Transformation and Implementation of Sharia Principles In Management of Rural Agribusiness Business Development Programs 农村农业企业发展项目管理中伊斯兰教法原则的转变与实施

One of the interesting things in the implementation of the Rural Agribusiness Development Program (PUAP) in Lemberang Village is the institutional transformation of the Agribusiness Microfinance Institution (LKMA) of the Ngudi Raharjo Farmer Group (Gapoktan) to become sharia-based. In connection with this, it is interesting to study: What is the transformation process of LKMA Desa Lemberang to become a sharia-based institution? How is the implementation of sharia principles in the management of the PUAP and LKMA Syariah program in Lemberang Village?; In accordance with the formulation of the problem, the purpose of this study is to describe the two research questions. This study uses qualitative research methods, with embedded case studies or embedded case studies. The results showed that the transformation process of LKMA Desa Lemberang became a sharia-based institution with the character background of the religious Lemberang Village community, as well as the practice of agricultural activities which essentially applied sharia values, namely the maro, mertelu, and mrapat principles. The relatively loose provision of PUAP financial management allows LKMA Desa Lemberang to change its financial management system from a conventional system to a sharia system. The implementation of sharia principles in the management of the PUAP and LKMA Syariah programs in Lemberang Village uses: (1) mudharabah contract, (2) musyarokah contract, (3) murobahah contract, and (4) Ba'il Istamal Ajil contract.

Good Culture Cooperation in Organizations in Global Perspective 全球视野下各组织良好文化合作

Culture  in a broad sense is a dinamic  value system in a variaties of life that go on for a long enough periode of time as the result and or the attitude of human’s guidance. Culture is belonges to the people. The difference culture of a society fr om the other lays on the it’s development in fulfilling  all of the society’s need. Naturally culture is very hard to understand ,invisible, implicitly, and usually to be considered as a usual thing. But all of the organizations develope a set of understanding and an implicited order that regulates the everydays atitude in the work’s place. Organization culture is a part of the existing culture. This culture is very important for the development of an organization both in the state  and private fields as well. In the state field, often happened that the state program which has adificulty, and it is usually culter considerated to be responsible to. The values that become  the loading program has not yet socialized or culture is considered to be  very difficult to change. If there is a new value  that its implementation  needs and the changes considered to be a subjection base by the state to that new culture is culture

Hypnosis in Islamic Perspective (An Analysis of Bin Baz's Fatwa) 伊斯兰视角下的催眠(析本·巴兹的法特瓦)

In the last decade, a hypnosis approach for various purposes in the life of society is already commonly used. There are some people who use it in the scope of the families such as hypnobirthing, hypnoparenting, etc, and the other one uses it in the field of education such as hypnolearning, hypnoteaching, etc. However, when reviewing the fatwa of Bin Baz, one of the great Islamic Scholars from saudi Arabia there is a prohibition on the use of hypnosis. The main aim of this study is to analyze the contents of Bin Baz’s fatwa relation to the practice of hypnosis in the field of education. The research method that the author use is the study of literature with an analytical approach of documents that is descriptive qualitative. Data is collected through observation and documentation, then analysis for the content. While the thinking framework, which is used, are deductive, inductive, and comparative methods. The main conclusion from the results of this study that the Bin Baz’s fatwa about hypnosis is weak or less because it has fewer arguments can be accounted for. There are a few things that have ambiguous meanings; especially the word hypnosis itself is being converted into "magnetic sleep." Through a study based on the latest science, expected quality of human resources especially in the field of education may continue to increase, as well as should be able to answer the problems of society.

Entrepreneurship Education in Islamic Higher Education (Paradigm of Higher Education Curriculum Development Based on Entrepreneurship) 伊斯兰高等教育中的创业教育(基于创业的高等教育课程开发范式)

One of proplems of Islamic Higher Education is the lack of competence of its graduates so that the output of higher education do not have the competence expected and needed by society and have low competitiveness in the world of work. The conditions also supported by the fact that the majority of college graduates tend to be more as a job seeker rather than creators of jobs. Base on these conditions, Islamic Higher Education need to evaluate, such as by implementing entrepreneurship education. This study used a qualitative research with a primary focus on curriculum studies in Islamic Higher Education through the identification of problems and needs based curriculum development of entrepreneurship. The final result of this research is the design  of a curriculum model Islamic Higher Education based entrepreneurship. While implementation of this research is the integration of entrepreneurship in the vision, mission and goals of Islamic Higher Education, the graduate profile, the values are developed and the structure of subjects. The benefits of entrepreneurship education in the development of Muslim communities can be a spirit of expanding employment, encouraging economic power, the emergence of Muslim entrepreneurs and fostering a work ethic for Muslim communities

Empowerment of “Prospering Mosque” with Islamic Activity to Increase Psychological Awareness in The Practice of Religious Tolerance 以伊斯兰活动赋能“兴清真寺”,增强宗教宽容实践中的心理意识

This study aims to empower the mosque with Islamic activities in order to increase psychological awareness in the practice of religious tolerance. The method used in this research using Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) study was used to demonstrate a community with a dialogue approach and active involvement of researchers in order to increase psychological awareness and public confidence in the act. The steps taken by researchers in conducting research methods Participatory Action Research (PAR) researchers do learning in action, exploration problems, know the actors who work in the field, and understand the system. The results of the Participatory Action Research (PAR) study with the residents in order to prosper the mosque embody the practice of religious tolerance with Islamic activities in the form of performing id - al-Adha prayers and sacrificing qurban, reading shalawat berzanji, Islamic studies on Sunday morning, orphans' donations, and prayer at the mosque. These activities are arranged in order to increase psychological awareness by transforming awareness of tolerance between and interreligious.

Indonesia has a variety of microfinance service providers such as Commercial Banks, Rural Banks, Non-Bank Financial Institutions (LKBB), Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs), Savings and Loans Cooperatives (KSP) and other semiformal and informal institutions operating at the local community level. One Non-Bank Financial Institution operating in Indonesia is an institution with a group finance system - commonly referred to as Grameen bank. Its business objectives are to tackle poverty or other problems such as education, health, access to technology, and environmental issues that may threaten people and society. The research method used is field research with a sociological juridical approach. With the establishment of a poverty alleviation program involving many women, Grameen banks became one of the integrated institutions in public health programs by establishing sanitation and water programs as a health support product of its partners. This product is called KOMPAK and aims to develop financing products for the development of water quality and sanitation improvement among low-income people. Women Grameen bank actors are not only a target in the development of the business world, they also provide education on improving the quality of life and raise awareness of the importance of water hygiene and sanitation health. The company offers loans to economically active but low-income women especially those living in urban and rural areas.
