Pelatihan pembelajaran efektif berbasis TSAC bagi Guru sekolah dasar di Jawa Tengah 在爪哇中部为小学教师提供基于TSAC的有效学习培训

The purpose of this community service is to provide an effective teaching training based on TSAC (Teaching Skill Assessment Checklists) for elementary school teachers in Central Java. The strategic and appropriate target audience involved in this activity were elementary school teachers in Central Java as many as 20 person (Surakarta, Klaten, Karanganyar, Demak, Sragen, Brebes). The service materials are as follows: (1) Creating a supportive and warm classroom climate (2) Using waiting time during questions (3) Arranging content for effective presentations (4) Assessing, commenting, and discussing homework (5) Multitasking. A question and answer session was held and a discussion on the problems encountered in the field. After that, to determine the success of the implementation of this activity, an evaluation is carried out at the end of the implementation of the activity. The results of the implementation showed that the participants were very enthusiastic in participating the training. From the results of the question and answer, there are also many problems that exist in the elementary school in Central Java.

Strategi pemanfaatan limbah bathok kelapa masyarakat Sidomulyo Dusun Kalimeneng Kabupaten Blitar

Sidomulyo is the main coconut supplier village of Blitar City. There is a problem; the coconut shell waste is only used for fuel or becomes trash. Then, it appeared the puddle that becomes the mosquito lair. It could attack community health. Based on that problem, there is an effort to utilize the coconut shell waste through a cooperation scheme together with creative and home industries entrepreneurs. The methods used were: field-observation, collected data, socialization, up to assistance related to the utilization of coconut shell waste. It was conducted for the traditional markets up to micro small and medium enterprises or UMKM. The results of this study were increasing the communities' income. The second, creating the community of coconut shell waste collectors, then the third is to build cooperation together with the entrepreneur and a clean environment without the mosquito.

Workshop model pembelajaran demokrasi guru sekolah dasar di Jawa Tengah

The aim of this community service is to provide a democracy learning model workshop for elementary school teachers in Central Java. This activity is to socialize and practice the skills of the democratic learning model at the elementary level. In this activity, 26 elementary school teachers participated by online (Zoom Application). This community service is carried out in the form of a workshop with the first stage in the form of lecturing, questions and answers, and discussions. While the next stage is in the form of practice. Based on the implementation of this community service, it can be concluded that: first, this workshop is able to improve the knowledge and skills of elementary school teachers in Central Java of democracy learning model. This workshop also produced a video product of the steps of the democracy learning model. This workshop was considered success because all participants participated fully.

Student Services Center (SSC): Upaya pembinaan prestasi, karir, dan kewirausahaan bagi mahasiswa melalui community based participatory research

The purpose of this service is to develop academic competence, non-academic competence, entrepreneurial competence and prepare the careers of students and alumni of the Islamic Economics and Business Faculty IAIN Salatiga. The service is carried out using a Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) approach. Laying foundation is done by analyzing the situation, reasons for choosing partners, conditions of assistance. partner engagement plans, and framing research questions for action plans. The tools used are community mapping in the hope of capturing the strengths, potentials, and issues that exist among students. Action plans carried out by establishing the Students Service Center (SSC), Launching Students Service Center (SSC), developing student academic competencies through presentation skill training, debate competition mentoring/coaching, business plan mentoring/coaching, training in writing scientific papers, developing non-technical competencies student academics through futsal day and volleyball day, developing student entrepreneurship potential by mentoring millennial entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship talk shows, halal food festivals, student career development through advanced study seminars, scholarship interview mentoring, leadership talk shows, work simulations. The contribution of this research creates social changes in the research process and meaningful results that can improve campus reputation through student achievement
