【背景・目的】上腕動脈血流量の測定において,血管が蛇行する場合は測定部位により数値が異なることもある.本研究ではエコーの流量測定の正確性および蛇行血管の適正な測定部位を検証した.【方法】動脈ポンプを用いた模擬回路に規定流量(500 mL/minおよび1,000 mL/min)の疑似血液を循環させ,直線血管モデルにて流量を測定し,その正確性を検証した.また,蛇行血管モデルにて流量を複数か所で測定し,測定部位別の正確性を検証した.流量は時間平均血流速度(TAV)および時間平均最高血流速度(TAMV)で算出し,両者を比較した.【結果】エコーの流量はTAMVではなくTAVにて算出すると規定流量と近似した.またTAVにて算出する血流量は,蛇行部の通過直後は過小評価となり,蛇行部から離れると規定流量と近似した.【結語】流量測定はTAMVよりもTAVを用いると正確性が高いことが示された.また,蛇行を伴う場合の血流量測定は,蛇行の通過部より離れた部位が望ましい.
【背景、目的】在测量上臂动脉血流量时,如果血管蜿蜒,根据测量部位的不同,数值也会不同。本研究验证了回声流量测量的准确性以及蛇形血管的适当测量部位。方法:在使用动脉泵的模拟电路中循环规定流量(500ml /min及1000ml /min)的疑似血液,通过直线血管模型测定流量,验证了其正确性。另外,在蛇形血管模型中测量了多处流量,验证了不同测量部位的准确性。流量由平均时间血流速度(TAV)和平均时间最高血流速度(TAMV)计算,两者进行比较。【结果】回声的流量用TAV而不是TAMV算出的话与规定流量近似。另外,TAV计算出的血流量在通过蛇形部分后过低评价,离开蛇形部分后与规定流量近似。【结束语】流量测定使用TAV比TAMV的准确性高。另外,伴随着蛇行的情况下的血流量测定最好在远离蛇形通过部位的部位进行。
