Pendidikan adalah usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya. Minimnya pemanfaatan data yang tersimpan membuat data ini kurang memberikan nilai tambah terhadap institusi. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan adanya pemanfaatan data-data tersebut agar menghasilkan sebuah pengetahuan yang bermanfaat bagi program studi dan perguruan tinggi. IT Telkom memiliki 3 fakultas, terdiri dari 12 program studi S1 dan 1 program studi D3. Pada tahun 2017, jalur masuk yang dibuka oleh IT Telkom Purwokerto adalah Mandiri, Kemitraan, dan Prestasi Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi perfomansi mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan masa studi tepat waktu. Batasan penelitian ini yaitu hanya pada program sarjana Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto. Atribut yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah cluster asal daerah berdasarkan PDRB, program studi, jalur masuk, asal sekolah, bidang keahlian, IPK semester ganjil 2019/2020, dan status kelulusan TA 1 dan Seminar Proposal. Sumber data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari bagian Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (PMB), Akademik Institusi, dan SISFO. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode klasifikasi decision tree. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 63 rules dengan akurasi 68,49% dengan nilai precision 79,63% dan nilai recall 55,13%.

CV Abadi Jaya Presisi is a company engaged in manufacturing the manufacture of household appliances made of plastic such as wakul, plastic jar, plastic spoon and rollers. Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) is a way to find out the dangers that exist in CV Abadi Jaya Presisi. The research method used is HIRARC, with data collection techniques namely observation and interviews. The results of the study found that 4 operations were in condition N/ according to the procedure and A/ outside the procedure, 1 operation was in condition E/ difficult to control. With the value obtained from the research the risk of work accidents is in a condition of medium and small risk. By controlling risks such as wearing gloves to avoid slashing hands and hot finished products, using eye protection equipment, checking cranes regularly, using a helmet to avoid hitting the head with hard objects, checking electrical installations, using ear protective equipment and masks when operating. Crusher machine, and use safety shoes when installing and removing molds. For Personal Protection equipment, it should be provided at work locations because there is a lack of Personal Protection in the work area

Antrian merupakan suatu permasalahan yang terjadi ketika jumlah pelanggan lebih banyak dibanding dengan jumlah sumber daya yang ada pada pelayanan, sehingga menyebabkan pelanggan menunggu sebelum dilayani. Permasalahan yang terjadi di Percetakan XYZ yaitu antrian yang terjadi pada pelayanan di masing-masing server. Hal ini dikarenakan akibat jumlah sumber daya pelayanan yang tesedia tidak sebanding dengan jumlah pelanggan yang ada. Oleh karena itu diperlukan solusi perbaikan untuk meminimasi waktu antri dan memaksimalkan jumlah pelanggan yang dapat dilayani. Simulasi dilakukan menggunakan software Arena untuk menggambarkan kegiatan antrian dalam sistem pelayanan sesuai sistem yang ada. Hasil yang diperoleh untuk mengurangi waktu antri dan memaksimalkan pelayanan adalah dengan menambah satu loket di masing-masing server.

Dimasa pandemi covid ini, demand produk masker sangat meningkat sebagai upaya pencegahan dengan penerapan protocol kesahatan. Hal ini juga berdampak bagi para UMKM pengrajin masker yang mengalami kenaikan permintaan produknya. Salah satu UMKM pengrajin masker yang mengalami peningkatan permintaan produk masker adalah Ar-Oermy collection Kudus. Proses pembuatan masker pada UMKM Ar-Oermy collection Kudus dilakukan dengan finishing melukis pada maskernya. Ditinjau dari aspek ergonomi, postur kerja pelukis pada UMKM tersebut sangat tidak ergonomis. Sehingga dapat mengakibatkan keluhan pada otot dan produktivitasnya, metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantatif. Data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah data ukuran postur kerja pelukis pada saat melakukan pekerjaannya melukis pada masker. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisa dengan REBA menggunakan software ergofellow untuk menentukan risiko postur kerjanya. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapat skor analisis REBA sebesar 11, yang mempunyai arti memiliki risiko tinggi, yaitu perlu tindakan peruabahan secepatnya pada postur kerjanya. Adapun potensi risiko kuantitatif pada postur kerja pelukis masker berapa pada level tinggi sekali.

The spread of Covid-19 led to changes in Higher Education services at Universitas Muria Kudus, where the learning system was carried out online. Servperf is a method for measuring the performance of performance-based service quality. This method is used in this study, where five dimensions of service quality, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy are used as the basis. The literature review was conducted to obtain 15 indicators. From the results of distributing questionnaires based on these 15 indicators, 118 respondents were students of Universitas Muria Kudus. From the tangible dimensions, the average score is 3, the average reliability dimension score is 3.358757, the Responsiveness dimension has an average score of 3.180791, The Assurance dimension has an average score of 3.217514, and the Empathy dimension has an average score of 2.988701. Whereas the highest score indicator was obtained namely the lecturer workforce was able to communicate and present the material well in online learning with an average score of 3.51. Meanwhile, the lowest indicators are indicators namely Ease of access and internet connection during online learning and the learning process that is easy to understand by students during online learning with the same average score of 2.67.

5S yang dikembangkan di jepang, disebut 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, dan Shitsuke) yang merupakan sarana mencapai Efisiensi, Produktivitas, Kualitas, dan Keselamatan Kerja. Pengambilan topik 5S pada laporan ini dilakukan berdasar penghayatan bahwa tenaga kerja plus budaya 5S merupakan harta utama bagi perusahaan. Tujuan dari laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi area kerja di perusahaan PT Sukun Transport logistik dengan penerapan 5S. Kelebihan dari adanya implementasi tersebut antara lain membantu perusahaan dalam membenahi pola pikir pekerja terhadap pembiasaan 5S di area kerja. Sedangkan untuk kekurangan dari implementasinya adalah semua pihak harus melibatkan dirinya dalam penerapan 5S dengan cara meluangkan sebagian waktunya dalam menunjang kerapian dan kebersihan di area kerja. Penerapan 5S yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan adalah dengan melakukan pembuatan alur pelaksanaan 5S dan kebersihan terhadap lantai yang yang kurang bersih di area bengkel. Selain itu, perusahaan sudah melakukan pembuatan layout untuk area bengkel. Adapun rekomendasi perbaikan yang digunakan sebagai penunjang pelaksanaannya antara lain menyusun standarisasi dan prosedur pelaksanaan, melaksanakan training, menerapkan layout tetap, penetapan jadwal inspeksi, dan penentukan jadwal piket.

Working long hours on certain job sequences can lead to complaints on the operator like musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The UD Karunia Sentosa Utama is a manufacturing company that specializes in sock production. Observation on the UD Karunia Sentosa Utama found that the work station of the som engine section had a narrow, less-ergonomic area for the operator. The study aims to find out how much risk and risk factors an operator might be able to experience at the sock som work station section. Research based on its properties includes quantitative work in which research involves quantifying or quantifying data. Based on an analysis of the Nordic body map (NBM) questionnaires, from the scoring already done the results of a total individual score of 51. Based on the percentage of complaints from histogram processing obtained 39.3% point of no pain found, 39.3% found little pain, and 21.4% found pain. From the final scor for RULA, score was obtained by 6, whether it was from the ergofellow software or from the calculations. 6 the most high-risk points include (occipital, left shoulder, back, waist, hip, buttocks).

Scheduling is defined as the process of sequencing the manufacture of a product as a whole on several machines. All industries need proper scheduling to manage the allocation of resources so that the production system can run quickly and precisely as of it can produce optimal product. PT. Sari Warna Asli Unit V is one of the companies that implements a make to order production system with the FCFS system. Thus, scheduling the production process at this company is also known as job shop production scheduling. The methods used in this research are the CDS method, the EDD method and the FCFS method. The purpose of this research is to minimize the production time and determine the best method that can be applied to the company. The results of this research showed that the makespan obtained in the company's scheduling system with FCFS rules was 458 minutes, and the results of scheduling using the CDS method obtained a makespan value of 329 minutes, then the best production scheduling method that had the smallest makespan value was the CDS method.

Persaingan jasa kurir di dunia semakin meningkat dengan perkembangan era digital. Nilai pasar e-commerece di dunia dapat mencapai 94,5 triliun rupiah dan terus meningkat. Hal itu dibarengi dengan banyaknya jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia mencapai 30 persen dari total penduduk. Kemunculan e-commerce sebanding dengan banyaknya jasa kurir yang terlibat di dalamnya. Sehingga persaingan industri jasa kurir (logistik) semakin ketat. Dalam upaya memenangkan persaingan industri jasa kurir perlu dilakukan analisis faktor kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mentehaui pengaruh minat beli ulang pada jasa kurir berdasarkan fakor kepuasan, kualitas layanan dan brand preference dengan menggunakan metode Stuctural Equation Model (SEM). Dalam pengumpulan data, disebarkan kuesioner terhadap 261 responden pengguna jasa kurir di Yogyakarta dalam membeli produk melalui e-commerce. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli ulang yang tidak signifikan, kepuasan konsumen tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang dan brand preference memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen yang tidak signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil brand preference menjadi hal yang tak bias dihindarkan, sehingga jasa kurir harus meningkatkan branding agar dapat dikenal oleh calon konsumen maupun konsumen yang telah menjadi pelanggan tetap.
