Problems related to the filling effect of rubbers based on NBR 2665 with carbon black on bond strength of rubber — metal joints obtained during the vulcanization process are discussed. The most widely used grades of carbon black in the rubber industry are considered.

AN INFLUENCE OF FILLERS ON ABRASIVE WEAR OF SEGMENTED POLYURETHANEURA 填料对分段聚氨酯磨料磨损的影响

As an object of research, we have chosen a well-known elastic polymer material – polyetherurethane urea SKU-PFL, which is a typical segmented block copolymer. Powdered microdispersed fillers capable to improve wear resistant such as calcium stearate and molybdenum disulfide were added to this material at the manufacturing stage in varying amounts (up to 1.5% by weight). The found level of the optimal filler concentration for the investigated elastomers in the region close to 0.5 wt% makes it possible to consider calcium stearate and molybdenum disulfide as not only effective but also economical components of promising wear-resistant polymeric materials.

It was determined that wetting polyurethane urea based on polytetramethylene oxide diol Polyfurit-1000 lead to significant deterioration in their resistance to the abrasive wear. This effect was associated with a weakening of the interchain interaction in the studied polymers relating with the moisture action. The results were compared with suitable changes in the elastic and strength characteristics of the studied materials.
结果表明,以聚四甲基氧化物二醇polyfuri -1000为基料的湿性聚氨酯尿素的耐磨性明显下降。这种效应与所研究的聚合物中与水分作用有关的链间相互作用的减弱有关。结果与所研究材料的弹性和强度特性的适当变化进行了比较。
