The rapid development of computer technology brings new opportunities to our country's English teaching which is advancing every day. As a very important part of English teaching, network college English teaching is also developing very quickly. However, it is still faced with the problem of how to transform from teacher-centered computer-assisted teaching model to student-centered computer-oriented model. As an emerging teaching method, to a very large degree, digital game-based teaching can meet the needs raised by computer-oriented teaching model to college English teaching system. Beginning with the characteristics of digital games and their role in Engish language teaching and learning, the article offers a comprehensive elaboration on the study and application of digital game-based language teaching. Based on some relevant theories and through the analysis of some examples, it tries to show the enlightenment and value of digital game-based teaching to network college English teaching innovation, in the hope of improving college English teaching efficiency with the application of this new teaching model.

In this work, a novel data forwarding algorithm based on prediction method and optimization theory is proposed for improving the quality of service (QoS) in real-time applications over the wire network. The proposed prediction method is based on the time-series models of observed trends over all available network paths at each predetermined time. This predictive information is then used as an input for the forwarding decision. The forwarding algorithm is meant to minimize the packet loss rate by adjusting the forwarding rate of packets over each path for next prediction period by the PSO (particle swarm optimization). A number of experiments are performed. The proposed algorithm makes the most promising data forwarding method with an effective network performance, even under unfavorable scenarios.

Improved ant colony optimization (ACO) was applied to solve bin-packing problem. A tabu matrix bases on goods is established for ant colony optimization (ACO). Tabu matrix's every column corresponds to goods. Matrix has two rows, first row corresponds to goods load visit state, and second row corresponds to vehicle that ferries the goods. Ant state transfer probability is improved to solve bin-packing problem. According to ants tabu table, all the goods are searched by ants and satisfy the vehicle constrain. Illustrated with a practical case, ACO is feasible for bin-packing problem.

With the development of machinery and electronics toward digital and intelligent, the study of control system takes a very important role. The high-precision stepping motor control system for intelligent sampling of liquid achieves intelligent and high-precision sampling locations by the intelligent high-precision controlling of stepper motor. Stepper motor is the implementing agency that put an electrical pulse into the angular displacement. The high-precision stepper motor control system is based on the ARM S3C44B0, combined with a power supply, keyboard input, serial communications, stepper motor driver, photoelectric sensor positioning, host computer operating software and other modules. All these modules set up an intelligent and high-precision control system of stepper motor. The operator can complete intelligent control of stepper motor by the keyboard or the host computer operating software. High-precision stepper motor positioning can be achieved by photoelectric sensor positioning, avoiding accumulated error that is produce by losing step, which make the control system of stepping motor can work in the long-term operation of high-precision occasions.

An improved network resources search model based on Mobile Agent was presented in this paper. The model can search resources in P2P networks by improving the function of Peer nodes in the network division and network layer structure, inducting the Mobile Agent technology as well as integrating the idea of AntNet algorithm in the search strategy. To verify the feasibility of the model, the network resources search system-MAAS was designed in this paper, and its performance was evaluated from two different aspects. The results showed that the new model was technically feasible. By improving the network layer structure and the corresponding search strategy, the network adaptability and search speed could be greatly improved, which proved that the P2P network of JXTA-based protocol would not just be a theoretical research model, but one with a good application prospects.

In order to analyze disassembly related properties at design stages, CAD implementations require disassembly constraint modelling (DCM) functionalities to be integrated with CAD design processes. This paper presents a prototype of object-oriented CAD integration for DCM. Based on previous works, an object-oriented approach is proposed to define software modules and objects for disassembly constraint generation and representation. The prototype is implemented as an embedded application on the API platform of commercial CAD software. Hence it provides a tight and seamless integration, which can not only utilize the CAD model information directly, but also aid an on-going design process. This integration makes it possible for designers to optimize their design work for disassembly properties, such as ease of disassembly, at design stages. The case study on a widely used shaft assembly has demonstrated the simplism and effectiveness of the prototype for DCM functionalities.

Icing on blade surface of the straight-bladed vertical axis wind turbine is a common phenomenon in the cold and moist conditions, which affects the performance of wind turbine greatly. Computer simulations based on the 2D incompressible steady flow were carried out in this study to simulate the ice accretion on a static straight blade and the icing effects on the aerodynamic performance of the blade. The ice accretions on the aerofoil at some typical attack angles were calculated, and the changes of blade aerodynamics performance and flow fields around blade under icing condition were also calculated and discussed. The results show that the ice accretion and icing effects on blade aerodynamic performance are quite different at different attack angles.

the energy coupling mechanism of transmission line under external electromagnetic field was researched, and mathematical model was established. According to IEC61000-4-2 standard, Electrostatic discharge immunity test was done; electric field strength around the coupling plates was also measured. The experimental results indicated that the thresholds of electrostatic discharge which made EUT damaged were different, and the HCP mode was more harmful to EUT. Magnitude of induction voltage cased by HCP was greater than the value cased by VCP, while the strength of radiative field was almost equal in the two modes. The analysis of mathematical model is accordant with the experimental result. As a result, the model is valid and is considered a promising approach to study the immunity of electronic system against ESD EMP coupling effect.

Assessing measurement uncertainty well and truly is the main study of this paper to resolve the problem in no contact and indirect measurement for superfine scale size. Comparing both traditional and statistical method using Fraunhofer diffraction theory to measure minuteness size, such as small slot, very thin wire or powder dimension etc, the paper presents a new experiment and study on laser diffraction measurement uncertainty. By means of assessing measurement uncertainty, the study on veracity of expressing measurement result for the method both is to give numerical value rightly on uncertainty or range possible about measurement value and account method. Based on statistical theory, the higher-accuracy survey or lower uncertainty under the condition of calculation method with Virtual Instrument is to improve measurement uncertainty on superfine scale size.
