PowerPoint media is a two-dimensional media that are designed through a program contained in Microsoft Office. HOTS is a high-order thinking skill of students in the thinking process. The type of research carried out is quantitative with the experimental method of one group design pretest-posttest and data analysis using the Excel computer program. Based on the research on the use of PowerPoint media, it was obtained an overview of students' HOTs skills with a pretest mean of 55.63 and a post-test average of 73.13 and by calculating the N-Gain, a gain score of 0.32 was obtained in the medium category. This shows an increase in students' HOT skills after learning to use PowerPoint media. It can be said that the use of PowerPoint media in blended learning can improve the HOT skills of elementary school students
