Credibility theory is widely used in determining premium in insurance, such as general insurance, life insurance, and reinsurance using historical data. In this paper, a multidimensional credibility model is developed from the Buhlmann-Straub credibility model with inflation factor in the model. Buhlmann-Straub’s inhomogeneous and homogeneous credibility estimators are developed to be multidimensional credibility. Furthermore, the estimation of a structural parameter is investigated to determine credibility premium. This methodology is applied to estimate the credibility premium in Social Health Insurance in Indonesia or JKN (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional). The premium of social health insurance is paid regularly by participants, employers, and the government for the health insurance program. Therefore, a good model is used to determine the premium based on the source of the funds.Credibility theory is widely used in determining premium in insurance, such as general insurance, life insurance, and reinsurance using historical data. Let G(V, E) be a finite, simple and undirected graph with a vertex set V and an edge set E. An edge irregular total k-labeling is a map f : V ∪ E → {1, 2, …, k} such that for any two different edges xy and x’y’ in E, ω(xy) ≠ ω(x’y’) where ω(xy) = f(x) + f(y) + f(xy). The minimum k for which the graph G admits an edge irregular total k-labeling is called the total edge irregularity strength of G, denoted by tes(G). In this paper, we show the exact value of the total edge irregularity strength of any book graph of m sides and n sheets Bn(Cm) and of any double book graph of m sides and 2n sheets 2Bn(Cm).Let G(V, E) be a finite, simple and undirected graph with a vertex set V and an edge set E.

This paper considers dual channel closed loop supply chain with one manufacture and two retailers. A manufacturer combined the offline channel with a direct online channel in product sales. In this research, we inspected the dual channel closed loop supply chain model by notice delivery lead time for the online channel and price discount contracts. We constructed mathematical models with the profit maximization motive which is determined by three decision variables. Furthermore, we determine the optimal solution of the model. We analyze the effects of delivery lead time and price discount contract on the optimal operation. The results of the study show that delivery lead time strongly influences on the optimal profit system and price discount contract perform better than non-contract scenarios. This paper considers dual channel closed loop supply chain with one manufacture and two retailers. We study the local Holder regularity of weak solutions for evolutional p-Laplacian systems in the degenerate case. Here, we treat the local Holder regularity of weak solutions using the intrinsic scaling method. The main result is to show the validity of theorem of local Holder regularity of weak solutions for degenerate case only.We study the local Holder regularity of weak solutions for evolutional p-Laplacian systems in the degenerate case.
