Methodological approaches to improving the technology of engineering fluorocomposites 改进工程氟复合材料技术的方法学途径

Structural and technological aspects of obtaining composite materials based on polytetrafluoroethylene are considered. It is shown that due to the manifestation of the inertness of the components in the processes of interfacial interaction with an increase in the degree of filling, within the framework of the traditional technological paradigm, a structural paradox is realized. This paradox consists in a proportional decrease in the tensile strength parameter of fluorocomposites with an increase in their degree of filling. Based on the concept of energy and technological compliance of components, technological principles for eliminating the negative impact of the structural paradox by controlling the structure of fluorine composites at various levels of organization: molecular, supramolecular, phase and interfacial are proposed. Efficient methods have been developed for manufacturing products from highly filled fluorine composites containing 25–35% (wt.) carbon fiber and having parameters of stress-strain characteristics that are 1.5–2.0 times higher than the parameters of the analogues "Flubon", "Fluvis".

Sorption interactions in system «hydroxyapatite—aqueous solution of CuSO4» 系统“羟基磷灰石- CuSO4水溶液”中的吸附相互作用

Regularities of adsorption of copper (II) ions by synthetic hydroxyapatite have been examined. It is shown that sorption of metal ions occurs mainly in the mixed diffusion region, the chemical interaction described by the pseudo-second order kinetic equation has a significant effect on the process speed. It was found out that that the adsorption isotherm was described by the Langmuir monomolecular adsorption equation in the best way. Interaction specificity of hydroxyapatite with water was studied by NMR relaxation spectroscopy method

The effect of microwave radiation on the vulcanizate of a polyurethane binder based on low molecular weight rubber PDI-3B was studied. Densities of thermal energy of microwave radiation absorbed by the material were calculated. It was shown that an increase in the density of thermal energy absorbed by the sample leads to a significant increase in the deformability of the material, which can be associated with a change in the density of the spatial network Keywords: microwave radiation, binder, polymeric material, rubber, thermal energy density, breaking stress, breaking strain, microwave generator, radiation frequency, radiation power.

The synthesis of polymethyl methacrylate – collagen graft copolymer was carried out upon initiation of the process by radicals formed upon irradiation of the complex oxide RbTe1.5W0.5O6 with visible light (λ = 400-700 nm) at a temperature of 250C. The characteristics of the new polymer material were obtained by the methods of elemental and physicochemical analyzes.

Investigation of strength properties of carbon fiber plastics with two-phase reinforcement scheme 碳纤维塑料两相增强方案的强度性能研究

The results of experimental studies of impact strength and tensile strength of carbon fiber plastics with a two-phase reinforcement scheme, including under the influence of negative temperatures (–30 and –50 °C), are presented. A feature of the tested carbon fiber plastic samples is the presence in their structure of an additional reinforcing material (a «liquid» phase material) which is a monomer or polymer and provides an increase in the relaxation characteristics of the composite. Triethylene glycol dimethacrylate, silicone sealant and synthetic wax were used as such material in the work.
