УЧР (Управление Человеческими Ресурсами) и лидерство являются ключевыми темами исследований в области организационной науки (и изучались отдельно в течение многих лет). Настоящее время вырос Интерес к взаимодействиям между стилями лидерства и практикой и деятельностью УЧР. Были проведены многочисленные исследования, связанные с взаимодействием этих двух областей. Целью данного исследования является изучение степени влияния на организационные успехи ключевых типов лидерства в сфере управления человеческими ресурсами. Эта статья организована следующим образом: во-первых, рассмотрена литература по УЧР, лидерству и эффективности лидерства; Во-вторых, исследуетс различные взгляды на то, какое лидерство наиболее эффективно в УЧР. Для достижения этой цели в исследовании систематически анализировались рецензируемые статьи, опубликованные в авторитетных журналах. Учитывая, что у каждый менеджер по персоналу имеет свой собственный стиль управления с точки зрения того, как сотрудники используют свои управленческие и лидерские навыки. Поэтому в данной статье рассматриваются три типа лидерства, влияющие на эффективность УЧР: транзакционное, трансформационное и «laissez-faire» лидерство. Отношения между УЧР и Лидерством, особенно взаимосвязь между «laissez-faire» лидерством и УЧР, недостаточно. Понятно, что в этом вопросе мало внимания уделяется работе с персоналом, трансформации и эффективности управления «laissez-faire» лидерства. В управлении строительными ресурсами не будет проводиться исследования о том, как измерить эффективность операционного, трансформационного, «laissez-faire» лидерства и эффективного управления. In this article, substantial topics, such as the foreign trade dynamics of Azerbaijan, leading countries that participate in export and import, status and role of the country in world trade are discussed. Additionally, information about the balance generated from Azerbaijan's foreign trade flow and goods that have an advantage in its export is included. One of the expansive areas of the economy is international trade. Free trade enables countries to develop economically and increase their income levels. The level of development and income of countries are the main factors that determine the growth of their integration into the world economy. World trade provides a basis for the efficient distribution of resources between countries. International trade and its place in the world economic relations system are directly related to globalization. International trade has numerous positive effects on the economic development of countries. By participating in world trade, countries have the opportunity to get acquainted with advanced techniques and technologies, innovations, extensive knowledge, and information created on an international scale. World trade is developing rapidly and is constantly advancing onward. Participation of the state in world trade is directly connected to its development level, size of its internal market, foreign trade policy, geographical location, population size, natural resources, etc. Furthermore, in terms of the country's capacity to deal with domestic demand, the country's size of production attracts participating in international trade. As a consequence, it is crucial to analyze foreign trade statistics whilst researching the country's role in international trade.

In modern times, the innovation ecosystem is of particular importance in achieving the economic development of countries and strengthening their competitiveness. In the article, the economic importance of the innovation ecosystem was studied, and the countries of the world with successful experience in this field were investigated. The USA, PRC, Israel, and Singapore were selected as research objects. In the research, the characteristics of the innovation ecosystem, proactiveness, and measures implemented for innovative solutions were studied in these countries. Furthermore, the factors that hinder the development of the ecosystem and also the factors that promote its development have been investigated. At the end of the research, a comparative analysis was made between the innovation ecosystems of the selected countries.
