Design of a hysteresis comparator with temperature compensation 设计带温度补偿的磁滞比较器

Utilizing 0.18μm CMOS process, a hysteresis comparator with temperature compensation has been devised. A compensating current is generated through two NMOS transistors operating in the linear region, thereby mitigating the temperature-dependent coefficients in the hysteresis voltage expression to achieve heightened precision in hysteresis voltage. The model is constructed using Cadence software, and simulation results reveal that the compensated hysteresis comparator exhibits an exceedingly low temperature coefficient. Specifically, with an average hysteresis voltage of 81.67mV, and a temperature range spanning from -40°C to 170°C, the hysteresis voltage undergoes a variation of 15mV, resulting in a temperature coefficient of 0.0714mV/°C.

Visual-based feeding intention recognition for feeding robots 基于视觉的喂食机器人喂食意图识别

With the arrival of population aging, the number of disabled people has increased, and existing populations with physical impairments. The dining problem is one of the most important problems they must solve. The feeding robot system has been introduced into the auxiliary nursing scene to reduce the burden of nursing staff. Multiple types of feeding robots have been developed. However most existing feeding robot systems still suffer from issues related to insufficient intelligence and convenience, with limited attention to user intention. To address this issue, we propose a vision-based algorithm for the interaction between the robot and users. This method effectively identifies user intentions for dining, menu selection, and chewing dynamics during meals. It enables the robot to operate more intelligently by the user’s intention without additional wearable devices, significantly enhancing user comfort and convenience. We conducted a series of experiments on dining intentions, selection menu intentions, and chewing dynamics during meals. The experimental results show that the average recognition rate of users’ dining intention is 98%, and the average recognition rate of chewing dynamics is 86.53%. This contribution presents an interactive approach for individuals without mobility, enhancing the intelligence of the feeding robot. It holds promise for future applications in nursing scenarios.

Design of intelligent bracelet based on Beidou positioning 基于北斗定位的智能手环设计

At present, people are under great pressure to survive, and there are more and more sudden diseases coming along with it. The time that people fail to cure in time due to sudden diseases in society occurs frequently. Therefore, based on this kind of phenomenon, this paper combines fall alarm and Beidou positioning, and designs a new type of fall detection system with STM32 single chip microcomputer as the main control chip, which uses ADXL345 tilt sensor for fall detection, buzzer alarm and remote alarm by sending real-time information through GSM module, so as to timely cure users. In addition, the smart bracelet also has the function of detecting human body temperature and heart rate, and can conduct real-time monitoring of physical conditions. This paper introduces the design idea, hardware selection and software design of the intelligent bracelet, completes the circuit diagram and flow chart of each module, makes the real object and completes the function test, and the results show that the designed product can achieve the preset function. Finally, the paper summarizes the existing shortcomings and prospects for the future of the smart bracelet.

A short-term wind power probability prediction method based on soft clustering and similarity measurement 基于软聚类和相似性测量的短期风力发电概率预测方法

With the rapid development of wind energy, probabilistic forecasting of wind power becomes increasingly crucial for reliable operations of power grids. This paper proposes a wind power interval prediction method based on temporal data soft clustering and similarity measurement (SCSM). First, a soft clustering module is used to cluster wind power data with probabilities. Next, a similarity measurement module assesses the similarity between wind power data based on soft clustering results and generates probability interval predictions by referring to historical prediction errors. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated using real wind power data.

Prediction of the lowest system frequency when disturbance occurs based on power deficit estimation 基于功率亏损估算预测干扰发生时的最低系统频率

After a disturbance occurs in the power system, predicting the minimum frequency is a crucial aspect of frequency security and stability analysis in power systems. This paper proposes a model for estimating system power deficit following a disturbance to predict the minimum frequency in power systems. Building upon the traditional average frequency response model, the model calculates the frequency variation rates for each generator 2 ms after a disturbance to estimate the power deficit for each generator. The entire system's generator inertia constant (H) and power deficit (P) are equivalently represented. Utilizing the governor model and rotor motion equations, a mathematical model for frequency prediction is developed. Finally, based on the boundary conditions at the moment of the appearance of the minimum frequency, the minimum frequency is determined. Simulation results from a three-machine nine-bus system in PowerFactory are compared, demonstrating that the proposed algorithm can rapidly and accurately compute the minimum frequency after a disturbance occurs in the system.

Optimization application of Canny algorithm in gear image edge detection Canny 算法在齿轮图像边缘检测中的优化应用

Aiming at the problem of false contour edges in gear defect detection by traditional Canny algorithm due to the influence of noise and illumination, an improved Canny algorithm for gear image edge detection is proposed. Firstly, the optimized guided filter algorithm is applied to the preprocessing of gear image, which improves the quality of image processing. Then the gradient values in eight directions are calculated, which makes the interpolation of non-maximum suppression more refined than the original algorithm. Finally, based on OTSU algorithm, the gray-gradient mapping function is constructed to determine the optimal threshold, which solves the limitation of the original algorithm to determine the threshold manually by experience. The experimental results show that the quality factor of the edge detection results of the proposed improved Canny algorithm reaches 0.868. Compared with the original Canny algorithm, the quality factor performance is improved by 13.51%, which proves the effectiveness of the improved measures proposed in this paper.

Integrated research on power grid regulation and medium frequency heating furnace control technology 电网调节与中频加热炉控制技术集成研究

In response to the inefficiencies and environmental issues associated with traditional medium frequency furnaces that rely on gas or oil heating, this research proposes a novel integrated control technology. This technology incorporates power grid peak shaving, and develops a mathematical model for the furnace to optimize its operation. The study demonstrates significant advantages in flexibility, energy waste reduction, and precise peak shaving and valley filling, compared to non-regulated alternatives.

Design and implementation of wall climbing robot for surface coating repair based on permanent magnet adsorption 基于永磁吸附的表面涂层修复爬壁机器人的设计与实现

The surface of large equipment is often coated with anti-corrosion or specialized coatings with special functions. During daily use, local coating detachment may occur on the surface of the equipment due to collision and wear, making it difficult for manual operation to reach. Therefore, specialized equipment is needed for coating repair work. In order to meet the requirements of complex surface working conditions and have the functions of checking the surface coating status, determining the repair position, polishing the repair position, and repairing the paint, a surface walking and climbing robot based on permanent magnet adsorption is proposed. This article carried out the design, manufacturing, and final assembly of a coating repair climbing robot, and completed the process validation test of the prototype. The experiment shows that the wall climbing robot using permanent magnet adsorption technology can reliably adsorb in places where the working surface is made of ferromagnetic materials such as steel. Image recognition, surface polishing, coating repair, etc. basically meet the requirements of use, effectively improving work efficiency.

Optimal algorithm investigation of multi-axis vibration control based on PXI bus technology 基于 PXI 总线技术的多轴振动控制优化算法研究

Real-world vibration happens in all directions and thus it is necessary to test the product in all three directions simultaneously. This paper aims at the key technologies in the vibration control of multi-axis vibration test, hardware platform and software platform of the vibration test control system was built. Based on the optimal algorithm research on the multi-axis vibration control strategy, combined with the constructed multi-axis shaker, relevant experimental research was carried out. Experimental research was conducted on multi-axis sine vibration. The experimental results of connecting the multi-axis shaker indicated that control response power spectrum in multi-axis vibration control is controlled within the range of ±1.5dB.

The main functions of the 220kV substation in Tiexi District, Haicheng City are to receive, distribute, and transfer electrical energy in the power system. As an basic but significant part of the construction of substations, the design scheme of the electrical main wiring not only directly affects the stability and flexibility of operation, but also directly determines the selection of electrical equipment and the configuration of various protections. It is a crucial factor for reasonable investment in the electrical equipment of substations. The paper conducts an overall analysis and research on the substation through raw data, determining the design direction, design ideas, and planning of the substation; Using known existing conditions, complete the total load calculation, reactive power compensation calculation, and determine the selection of the main transformer for verification. The selection of the main wiring scheme that best fits the current situation of Tiexi District in Haicheng City has achieved a complete electrical primary design of the substation.
