In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making problems with picture uncertain linguistic information. Then, we utilize arithmetic and geometric operations to develop some picture uncertain linguistic aggregation operators: picture uncertain linguistic weighted average (PULWA) operator, picture uncertain linguistic weighted geometric (PULWG) operator, picture uncertain linguistic ordered weighted average (PULOWA) operator, picture uncertain linguistic ordered weighted geometric (PULOWG) operator, picture uncertain linguistic hybrid average (PULHA) operator and picture uncertain linguistic hybrid geometric (PULHG) operator. The prominent characteristic of these proposed operators are studied. Then, we have utilized these operators to develop some approaches to solve the picture uncertain linguistic multiple attribute decision making problems. Finally, a practical example for micro-credit risk evaluation of micro-credit companies is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

In this paper, we study on the multiple attribute decision making problems for selecting the marketing promotional modes of new energy vehicles financial leasing with the fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy information. We first introduce some operations on the fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy sets. To determine the attribute weights, a model based on the information entropy, by which the attribute weights can be determined, is established. We utilize the fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy Hamacher weighted geometric (FNIFHWG) operator to aggregate the fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative, and then rank the alternatives and select the most desirable one(s) according to the score function and accuracy function. Finally, to show the effectiveness of the proposed method, we give an example to select the marketing promotional modes of new energy vehicles financial leasing with the fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy information.

This paper proposes a novel approach for modelling complex interconnected systems by means of fuzzy networks with feedback rule bases. The nodes in these networks are rule bases connected in a feedback manner whereby outputs from some rule bases are fed as inputs to the same or preceding rule bases. The approach allows any fuzzy network of this type to be presented as an equivalent fuzzy system by linguistic composition of its nodes. The composition process makes use of formal models for fuzzy networks, basic operations in such networks, their properties and advanced operations. These models, operations and properties are used for defining several types of networks with single or multiple local and global feedback. The proposed approach facilitates the understanding of complex interconnected systems by improving the transparency of their models.
