Design and realization of comprehensive communication network training management platform 综合通信网络培训管理平台的设计与实现

3G communication technology has three main wireless interface standards which are WCDMA, CDMA2000 and TD-SCDMA. The 3G devices and software of devices are different between different manufacturers and standards. In order to manage the different devices and many users in the training process of vocational education in communication profession, we designed and developed the software, “comprehensive communication network training platform”. Combining the device controlling software, this software packed the communication devices and users into a platform for unified management with some key technologies such as soft routing, Network Address Translation (NAT). Giving full consideration to the training process, the software can not only meet the requirements of vocational training, but also deploy the communication devices, resources and protect the security of the devices, so it is of great significance to the professional teaching of the mobile communication.
3G通信技术主要有WCDMA、CDMA2000和TD-SCDMA三种无线接口标准。不同厂商、不同标准的3G设备和设备的软件是不同的。为了管理通信专业职业教育培训过程中的不同设备和众多用户,我们设计开发了“通信网络综合培训平台”软件。该软件结合设备控制软件,结合软路由、NAT (Network Address Translation)等关键技术,将通信设备和用户打包成统一管理的平台。该软件充分考虑到培训过程,既能满足职业培训的要求,又能对通信设备、资源进行部署,保护设备的安全,对移动通信专业教学具有重要意义。

The research of dynamic multi-application smart card segment storage management model 动态多应用智能卡分段存储管理模型的研究

The multi-application smart card has a crucial problem that how to keep the management safety of some applications in the multi-application card, preventing one of application illegal visit to the other applications. In connection with this problem, the articles analyze the shortcomings of the partition management. Through combined the segment table of application and registry table, it bring forth a multi-application smart card segment memory management security model and systematically analyze the model structure in security aspect.
多用途智能卡的一个关键问题是如何保证多用途智能卡中某些应用的管理安全,防止一个应用对其他应用的非法访问。针对这一问题,文章分析了分区管理存在的不足。结合应用程序段表和注册表,提出了一种多应用智能卡段内存管理安全模型,并从安全方面系统分析了模型结构。

Identification and empirical analysis of Shaanxi industrial cluster 陕西产业集群的识别与实证分析

The cluster-type development in China promoted the progress of economy and society, which led the effective identification of industrial cluster significant to policy-making and economy. This paper calculated Location Quotients of Shaanxi Province from 2008-2010 by using the data of Statistical Yearbook of China and Shaanxi 2009-2011. And then adopt factor analysis, researched the correlation between the industries by using the data of input-output table. According the results analysis, we found 10 competitive industries and 7 categories of industrial clusters in Shaanxi Province.
中国的集群型发展促进了经济和社会的进步,因此有效识别产业集群对政策制定和经济发展具有重要意义。本文利用《中国统计年鉴》和《陕西省统计年鉴》2009-2011年的数据,计算了陕西省2008-2010年的区位商。然后采用因子分析法,利用投入产出表的数据,研究了产业间的相关性。根据结果分析,我们发现陕西省有10个优势产业和7类产业集群。

Evaluation on comprehensive benefit of wind power generation and utilization of wind energy 风力发电与风能利用综合效益评价

In recent years, with the excessive consumption of conventional energy, the contradiction between supplication and demand and the irrational structure of China's energy as well as the environmental pollution have become increasingly apparent. It has become the key to sustainable development to reduce the consumption of traditional energy and to enhance the development and utilization of renewable energy. Therefore, China has begun to enhance the development and investment on new clean energy and renewable energy. Wind energy is an inexhaustible supply of renewable energy and it has no pollution. To do great efforts to develop wind energy resources is also considered to be a very effective measure to protect the environment which causes more and more attention. In China, the development of wind energy has become an effective way to alleviate the shortage of energy and curb the environmental degradation. As an important follow-up energy source, wind power shows a good prospect for development. Because of the pollution-free, short construction cycle, investment flexibility and small footprint, wind power has good social and environmental benefit. Previously, our country did not make use of the wind energy. It not only wasted a valuable resource, but also had a bad impact on the ecological environment. First, this article analyzes the development situation and trend of China's wind power. Then, using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical principle to evaluate the benefit of wind power generation, including the economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit. The result proves that the social and environmental benefit of wind power is very good and the comprehensive benefit is good. Finally, draw the conclusion that the use of wind energy has a good prospect for development. China should strengthen the use of wind energy and it will bring great benefit. It can not only help protect the environment, but also ensure the sustainable development of national energy.

Construction and evaluation on smart substation information integration scheme 智能变电站信息集成方案的构建与评价

Smart substation is an important part of the smart grid which represents the future direction of development of new technologies in the substation. This paper propose an smart substation information integration scheme based on the IEC61850 standard, and it can simplify the structure of the substation automation system, achieve information sharing of the common network and a seamless connection between the systems, then analyzes its real-time performance and reliability, and also provide a new way of thinking to build a unified, open, intelligent substation automation system.
智能变电站是智能电网的重要组成部分,代表着未来变电站新技术的发展方向。本文提出了一种基于IEC61850标准的智能变电站信息集成方案,该方案简化了变电站自动化系统的结构,实现了公共网络的信息共享和系统间的无缝连接,并对其实时性和可靠性进行了分析,为构建统一、开放、智能的变电站自动化系统提供了一种新的思路。

A study of competence of enterprise architects in higher education 高等教育企业架构师胜任能力研究

Enterprise architecture has evolved from an integrating tool to a strategic method for alignment between IT and business. The increasing demand for an understanding of architecture has implications for the expertise of IT professionals. Because higher education in Taiwan faces growing demands to reduce costs, increase agility, and standardize IT environments, there has been a surge of enterprise architecture activity. This study employs field research using the practical competence model to identify the core competences of enterprise architects in higher education. This paper incorporates rigorous qualitative methods into the Job Competency Analysis (JCA) method and integrates the existing literature with in-depth interviews from architectural experts and IT managers. The results allow us to create a practical competence model that identifies the core competences of one occupation or industry. Theoretically, this model not only establishes a foundation for further research on core competence but also guides decision making on human resource development.

An interactive simulation framework for satellite design 卫星设计的交互式仿真框架

It's very useful to build a distributed interactive simulation system during the development of a new type of satellite. In order to apply the simulation system to various types of satellites, a universal on-board interactive simulation framework based on CAN bus is established. The simulation members are designed according to the composition of actual satellite system. Interfaces of drivers included in simulation members are packaged into a common interface, thus the problem of interfaces and communications between different members is solved. The on-board simulation system is established with the foundation of a CAN bus simulation framework, which actual hardware can join in for a testing or validation. The framework of simulation flow is described, and the foundation of intercommunion and operation between simulation members is laid down. Experiment results prove that the framework can work stably with great efficiency and high flexibility, and expected effect is achieved.

Prediction of number of depression patients based on neural network 基于神经网络的抑郁症患者数量预测

Mental disorder is rising year by year. Among them, depression is the most common psychiatric disorders, is also the highest rate of disease. The BP neural network has self-learning ability, adaptive ability and fault tolerance. This paper predict the number of depression patients using BP neural networks , so the government will put more attentions to mental diseases and widely raise public awareness about mental health issues.
精神疾病逐年上升。其中,抑郁症是最常见的精神障碍,也是发病率最高的疾病。BP神经网络具有自学习能力、自适应能力和容错能力。本文利用BP神经网络预测抑郁症患者的数量,从而引起政府对精神疾病的重视,并广泛提高公众对心理健康问题的认识。

Imbalanced dataset is an important factor influencing the effect of learning algorithms. Its influence on the classification learner is even more universal. To deal with imbalanced classification problem, sampling strategy is always an efficient method, however some other aspects of this strategy need to be solved. What distribution should be regulated among the classes and within the class? Which sampling strategy, over-sampling or under-sampling, is more acceptable in specific issues? What metric should be used to measure the classification results? In this paper we propose a general rule to select sampling strategy and design a novel metric V-measure, putting more attention to the minority. As for the distribution between the classes our choice of them is based on the standard whether the selected distribution will lead to significant improvement of the evaluation criteria.

Usability analysis of Web Service behavior based on interface automata 基于界面自动机的Web服务行为可用性分析

In the Web Service world, it is an important technique that taking the usable behaviors in the existed web services provides some value-added functions by the service composition. Therefore, the usability analysis of web service behaviors is a significant problem to be solved. Based on our early study about behavior derivation for software components by interface automata (IA), a method is given for checking whether there are usable behaviors in a web service or not according to a user's requirement. A behavior is usable if it can be preserved in a composite web service under some constraints, otherwise it is unusable. Web services are described by BPEL4WS and the user's requirements are specified by MSCs. The key step in our proposal is to build an IA model for the web service behaviors. Thus, we give the transformation rules from BPEL4WS to IA. By using the algorithm of constructing an environment for an IA which had been given in our early works, the usability of a web service behaviors is checked. A case study from real application is used to validate our proposal.
