Research on the financial risk prevention of the coal enterprise diversification 煤炭企业多元化经营的财务风险防范研究

Diversification is a mode of operation which is widely used by the development of group companies. The reason is that diversification can play internal strength, access to synergistic effect of resources, and enable enterprises to the orbit of strengthen and expand. But in reality, many businesses will also diversified into the development of difficulty or even go bankrupt. In order to stay sustainable in business, enterprises must be integrate their actual conduct to management and control effectively. By analyzing the status of China's coal enterprises diversification and the financial risks faced, we propose some measures to guard against financial risks, and provide final support for the sustainable and healthy development of the coal enterprises.
多元化经营是集团公司发展中广泛采用的一种经营模式。究其原因,多元化可以发挥内功,获得资源的协同效应,使企业走上做强做大的轨道。但在现实中,很多企业也会陷入多元化发展的困境甚至破产。企业要想在经营中永续经营,就必须将企业的实际行为与有效的管控相结合。通过分析中国煤炭企业多元化经营的现状和面临的财务风险,提出防范财务风险的措施,为煤炭企业的持续健康发展提供最终支持。

The construction management of traditional government investing project has been exposed exactly with disadvantages on the special Chinese conditions and present market environment. so the performing of Agent-construction system model has historic inevitability and practice meaning. Agent-construction system is a new project management model that appears in this years, this paper analyzes the headspring development property and implement of Agent-construction system, putting forward problems and keeping away method which in bringing into effect Agent-construction system at present.

Notice of RetractionManagement Innovation of SMEs during the post-crisis time 关于后危机时期中小企业管理创新的通知

With the increasing of the global financial crisis, the SMEs have no choice but to learn to enhance their ability of self-innovation, which is the best way to deal with it. To enforce the independent innovation capability of SMEs, a series of issues such as the lack of creative power, poor creative environment, inadequate innovation system, and innovation insufficient all need to be solved. In this article, the authors first present the status and the problems of SMEs; and then point out that the innovation management should refer to the idea of management, strategic, human resources, technology and operational that implement innovative; Finally, it shows that we should keep them together when comes to self-innovation of SMEs, and only by this way can the SMEs can keep still during the post crisis era.

How process innovation affects vertical product innovation in a part-coverage market with network externalities 在具有网络外部性的部分覆盖市场中,流程创新如何影响垂直产品创新

Through an extended vertically differentiated model, how process innovation affects vertical product innovation is investigated in a partly covered duopoly market which exhibits network externality. The aim of vertical product innovation (resp. process innovation) is to improve product quality (resp. lower marginal cost). Assuming the cost of quality may be variable or fixed, the following conclusions are found: (i) process innovation lowers (resp. improves) vertical product innovation efforts for high-quality (resp. low-quality) firm and product differentiation increases with the intensity of network externality in both types of quality cost; (ii) how process innovation affects product differentiation may be different in two types of quality cost.

To support experts and researchers explanation the Oracle Bone Inscriptions(OBI), using corpus theory and technology to analyse and process OBI digital resources and construct OBI corpus. Based on the corpus, use ontology technology to annotation the oracle inscriptions. Introduced ontology-based semantic annotation and implemented a semantic annotation System in order to sharing and reuse OBI knowledge and help experts to explanation OBI.

The research on anti-cheating strategy of online examination system 网络考试系统反作弊策略的研究

This article analyzes the characteristics and potential ways of cheating during the process of online examination and the shortage of existing online examination system's anti-cheating measures. Based on these two points, the article provides two solutions to prevent cheating. The first solution is based on the automatic generating examination paper algorithm which takes advantage of the principle of knapsack problem. And the other is based on the self-developed ActiveX control. Accordingly, while reducing the probability of examiners cheating, the fairness of online examination system will be enhanced.

Application of MATLAB for FPGA design 应用MATLAB进行FPGA设计

In order to develop an efficient design flow from MATLAB to FPGA, which employed MATLAB for algorithm research and as system level language allows efficient transition from algorithm development. In this paper, we discussed how to integrate MATLAB with HDL design tools such as HDL designer and Precision-C, suitable for rapid prototyping. The design flow not only accelerates process of algorithm development but also simplifies test-bed formulation and verification process. So the total development time can be obviously reduced. At last, we elaborate on the advantage and disadvantages of the design flow. It will be shown that MATLAB based design flow generates functional specifications that are useful for RTL development.

The Central Committee has explicitly announced that it is necessary to consolidate and develop unswervingly the public sector of the economy, play the leading role of the state-owned economy, as well as encourage, support and guide the non-public sector of the economy comprising self-employed and private businesses to allow both of them mutual promotion and common development in the process of the socialist modernization drive. It, however, should be noted that the development of non-public economy still faces a number of environmental problems and difficulties. This paper will probe into the existing problems to explore the cause of them mainly in terms of attitude and concept, market access and financing channel as well as equity of law and regulation enforcement.

Tourism industry, as a kind of elastic consumption, has a close relationship with economic cycle. Tourism industry has faced lots of challenges on the post-crisis era. E-commerce takes advantage of coverage and convenience to meet various and personalized demand of tourists. Tourism e-commerce breaks the traditional business model of tourism industry and becomes the major means in enhancing the industry competitiveness. How to use the different e-commerce to promote the tourism industry is discussed in the paper.
