A Study on Marketing Management Practices of Malls in Madurai City 马杜赖市商场营销管理实践研究

-The scope of marketing practices of Mall Management has been wider than other kinds of retailing formats. Differentiating themselves from the competition is a sure way of emerging a winner, and this positioning is ensured through effective marketing practices of mall management. The problems with respect of retailers in Marketing Practices of Mall Management are concerned with differentiating a mall from the rest, maximization of customers, converting customers needs to purchase and keeping the customers for a long period and tenants business survival and satisfaction of both customers and retailers. It strives to provide an entire consumer spend basket to make the mall a happening destination besides also creating and maintaining the adequate infrastructure. Right from the tenant mix, ensuring the creation of right ambience, and cleanliness that creates customer satisfaction to managing various income streams for the developer, the role of mall management is complex and dynamic marketing practices. The concept of mall management, which is still in its infancy in India, has the potential to change the fortunes of the retail sector. Properly practiced mall management will provide existing and future players a definite edge in the sector.

Investigation of CO2 Capturing Capacity of Solid Adsorbents (PEIs) Polyethylenimines from Automotive Vehicle Exhausts System for 4-Stroke SI Engine 四冲程SI发动机排气系统中固体吸附剂(pei)聚亚胺捕集CO2性能研究

-In present scenario , the environment pollution has become very complex and complicated issue for the world due to the increased level of green house gas emission like carbon dioxide gas and other elements from men made various automotive & industrial sources not only affected the living being and non living things but also imbalanced the ecological structure of environment. As world realize the seriousness of the problem,researchers & scientists discovered the various type of co2 capturing technique time to time, So many methods were available regarding to the context of CO2 capturing technology but amongst those method, adsorption processes is in fashion in which solid adsorbents used for extraction and collection of CO2 from the available sources. In this work the solid adsorbents poly-ethylenimines (PEIs) was supported on fumed silica then installed the prepared substrate inside the automotive vehicle silencer for investigating the co2 extraction capacity from the source at different temperature range , it was found that the adsorbent collect 36 % of co2 at the temperature of 750 c . Keywords--Polyethylenimines (PEIs) Substrate, Gasoline Emission, Automotive Exhaust Silencer, Co2 and PEI reaction, Co2 Emission , Green-House Effect.

Design of Shunt Active Power Filter with Fuzzy Logic Control for Mitigating Harmonics 基于模糊逻辑控制的并联有源电力滤波器的设计

-In this paper Shunt Active Power Filter (SAPF) with Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) is modeled and tested. The instantaneous reactive power theory is used for extracting the reference compensating current. A fuzzy logic controller is used to regulate the DC link voltage of Voltage Source Inverter (VSI) in order to improve the dynamic performance, to ensure sinusoidal source currents and to produce a high power quality. In this work single phase shun active power filter is implemented to compensate harmonics and reactive power using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis. The main goal of the proposed active filtering system is to maintain the Total Harmonics Distortion (THD) well within IEEE-519 on harmonics levels. The simulation results were taken from Matlab simulink tool box.The proposed system was implemented by using hard ware setup. Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) pattern is used to generate switching signal to the Voltage source inverter. 本文对带有模糊控制器(FLC)的并联有源电力滤波器(SAPF)进行建模和测试。采用瞬时无功功率理论提取基准补偿电流。为了提高电压源逆变器(VSI)的动态性能,保证源电流的正弦波,产生高质量的电能,采用模糊控制器对VSI直流环节电压进行调节。本文利用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)分析实现了单相顺有源电力滤波器对谐波和无功功率的补偿。提出的有源滤波系统的主要目标是在IEEE-519的谐波水平上保持总谐波失真(THD)。仿真结果取自Matlab simulink工具箱。该系统采用硬件方式实现。采用正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)模式产生开关信号给电压源逆变器。关键词:并联有源电力滤波器(SAPF),模糊控制器(FLC),电压源逆变器(VSI),快速傅里叶变换(FFT),总谐波失真(THD),正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)
