In the present days Engineers are leading India in this cutthroat competitive world. These engineers are fostered by the intellectual professionals. Most important problem faced by the educational institutions at this instant is job hopping. Many of the intellectuals are stirring from one institution to the other very often. Because of these repeated shifts these intellectual professionals are not creating future Indian engineering aspirants. This job hopping can be shunned if the employee commitment is sky-scraping towards the institution. In this study the bang of Emotional intelligence levels of the employees on their organizational commitment is examined. For this intention the sampling area selected is Tirupati. The respondents chosen are teaching faculties of technical education. Well thought-out questionnaire is used for the compilation of data along with demographic distinctiveness like designation, qualification, and gender. The sample size is 256 preferred from various engineering colleges of Tirupati. The data is analyzed by Correlation, univariate ANVOA of SPSS. It was identified that the Emotional intelligence levels of the employees and organizational commitment are positively correlated. The designation of the employees and organization commitment are negatively correlated with one another. The qualification and Emotional intelligence levels of the employees have an effect on the organizational commitment. The designation and Emotional intelligence levels of the employees have a consequence on the organizational commitment. The designation and Emotional intelligence levels of the employees have a consequence on the organizational commitment. By this study it is recommended to the technical education institutions to give Faculty development programmes for mounting the Emotional intelligence level. It is also suggested that a part from choosing the applicant based on the subject knowledge, Emotional intelligence should also be incorporated in the criteria of selecting the applicants for the posts.

Life expectancy has increased as a result of advancement in medical science. As a result the prortion of elderly in the population is also greater than ever and there is a need to tackle their problems. Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) is one of the most common clinical manifestations af- fecting the elderly population. MCI is a term used to describe cognitive decline of thinking, memory and reasoning. This is an transitional stage between the cognitive decline of normal ageing and the more serious decline in dementia. Neurons fail to establish connections in appropriate time and when insuffi- ciently stimulated by nootropic factors, they die. This gradual- ly leads to mild cognitive impairment, as ageing occurs. Ac- cording to recent published works on cognition and dementia, 2/3 rd of all cases who are diagnosed with MCI have memory loss, more pronounced than thinking and reasoning. Timely intervention is awfully important in these cases as they are at a high risk of developing dementia. According to Sarangadhara Acharya, medha (grasping and retention power) deteriorates after the fourth decade of life and this may be considered as a warning signal for further smrti (memory) and buddhi (intellect) deterioration, in the successive years. Ayurveda has a major role to play in this arena. Rasaayana, Panchakarma therapy, drugs like guduchi, aswagandha, brahmi and the like, including various ghritas have proven effects in cognitive domains of psychological wellbeing. Further, giving constant mental stimulations through brain games which is mentioned through the concept of Buddhimedhakara gana, along with panchakarma meas- ures, bring significant results in all domains of cognition. Here is an attempt to discuss the pathogenesis and preven- tive aspects of cognitive deficits with special reference to de- mentia and MCI. Nootropic drugs, neuro rehabilitation and neuroplasticity are the three approaches which are analyzed in the purview of Ayurvedic concept and are suggested as tech- niques for the management and prevention of MCI.

Network science has become an ever- increasing and interesting field of research in the recent decade by focusing on finding hidden knowledge in complex networks. This study of complex relationships in network structures has also gained a lot of interest in the world of finance and stock markets. The paper focuses on prediction in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) and analysis of the relationship between different sectors, looking into the market price indices data of different market sectors and their fluctuations over time. Four different network structures have been extracted from the TSE market data, two with association rules mining and two with Pearson cross-correlation. Using the correlation with different threshold cuts, different networks have been created and importance of market sectors have been analyzed using different network centrality measurements. Then, by using Apriori algorithms, association patterns in fluctuation of the price indices are extracted for building different directed networks. These directed networks are used in assessing current market dynamics as well as predicting future market price fluctuations that is tested through an evaluation method.
