THE ESSENCE AND STRUCTURE OF FORMING THE READINESS OF FUTURE OFFICERS FOR THE USE OF MODERN ANTI-TANK MISSILE SYSTEMS 形成未来军官准备使用现代反坦克导弹系统的本质和结构

The main goal of the study is to determine the essence and structure of training the readiness of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine (command line of training) to use the Javelin FGM-148 ATGM in extreme conditions of service and combat activity. In the process of research and analytical work, the following research methods were used: abstraction, measurement, expert evaluation, survey, comparison, observation, etc. As a result of research and analytical work, the members of the research group determined the essence of forming the readiness of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine (command line of training) to use the Javelin FGM-148 ATGM in extreme conditions of service and combat activity – personal multi-vector education, which is formed through purposeful and gradual pedagogical influence on the formation of future officers’ readiness to protect Ukraine, as well as the use of the latest models of high-precision weapons in extreme conditions of service and combat activity (both personally and as part of combat calculations), adaptation of the educational process of future officers to the requirements and realities of today, taking into account the existing experience of combat operations, as well as ensuring their effective and reliable performance of assigned tasks using the Javelin FGM-148 ATGM (other models of high-precision weapons), which ensures an advantage over the enemy on the battlefield with a minimum expenditure of forces and means and ensures the agreement of their knowledge about the content and structure of the future professional activity, as well as the requirements of this activity to: levels of theoretical knowledge, practical skills, state of psychophysical readiness, as well as tactical preparedness of subordinate servicemen with the opportunities and needs formed and realized by them in the process of development. In addition, taking into account the results obtained at the end of the 2nd stage of the theoretical research, we determined the structure of the above-mentioned readiness according to: cognitive, practical, evaluative and value-motivational components. Prospects for further research in the chosen direction of scientific intelligence include the determination of criteria, indicators and levels of readiness of future law enforcement officers (on the example of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine of the command line of training) to use the Javelin FGM-148 ATGM in extreme conditions of service and combat activity.
