Based on a research experiment on a travel questionnaire survey, this article firstly finds out the problems in the integration of liquor culture tourism industry: lack of a strategic plan, nonintegrated organically, lack of relevant talents and publicity, poor connotation of liquor culture, superficial integration degree and simple integration mode. After then, it analyzes integration mechanism of Sichuan liquor industry and tourism industry from the three sides: the industry relevance, market convergence point, the integration path. Finally, the article gets the integration implementations: take liquor culture as the core and integrate tourism resources, carry out Eco-tourism and incorporate the production base of brewing materials into the tourism industry development system, excavating the connotation of liquor culture in depth, enriching the development of liquor culture tourism products, create a vary modes of integration.

Under the condition of considering the road impedance, the mixed time window constraint is introduced to establish the optimal model of cold chain logistics distribution path of fresh food with the goal of minimum total distribution cost. Then a hybrid genetic-simulated annealing algorithm is designed, and the proposed model is solved in combination with the actual case. Through the analysis of the results obtained, it is found that the method proposed in this paper can enable enterprises to improve customer satisfaction while reducing distribution costs.

The development status and the resignation phenomenon of the pilot market in China are studied by elaborating origins of the phenomenon of pilot loss. On this basis, the causes behind pilot resignation related events were discussed. Meanwhile, the questionnaire survey method was adopted to conduct a classification analysis on the way to alleviate pilot resignation and guide the pilot team, and the possible main consideration factors of the current pilot resignation were classified, which mainly include the large influence of family life, the less humanistic care from company, and lack of personal career planning.

As a new application model of distributed data storage, smart contract and other computer technologies in the Internet era, blockchain has been widely used in digital currency, payment and settlement, material supply chain, energy transaction, etc. It is essentially a decentralized database. Through its unique technical design and data management methods, it can support multi-party collaboration in different fields. Blockchain technology is a new research result in the field of encryption and security. It is closely related to network and information security, and can be used to solve some problems in this field, such as attack defense, data protection, privacy protection, identity authentication, crash recovery, etc. Security testing involves multiple subjects such as R&D manufacturers, evaluation agencies, operation and maintenance units, and system users. It just caters to the characteristics of blockchain multi-party participation, data sharing, and establishment of mutual trust mechanisms.

As an indispensable part of economy and society, the proportion of enterprise tax planning in national finance is becoming increasingly important. With the development of economy and information technology, machine learning technology is more and more widely used in various fields, and it is often used to study tax forecasting. However, most of the machine learning methods are difficult to model efficiently because of the problem of tax data with few samples and multi dimensions. To solve this problem, this paper selects the open tax data set provided by an enterprise, and forecasts it based on logistics regression model and support vector machine regression model. We use the average absolute percentage error as the standard to measure the performance difference of the two models in this field. The results of this paper can help enterprise decision-makers to carry out more scientific and reasonable tax planning, and provide some decision-making reference for the national tax department.

The research on the ability of sci-tech innovation has always been a hot topic in the field of regional innovation. It is of great significance to promote the overall competitiveness of industry and the development of regional economy. Based on the comprehensive factors of science and technology support ability, innovation environment, innovation ability and its output, this paper studies the sci-tech innovation ability of Guangdong Province, constructs STICI for the first time, analyzes the actual data of 2018 of 21 regions in Guangdong Province, and measures the sci-tech innovation ability of each region. The difference of sci-tech innovation ability is also analyzed based on two levels of comprehensive ability and first level factor. It is concluded that the development of regional sci-tech innovation is unbalanced in different regions in Guangdong Province. It is suggested that the regional sci-tech innovation ability can be improved and the coordinated development of the whole province can be promoted through policy guidance, precise assistance, cooperation and co-construction, and strengthened dominant position of enterprises in sci-tech innovation in eastern and western regions of Guangdong Province.

To address this issue, the main mode and related technology application of the current government data sharing and exchange are analyzed, and a decentralized data sharing mode based on block chain technology is proposed. This government information sharing scheme for cross departmental collaboration combines smart contract and data sharding storage technology, it can effectively reduce the cost of cross-departmental data sharing, and has good performance and scalability.
