Recognizing Textual Entailment with synthetic analysis based on SVM and feature value control 基于支持向量机和特征值控制的文本蕴涵识别

Recognizing Textual Entailment, as one of the branches of Nature Language Processing, has been widely adopted in Human Computer Interaction and Question Answering System. RTE problem is trying to build an intelligent system which can analyze the content of an input text (T), and then raises a hypothesis (H) inferred from that. My self-design RTE system, which is called SNRTE, combines lexical, syntax, and semantic 3 levels of analysis, under the support of NLP tools including Stemmer, Tokenize, Parser, POS Tag, Name Finder, WordNet2.1, and Support Vector Machine, etc. All these modules fetch useful information elements in the target text to define 49 feature values to train the system to make judgments by SVM. The training data is token from RTE official contest including 1600 pairs of tests and hypothesizes P(T,H). The average correct judgment rate is 67.5%, far above the average system correctness in RTE1 contest (55.12%) and better than the 2nd system (60.6%).

Remote authentication of software based on machine's fingerprint 基于机器指纹的软件远程认证

Machine's fingerprint and encryption technique could be used to conduct remote register authentication of software to prevent unauthorized use. First of all, as fingerprint of machine fulfills the goal of one code for one machine, it can cut the loss caused by disclosure of register codes. Secondly, the introduction of encryption technique can prevent illegal interception of register code and fingerprint of machine. What's more, remote-register of software is beneficial for large scale distribution. It has been proved practically that this method could safeguard legal rights of developer efficiently.

A modified genetic algorithm for DAG scheduling in grid systems 网格系统DAG调度的改进遗传算法

Distributed systems play a vital role in the improvement of high performance computing. Of primary concern when analyzing these systems is DAG scheduling. The problem of DAG scheduling can be stated as scheduling and mapping of the precedence-constrained task graph to processors so that the completion time can be minimized. It is known to be a NP-complete problem. Several studies have demonstrated that genetic algorithm based on the principles of evolution perform better than others generally. In this paper, we will propose an modified genetic algorithm by improving genetic operators and experimental studies show that the modified genetic algorithm converge quickly and can get optimal solution.

Industry network embeddedness and USO performance: An mediating model 产业网络嵌入性与USO绩效:一个中介模型

Previous studies explicitly or implicitly concluded that there were many factors impacting on University Spin-offs'(USO) performance, but there is little empirical evidence for linkages among USOs' network embeddedness and performance based on entrepreneurial orientations perspective. Did Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO) make China USOs' performance difference after embedding into industrial network? Based on the survey data of China University Spin-offs (USO), the empirical results suggested that the embeddedness at the firm level does significantly affect China university spin-offs' performance, but it is partly mediated by the sub-dimensions of Entrepreneurial Orientation (EO).Implications for both research and practice are discussed herein.

Semantic Web imprecise ontology construction method research 语义网不精确本体构建方法研究

Imprecision includes fuzziness and roughness, so imprecise ontology includes fuzzy ontology and rough ontology. Through the investigation to current construction methods about fuzzy and rough ontology, the analysis and comparison to related imprecise ontology construction methods are given. By introducing inclusion degree, a novel method of fuzzy and rough ontology construction is proposed to solve the problem of being unilaterally fuzziness-based or roughness-based in current research domain. Finally, the future research direction is discussed.

Promoting sustainable e-government with multichannel service delivery: A case study 以多渠道提供服务促进可持续的电子政府:个案研究

Sustainable e-government implies a synthesis of social equity, social inclusion, bridging the digital-divide and e-participation. Upon that, it is necessary to provide multiple channels for extending service delivery to the masses, particularly vulnerable groups in rural areas. The main purpose of this paper is to explore the operation and usage of multi-channel service delivery from local governments of China. Practices were recorded and collected during an investigation on the Municipal Administrative Service-center and Local Taxation Bureau of the Shiyan City in 2011. Empirical results show that web channels, mobile-based channels and e-service kiosks are primary digital channels been adopted, while the traditional channels can be supplements to digital ones in narrowing the digital divide. In addition, ongoing coordination across channels and agency boundaries can be further promotion of the sustainable e-government.

Research on cloud manufacturing resource integrating service modeling based on cloud-Agent 基于cloud- agent的云制造资源集成服务建模研究

Cloud manufacturing has become a brand-new service mode oriented networked manufacturing. The key that achieve this manufacture mode is to exploit all kinds of potential manufacture resources and capabilities fully. By analyzing the type and composition of manufacture resources, combining with Agent technology, the concept as well as its model about cloud-Agent are put forwarded. In order to control and coordinate cloud manufacturing terminal node efficiency, a cloud manufacturing integrating service mode based on cloud-agent is studied. At last, a cloud manufacturing integrating service platform prototype system based on cloud-agent is given, and cloud manufacturing resource sharing and collaboration based on cloud-agent are realized initially.

Fuzzy ontology based knowledge reasoning framework design 基于模糊本体的知识推理框架设计

The existing ontology reasoners are all unilaterally description logic-based or rule-based, and their abilities to deal with fuzzy ontology are limited. It is the diversity of fuzzy ontology representation methods among them that leads to a low processing efficiency of fuzzy ontology. To solve this bottle-neck problem of fuzzy ontology-based knowledge reasoning, fuzzy ontology, fuzzy ontology representation method and fuzzy description logic are investigated, and the existing fuzzy ontology reasoners are comparatively analyzed. By virtue of the advantages of the typical reasoners such as Pellet, JenaAPI and fuzzyDL (fuzzy Description Logic), a method combining rule and description logic reasoning is designed, and a framework about fuzzy ontology based knowledge reasoning is proposed. By reducing fuzzy ontology, checking consistency and repairing inconsistency, the efficiency and accuracy of fuzzy ontology based knowledge reasoning can be improved. Finally, an experiment is given to verify the validity of proposed method.

It is the diversity of fuzzy ontology representation methods among them that leads to a low processing efficiency of fuzzy ontology. To solve this bottle-neck problem of fuzzy ontology-based knowledge reasoning, fuzzy ontology, fuzzy ontology representation method and fuzzy description logic are investigated, and the existing fuzzy ontology reasoners are comparatively analyzed. By virtue of the advantages of the typical reasoners such as Pellet, JenaAPI and fuzzyDL (fuzzy Description Logic), a method combining rule and description logic reasoning is designed, and a framework about fuzzy ontology based knowledge reasoning is proposed. By reducing fuzzy ontology, checking consistency and repairing inconsistency, the efficiency and accuracy of fuzzy ontology based knowledge reasoning can be improved. Software engineering knowledge and project data, formed into software engineering ontology, helps communications among remote team members and provides consistent understanding of the domain knowledge and project data. Software engineering ontology, together with its instance knowledge, is used as a communication framework within a project, thereby providing rational and shared understanding of project matters. In this paper, we have analyzed software engineering ontology as knowledge and data warehousing. We have presented the software engineering ontology. We have only covered some distinguished part of modeling domain knowledge of software engineering as example.
