RELATIONSHIP OF THE ABRASIVE RESISTANCE OF URETHANE-CONTAINING ELASTOMERS AND THEIR STRUCTURE 含氨基弹性体耐磨性与结构的关系

The effect of the chemical structure of urethane elastomers on their wear resistance was investigated. The function the volumetric wear degree of the studied elastomers versus the content of hard segments had a pronounced form with an extremum. It was established that the best wear resistance was typical for polyurethanes and polyurethanes with some optimal content of hard segments, the level of which depended on the chemical nature of the oligomers used in the synthesis.
研究了聚氨酯弹性体的化学结构对其耐磨性的影响。弹性体的体积磨损度与硬段含量的函数具有明显的极值形式。结果表明,具有最佳耐磨性的聚氨酯和具有最佳硬段含量的聚氨酯,其水平取决于合成中使用的低聚物的化学性质。
