India approves a tougher new anti-rape law to punish sex crimes, including death for repeat rape offenders. Girls and women are attacked every day across the country, particularly young people, are sick of it. The students and public started to protest. The crime against women and children are not the main reason for protests, instead the pervasive gender inequality in India. But always the questions remains, how to improve the status of women and girl in India? All sectors of our society including students, academia, politician, public, civil and judiciary, the police and the government have to give voice against gender equality. Gender equality norms is fundamental thing in India for long term sustainable change in developing new systems, enforcement law, policy makers and bureaucrats. -This paper presents a novel approach to detect the tumors in the mammogram images based on watershed algorithm. To increase the performance of the classifier, watershed algorithm combined with K-NN classifier is implemented. The gray level co-occurrence matrices (GLCM’S) are obtained from the mammogram images, through the extraction of Halarick’s texture features are classified. American Society of cancer, UK, provides the benchmark data, MIAS (Mammographic Image Analysis Society) database for the validation of proposed algorithm. These images are used for further analysis by classification into three categories using the algorithms. Mammogram abnormalities are found to be detected using the proposed algorithm with the available ground truth given in the data base (mini-MIAS database), the accuracy obtained is as high as 83.33%. Hence, local data centers are replaced by remote infrastructures. Hence, the specific hardware expert needed from system administrators is brought down. Cloud technology needs new skills. Estimating resources that the applications require to execute in the cloud is a complicated task. System administrators often do not know the low-level technical details. Estimations can change based on the cloud service provider features. Finding the efficient provision for a cloud application is also a tedious task. A large number of services offered by a considerable number of providers that are not comparable. In order to assist system administrators this paper focuses an architecture that supports the process of deploying applications in cloud providers, using high level information based on an operational requirement.

-The present work aims to carry out an experimental investigation into the electrical discharge machining process while machining of Nickel super alloy RENE80. Taguchi L9 orthogonal array is used to plan the experimental layout. Taguchi method is used to analyze the effect of each process parameter such as peak current, pulse on time and pulse off time on chosen machining characteristics namely material removal rate (MRR) and surface roughness (SR) and also to predict the optimal combination of process parameters to get maximum material removal rate and minimum surface roughness separately. Further analysis of variance has been done to identify the significant affect of parameters on machining characteristics. It is found that parameters peak current and pulse on time have a significant affect where as pulse off time has no significant affect on material removal rate and surface roughness. Confirmation experiments are conducted at their respective optimum parametric settings to check the predicted optimal values of performance characteristics. Then percentage errors are calculated and are 0.94 and 4.87 respectively in predicting MRR and SR values.
