather environment, and then the problem of UAV multi-task cruise is analyzed. a method of UAV multi-task cruise path planning is proposed to maximize the benefits of UAV cruise decision-making. Finally, the coyote optimization algorithm is used to make the optimal decision in line with the flight constraints, and the corresponding path coordinate sequence is obtained by decoding. Air traffic flow optimization based on a designed linear programming method 基于设计的线性规划方法的空中交通流优化

With the rapid development of our country's civil aviation transportation industry, aircraft flow management in the airspace has become a hot issue in recent years. The flow management strategy can globally optimize the flow distribution in the airspace, thereby indirectly reducing the possibility of flight conflicts. This paper proposes an air traffic flow optimization method based on a self-adaptive ground holding strategy. This method uses a global optimization of the airspace flow distribution to avoid the problem of a rapid increase of the flow in some sectors during a specific time period, and addresses the issue of aircraft conflicts from a macro perspective. It aims to achieve flow balance in the entire airspace by artificially delaying the take-off time of the aircraft, and while keeping the original flight path of the aircraft unchanged. This paper adopts CPLEX for simulation and verifies the feasibility of this method through specific experiments with real operation.

With the rapid development of multimedia technology and Internet, it is an urgent problem to combine digital image processing, computer vision technology and database technology to create an effective description and retrieval technology for athletics images. All kinds of visual images in the field of athletics should be studied by athletics visual culture, which is of certain value for explaining their cultural ideographic function in contemporary public life and improving the public’s aesthetic and appreciation ability of athletics.
