Redistribution of vanadium and nickel during tar thermolysis 沥青热分解过程中钒和镍的重分布

A study has been made of themechanisms of redistribution of vanadium and nickel in products of the thermolysis of West Siberian an Buzachi crude oil tars as a function of the temperature and time of heat treatment. It has been shown that, with increasing temperature and time of the process, metals initially accumulate in heavy vacuum residue (pitch) and then pass into coke. It has been established that the maximum concentration of metals in coke is observed at the initial stage of coke formation. The distillate fractions formed are characterized by a low content of metals.

本文研究了西西伯利亚和布扎奇原油焦油热解产物中钒和镍的重分布与热处理温度和时间的关系。研究表明,随着焙烧温度的升高和时间的延长,金属首先在重真空渣油(沥青)中积累,然后转化为焦炭。在焦炭形成的初始阶段,金属在焦炭中的浓度达到最大值。所形成的馏分的特点是金属含量低。

Oxidative conversion of methane on lanthanum-containing hydroxychloride catalysts 甲烷在含镧羟氯催化剂上的氧化转化

The activity of lanthanum-containing oxide and hydroxychloride catalysts in oxidative condensation of methane has been studied. It has been established that modification of La2O3 with sodium (NaCl) and application on Al2O3 leads to high selectivity of the process. Selectivity with respect to C2 hydrocarbons at 760°C amounts to 84% with 20·4% methane conversion. Catalyst NaClLaO/Al2O3 is multiphase, and NaCl, LaOCl and LaAlO3 phases coexist in reaction conditions. As the reaction progresses there is a change in the phase composition and selectivity of the catalyst.
