Modifikasi Sudu-sudu Blower Sentrifugal yang Diaplikasikan pada Turbin Pico Hydro

The water turbine must be specially designed according to the calculation of its energy potential, proportional to the height of the falling water and the discharge. This research is conducted to study the solution fluid engine that functions as a pico hydro water turbine, namely a centrifugal blower with a simple construction, operating at low head, small discharge, easy installation and operation and low price. The blower used in this test is a blower that is already on the market with an impeller diameter of 15 cm, inlet size of 2 inches. The test was carried out at a constant head (falling water height) of 5 m. The working principle of the blower is reversed, that is, water from a certain height flows through the rapid pipe and enters the exhaust side of the blower until the water moves the blower and exits through the blower inlet to the draftube. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of modification of the blades on the increase in efficiency of the picohydro turbine. This study uses an analytical method with testing parameters based on calculating the value of water discharge, water power, torque, turbine mechanical power and turbine efficiency. To increase the power and efficiency of the blower as a turbine, modifications are made to the blower blades. With the modification of the blower blades, the turbine efficiency increases by 10% from before the modification.

Kemajuan   teknologi   informasi   berkembang   dengan   sangat   pesat,   seiring meningkatnya  kebutuhan  manusia  akan  informasi  yang  dapat  di  terima  dengan  cepat, tepat,  dan  akurat.  Dimana  saat  ini  teknologi  telah menjamah  di  berbagai  bidang.  Salah satunya adalah website, dimana website telah ada sejak dulu dan hingga sekarang telah mengalami   perkembangan    yang   signifikan. Berdasarkan pengamatan, Kafe Dijou memiliki masalah yang berupa system reservasi masih berupa manual, di mana pengunjung harus membayar DP di tempat. Lalu system pendataan reservasi juga masih berupa manual sehingga data sering hilang karena kelalaian karyawan. Karena hal ini maka saya memutuskan untuk membuat website reservasi untuk mempermudah pengunjung dan karyawan Dijou dalam hal reservasi tempat. Hasilnya rancangan awal website sudah berhasil dibuat dan sudah teruji bisa digunakan untuk memesan meja dan menu. Kata kunci — Teknologi, website, reservasi.

A pellet dryer machine is a tool that makes it easy to dry pellets so it doesn't have to require sunlight to dry the pellets. Various methods have also been widely used to control the temperature on the machine. One of the obstacles experienced is controlling the temperature so that it remains stable and has a good response time. In this journal, a pellet drying machine with PID (proportional integral derivative) method will be designed to keep the temperature stable. The temperature that makes the setpoint is 100°C. In the design carried out, it is by comparing sistems that are given Proportional control, Proportional and Integral (PI) control and Proportional Derivative (PD) control. For the controller used, it is an Autonics TK4S type controller. In the control, PID tuning will be carried out which will later be carried out variations of each Kp, Ki, and Kd values.
