The objective of the present study was to investigate the relationship between servant leadership and intrapreneurship by the explanation of the role of organizational culture in the private banks (Pasargad, Parsian, Eghtesad-e Novin, Dey) of districts one, two and, three of the city of Tehran. The population of the study includes the entire employees of the banks of Pasargad, Parsian, Eghtesad-e Novin, and Dey located in districts one to three of Tehran, counting as 616 individuals. In terms of objective, the present study is a developmental applied study. Through the application of the Cochran's formula, the research sample size was determined as 425 individuals. The samples have been collected through the application of stratified sampling method and the required research data were collected through the application of the servant leadership, intrapreneurship and, organizational culture inventories. For the purposes of analysis of the yielded information and testing of the hypotheses, the statistical tests of K-S, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation coefficient were made use of. Findings revealed that the culture of the Pasargad Bank is a compatible culture in which there exists a statistically significant relationship between the variables of servant leadership and intrapreneurship (0.82). The culture of the Parsian bank, on the other hand, does not hold any statistically significant relationship between the former and latter variables. Not unlike the Pasargad Bank's, the culture of Eghtesad-e Novin Bank is also a compatible one in which there is a statistically significant relationship between the former and latter variables (0.78). Lastly, it has been found out that similarly to the Parsian bank's, the culture governing the atmosphere of The Dey bank also lacks any statistically significant relationship between the variables under study.

The activity of teachers implies a good professional training doubled by teaching skills, being necessary a continuous training that begins with the initial training carried out in universities and advances with the evolution in career marked by the gradual achievement of didactic degrees for Romanian pre-university education. The standard for the teaching profession includes: the level of knowledge necessary for the development of the teaching profession, skills specific to the teaching activity that can be improved with the actual teaching experience and with the evolution in the teaching career. The training and improvement of human resources influences the quality of the teaching process as well as the school results obtained by students at national exams, being an indicator in establishing the quality of the education system not only at school level but also globally, seen through the whole pre-university education system.

This study explores the role of Rotary International and Nigeria’s brand personality and culture from the lens of Hofstede’s cultural principles and Rotary International Four Way Test. Using discourse analysis, Hofstede’s cultural principles such as power distance, individualism vs collectivism, masculinity vs femininity and uncertainty avoidance and Rotary International Four way Test (that questions if whatever act that’s said or done is the truth; fair to all concerned; if it brings goodwill and better friendship or if it is beneficial to all concerned) were used to examine the brand personalities of Nigeria and Rotary International. Findings indicate the existence of different cultural responses when both Hofstede and Four Way Test were used to examine the multicultural nature of Nigeria as it is evident that citizens have no National culture nor trust between cultures.

The present paper contributes in a significant way to enriching the information accumulated so far on the managerial models adopted within the military institutions situated in the South-Western part of the country as well as the opportunities of improving their efficiency. Specifically, the main objective of the scientific research in question is to highlight how traditional managerial means and methods of increasing the group cohesion and the institutional efficiency are perceived within military units in the Oltenia region. The research methodology is represented by the questionnaire method, the answers given by the members of the studied sample providing a solid basis for the conclusions adopted on the optimal way to create a homogeneous and efficient collective. The results of the study carried out between October 2021 and February 2022 reveal that in military-type organisations, brainstorming and scenario-based analyses are considered the most appropriate methods of increasing group cohesion and organisational efficiency.

The purpose of this study was to provide a predictive model of job engagement based on self-efficacy effect and moderating effect of work-life balance of employees of National Land and Housing Organization of Tehran. To this end, 160 people (75 men and 85 women) were selected by stratified random sampling, and a questionnaire consisting of job engagement components (Schaufeli, 2003), job self-efficacy (Riggs and Knight, 1994), and Work-Life balance (Wong et al., 2009). SPSS software was used to analyze the questionnaires. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to measure the normality of the data and the results showed that the data collected from the normal population. To investigate the relationship between variables, we used Pearson correlation coefficient and the results showed that all variables have a positive and significant relationship. To test the research hypotheses, we used a structural equation model for which the Lisrel 8.8 software was used. The findings showed that the dimensions of job self-efficacy and work-life balance positively and directly Effected the job engagement.

This paper suggests a new business model based on modern technology for retail. In the age of digitalization, stationary retail is losing market shares to online retail. Therefore, there is an obvious need for change in businesses. The concept developed in this paper combines the strengths of online and stationary retail to benefit stationary retail. In the approach taken in this paper, the basis for change is modern technology. Finding innovative ways to use technologies like NFC, AI, and robotics is regarded as the key factor to sustainable success. As the implementation of modern technologies entails a particular investment, the customers’ opinion on structural changes like these has been included in the consideration. Therefore, a survey has been conducted to find out which level of innovation current customers are willing to accept thus emphasizing the need for certain changes and dissuading specific others. The result of this paper is the modern showroom concept which takes the customers’ opinion into account while implementing the right amount of technology that should pave the way to a sustainable future for stationary retail.

The present study investigated the effect of corporate governance on the financial performance of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange. In this study, the duality of CEO duties and financial performance were considered as corporate governance mechanisms. Indicators like return on assets, return on equity and net operating profit after tax have been used to measure financial performance. The studied period was 2013 to 2017 and samples were member companies of Tehran Stock Exchange. The findings revealed that corporate governance and financial performance of companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange had a favorable significant association. With the ROE index, there was a significant positive association between board accountability and corporate performance. With the TQ index, there was a positive significant association between board accountability and company performance, and with the ROE index, there was a positive significant relationship between transparency level and firm performance. There was also a substantial positive link between the amount of transparency and business performance as measured by the TQ index, as well as a significant positive relationship between the audit committee and company success as measured by the ROE index.
