This study aims to see the impact of the COVID pandemic on a group of people, namely MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) actors. This entrepreneurial sector is known for its flexibility and resilience to withstand all situations and conditions, including during the 1998 monetary crisis. However, during the pandemic, this sector was hit the hardest compared to large companies. This is because the MSME sector in general does not have large savings as part of a precautionary motive. The government actually already has an assistance program for MSMEs affected by COVID. But, of course, MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) actors must rise up to help themselves, not only relying on government programs that may have limitations. This study aims to see the strategies of the MSME actors, both economic and social strategies. Researches on the adaptive strategies of economic actors have indeed been carried out frequently. The difference is that the adaptive strategy that will be examined this time is a strategy during the COVID pandemic. Most of the COVID-19 studies have been conducted in the medical or health sector. Because this research was conducted during the pandemic, interviews were conducted through digital technology, namely WA calling or telephone. There were six research subjects who were interviewed, with various product variants produced. Based on the research results, it was found that there are three kinds of adaptation strategies for MSME actors namely: economic strategy, technology strategy and social network strategy.

This article's background is the impact of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic on the process of implementing school learning that has turned online. This article contains the process of making animated video learning media using the Powtoon application. Animated video material is the National Examination subject (Indonesian, Science, and Mathematics) for elementary school students in grades one to six. The data collection method used interviewing students, parents, teachers, village heads, PKK administrators, and youth organizations. By analyzing the problems then accomplished by making animated videos that suitable to the syllabus for each subject. The animated video is uploaded to the Sidokumpul Village Community Service Program's official Youtube channel to be accessed by all target elementary students and the wider community. Making animation is to provide learning innovation for elementary school teachers and students in Sidokumpul village and attract interest in learning. The stages of making animated videos consist of pre-production, production, and post-production. Animated videos can accelerate elementary students' understanding of the subject matter. Moreover, parental involvement in online learning provides many positive things for relationships between family members and student personality development.

As a value system, Pancasila provides a fundamental basis in the life of the community, nation, and state. The essence of the fourth principle of Pancasila is about democracy which is based on wisdom that is rooted in the moral principle of humanity and divinity. Therefore, according to the Pancasila view, democracy must be based on religious moral originating from God, justice and civilization. Nowadays, by seeing the application of democracy in Indonesia still has many problems, likes freedom as a symbol of democracy is not balanced with its quality, resulting in behavior that is contrary to democracy. Although freedom is guaranteed in the Constitution, oppression, discrimination, marginalization still occurs. Democracy does not only require laws, regulations, and institutions capable of enforcing it, but also democratic attitudes, namely the willingness to build a compromise with the awareness that a person cannot realize all that is desired (a combination of individual awareness and group awareness). True democracy requires good citizens. Therefore, democratic education that integrated through Citizenship Education is absolutely necessary with the aim of preparing citizens who are able to act with democratic ethics.

This journal is done through observations of pressing issues surrounding human rights for children and their protection. It is aimed to look deeper into the condition of children in Indonesia which is said to be protected by the Indonesian government under human rights laws. The violations around children consist of children carrying the burden to provide for their families under harsh circumstances. Everyday, children on the streets ask for money, teenagers working in the cities as maids, when they all are supposed to be in school. Child labor revolves around pedophilia, child labor, and child physical and mental abuse. These are mostly done by adults for their personal needs and children are not taken as seriously as they are seen as minors, thus disregarding their feelings. Indonesia government should further investigate on this matter to prevent more child abuse happening in Indonesia. Awareness of child abuse are further observed through surveys from Indonesian general public to determine the perspective towards their consciousness towards this issue. Children should be the main priority as they are the future, thus protection should be more advanced.

The background of this study is the low activeness students in Social Studies learning. This study aims to investigate the improvement of the activeness of Grade VIII A students of SMP Negeri 1 Duduksampeyan in Social Studies learning through the STAD model. This was a classroom action research (CAR) study. The research subjects were Grade VIII A students of SMP Negeri 1 Duduksampeyan in the academic year of 2019/2020 with a total of 32 students. The study was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consisted of activity steps of planning, action and observation, and reflection. The data were collected through observations, interviews, field notes, and tests. They were analyzed by means of the qualitative technique using the interactive analysis model by Miles and Huberman consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The data trustworthiness was enhanced through technique triangulation. The results of the study showed that the use of the STAD model was capable of improving the activeness of Grade VIII A students of SMP Negeri 1 Duduksampeyan in Social Studies learning. This was indicated by the improvement of each indicator for students’ activeness obtained from the data collected through observations, interviews, and field notes. In Cycle I, the results was still low so that the action was continued in Cycle II. In cycle II, the students’ activeness improved. The improvement from Cycle I to Cycle II satisfied the criterion for the success of the action, namely ≥ 75% so that the study was successful.
