Exploration of Bias Effects in Oil and Water Through Visual Communication of Expression Photography 用表达摄影的视觉传达探索油水的偏置效应

. The research as well as the creation that has been made is "Exploration of the Effects of Bias on Oil and Water through Visual Communication Expression Photography". This research has the objectives, namely: Presenting a new style in research and a photographic work with a mixture of oil and water objects. Harmonizing the mixture of oil and water in photography, so as to produce colors and shapes that are used as a new creative medium to express emotions, ideas and concepts that can be manifested in a unique, unique, beautiful, interesting and imaginative photographic creation. The research this time is looking for creative ideas or extracting something that has not been seen and then raised. Oil and water present the effect of light refraction on a mixture of oil and water through photographic experimentation, the effect of refraction is the bending of light when light passes through the boundary plane of two mediums with different refractive index. Oil and water are the same substance, which is a liquid but have different molecules, so oil and water cannot be combined. The differences that cannot be put together become interesting things when visualized through the media of photography. The result of this research is a work of photography which is a process of knowledge about the creative process of making an art photography work. Besides being conceptually mature, they can have artistic experience about photography. The Effect of Problem Based Learning and Inquiry on Critical Thinking Ability (Experimental Study on Entrepreneurship Subject at FKIP, Universitas Kuningan) 基于问题的学习与探究对批判性思维能力的影响(南京大学创业学院创业学科实验研究)

. The problem behind this research is the low critical thinking skills of students. This is due to many factors, one of them is that the learning that is carried out tends to use conventional learning methods which are considered unable to develop students' thinking skills, especially critical thinking. The purpose of this study is to find out the ability to think critically after implementing Problem-Based Learning, Inquiry and Conventional learning models. The method used is a quasi-experimental research design with Counterbalance Design. Critical thinking test is the instrument utilized in this research. The research subjects consist of FKIP Universitas Kuningan students from Indonesian Education and Literature Department (PBSI), Economics Education Department, and Mathematics Education Department, where each class was given treatment using different methods. Based on the test results using the ANOVA test, the results obtained with a significant value <0.050, which means that the availability of students' critical thinking skills from each treatment conducted in each class using different methods and different subjects, so that the proposed hypothesis can be accepted. Judging from the results of the average value (mean) of students' critical thinking skills in each study program, it shows that the Problem Based Learning model is higher than the Inquiry and Conventional learning models. The conclusion of this study is that the Problem Based Learning model is more effective in improving students' critical thinking skills in entrepreneurship courses quality of the teaching and learning process shows that the interaction between students and learning resources such as teachers and the environment, does not work effectively so that the learning outcomes achieved are not optimal. Students who learn are expected to experience changes both in the fields of knowledge, understanding, skills, values and attitudes.

The Development of Teaching Materials Drama for Students Class Viii Junior High School (Structural Approach Based Development Research) 初中八班学生戏剧教材的开发(基于结构方法的开发研究)

. This study aims to produce a drama teaching material design for junior high school students. This research is based on a preliminary study which shows that drama teaching materials for junior high school are still very minimal. Even though teaching materials have a strategic position in the curriculum. Teaching materials in this case are not only a means of achieving basic competencies, but also as a medium for developing creativity and sensitivity training in dormitories. In the concept of the National Curriculum (Kurnas), teaching materials are designed by teachers according to student needs. Based on the observations, the teacher still uses the textbook as a complete handbook without adding any other references. As a result, learning Indonesian, especially literature (drama) becomes less attractive. With the additional teaching materials that the writer compiled, it is hoped that students will feel helped and are able to master the competencies outlined in the syllabus and be able to develop themselves. The focus of this research is to produce a drama appreciation teaching material design for Class VIII junior high school students. The research method used is R&D with an analytic descriptive approach that seeks to logically describe facts in the presence of appropriate or logical evidence. The analytical descriptive approach is used because it is related to the concept of qualitative research. Based on the results of the analysis of the elements of content, artistic, creative process, and performance, the conclusions of this research (teaching material design) are as follows. (1) The cover contains the writing of the title, class, level of education unit, accompanied by pictures; (2) the title "Drama Art for Students (Guide to Understanding Content, Artistic and Performance Guidelines) SMP / MTs"; (3) Table of contents and pages; (4) The material is presented in a simple and communicative manner. The material consists of the understanding of drama and drama script in brief, about understanding the elements of the drama script content, understanding the artistic content of the drama script based on understanding the elements of the content, and the steps for the drama performance and also equipped with a material concept map. (5) Exercises / tests presented in the form of descriptions and performance; (6) there is a bibliography, glossary, index, and author's biography.

The application built can make it easier for companies to interact with customers through the internet, web. The Instruments of Primary School Teacher Readiness to Implement Independent Learning Policy in Determining Student Graduation: Questionnaire 小学教师实施自主学习政策意愿决定学生毕业的工具:问卷调查

This study aims to develop readiness instruments, especially related to determining aspects of primary school teacher readiness to implement the independent learning policy in determining student graduation which can be used as a basis in formulating elementary teacher readiness indicators to implement the independent learning policy in determining student graduation these. The model of research and development that be used in this study was 4D which consists of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The subject of this research is a instrument in which there are aspects of readiness which include Emotive-Attitudinal, Cognitive Readiness, and Behavioral Readiness. Based on the three aspects of readiness, then an indicator of the readiness of primary school teachers is formulated to implement the independent learning policy in determining student graduation. Finally, these indicators are used as the basis for formulating statement items in a questionnaire as an instrument to measure the readiness of primary school teachers to implement the independent learning policy in determining student graduation. The data obtained will be analyzed for validity. Based on the results of Aiken's V analysis, a score of 0.825 was obtained, and it was interpreted as a fairly high coefficient because the score was between 0 and 1.00. So the instrument of independent learning policy in determining student graduation are in the valid category

. Social entrepreneurship is the process of building residents or transforming institutions to improve solutions to village social problems by developing Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDEs) to be managed in bringing changes towards welfare and increased community economic independence. The objectives of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDEs) include increasing community economic income and village economic growth. The problem that occurs is from the author's observations from several Bumdes, the existence of Bumdes in its activities has not yet developed the village's original potential as a village advantage that can be developed. Social innovation offers solutions to social, economic, environmental problems and opens up space for the community to be creative in generating regional benefits. The role of BUMDEz Social Entrepreneurship in building Village Social Innovation will form a mindset, attitude and behavior that can be developed in practice and community action. Nevertheless, consumers are less satisfied with the delivery given by The Jakarta-Kuningan Bus Company. So important is the loyalty of a consumer to the organization or company, then it should be if the service company always puts the consumer in the most important position to be satisfied in any planning and activities carried out both in the quality of service and perception price. Operational standards made by the company in providing quality service services that are always based on how to provide the best satisfaction to customers. However, the number of complaints from Customers against service is given so that it decreases the number of passengers every year. From 2017- 2019 therefore, this research was conducted to find out perception price and quality of service in knowing customer satisfaction to better understand customer loyalty. Population in consumer research PO Bus Department Kuningan-Jakarta at Kertawangunan Kuningan terminal west Java). The number of samples used was 140 respondents. The method of data collection is done through the questionnaire method. The study used structural equation modeling analysis (SEM) techniques using the AMOS 2.1 analysis tool. The results of this study show that price perception has an influence on customer satisfaction, Service quality has an influence on customer satisfaction, price perception affect customer loyalty, service quality has no influence on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction has an influence on customer loyalty.

This research aims to determine the effect of teacher ‘Pedagogical Content Knowledge competence on learning outcomes with the Mediator of the Quality of Student Learning Process at SMAN in Tasikmalaya City in economic subjects. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method with questionnaire data collection techniques scale five categories of labels. The population in the study were students of class XI SMAN Kota Tasikmalaya and the samples were taken through Proportionate Random Sampling. The data processing technique used is mediation regression. This technique is used to determine the direct and indirect relationship of exogenous variables to endogenous variables. The results of this research indicate teacher Pedagogical Content Knowledge has a positive effect on student learning outcomes. This means that the higher the competency level of the teacher's Pedagogical Content Knowledge, it will improve student learning outcomes. As well as showing the quality of the learning process mediates an average score of 3.29 and a standard deviation of 1.05. This shows that, teacher PCK Competence at SMAN in Tasikmalaya City is perceived by students is not good enough to support student learning

Pedagogical Competence in Pre-Service Biology Teacher through Lesson Study 课前生物教师教学能力研究

. This study aims to analyze the pedagogical competence in pre-service biology teacher. pre-service biology teacher is usually trained to manage the learning process through micro-teaching activities. learning exercises through micro-teaching are important to help train the pedagogical competence in pre-service biology teacher. One way that micro-teaching can develop the pedagogical competency in pre-service biology teacher to the maximum is by integrating it with the lesson study. This study uses action research. Lesson Study research was carried out in 2 cycles in three stages each cycle, namely Plan (development of lesson plans, media and teaching materials), Do (implementation of lesson study) and See (continuous reflection.). The results of the study can be concluded that the pedagogical competency in pre-service biology teacher through lesson study has increased in the moderate category. In the indicator of the ability to plan and the ability to carry out learning there is an increase from the level of partial competence to competence, and the ability to evaluate there is an increase from needing to improve to being competent. This explains that the implementation of lesson study has a positive impact on improving the pedagogical ability and professionalism in pre-service biology teacher at FKIP, Kuningan University.

Profile of Changes in Pedagogical Content Knowledge of Biology Teacher Candidates Based on Gender 基于性别的生物教师候选人教学内容知识变化概况

. This study aims to analyze the profile of changes in pedagogical content knowledge of biology teacher candidates based on gender. This research applies descriptive qualitative research methods. The sample of this research is students of the Biology Education Study Program at a private university in West Java who have complete data or follow all research instruments, which are 80 (77.7%) of the population of 103 students consisting of 65 (81.25%) women and 15 (18.75%) men. Sampling using purposive technique and saturated samples. The instruments used in the study were the CK, PK, and PCK knowledge test sheets, concept map test sheets and questionnaire sheets. The data analysis used descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results showed: the profiles of changes in the PCK of male and female Biology teacher candidates have the same pattern of change, which is not linear with the number of semesters that have been taken. Both end in almost complete mastery of PCK when prospective teachers are in their eighth semester. Male Biology teacher candidate PCK has higher PCK than female PCK. The rate of change in the PCK of male Biology teacher candidates is faster than that of women. Changes in PCK for female teacher candidates are more consistent and regular than for men who have unequal changes. This research is able to reveal the profile of changes in the PCK of Biology teacher candidates so that it can be used by LPTK as a reference in coaching and professional development of Biology Teacher Candidates including changing the curriculum.
