The vehicle's steering wheel angle pulse input performance is an representative test of handling and stability, it characterizes vehicle's handling and stability by the transient response of the steering wheel angle pulse input. Taking the vehicle for example, in ADAMS software, vehicle dynamics model is built. According to GB/T6323.3-94 standards, the steering wheel angle pulse input virtual test is carried out, and then applied the QC/T 480–1999 limit vehicle handling and stability indices and assessment methods to evaluate the results of the simulation, the result is 66.2247 points, among that, the resonant peak level is 36.0973 points, indicating the vehicle's steering transient response ability is poor, should be improved.

Under the inferences of the economic globalization and market globalization, some industries in China such as automobile manufacturing is faced with severe competition and experiences profound changes. From the management mode of discrete manufacturing industry in the developed country. JIT (Just In Time) is suitable for the manufacturing enterprise development needs in the current market conditions. JIT (just in time) production is the process that the products and components with the required level of quality are produced at the given time and place in order to eliminate unprofitable labor and inventory waste, and achieve maximum output with minimum input. Advanced production mode can promote the development of productivity, which is outstanding in today's competitive market. The authors designed and implemented operation management systems based on JIT by using existing information technology and JIT model. With the popularity of the Internet, the extension speed of network resources always lags behind the demands of network bandwidth of network users. It is not an omnipotent solution to increase the available bandwidth. That is why it is important to analyze, control and manage network traffic accurately nowadays. It is reported that, as one of the prominent occupants, peer-to-peer (P2P) traffic takes up at least 70% of the total bandwidth. And BitTorrent (BT) traffic accounts for the first place among all P2P traffic. In an offline analysis on campus traffic captured in our university, we propose a method based on BT handshake packets which can accurately identify and classify BT traffic at a very low cost before evaluating our proposed method with Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) method whose results show that our method needs a much less classification time and storage space which outperforms the DPI-based BT traffic classification.

Ultrahigh voltage lines are playing an important role for today's power transmission. The electromagnetic pollution produced by these ultrahigh voltage lines is one of the main environmental problems. Taking the 500kv transmission and transformation in Shangcai-Henan as an example, the electromagnetic radiation of 500KV power transmission lines has been tested in this work. An algorithm of using curve-fitting is also proposed for improving the data precision. Simulation results have shown the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Focusing on the control system of convertible UAV, which is nonlinear, strongly coupled and uncertain due to its complexity in layout, structure and aerodynamic peculiarity, a kind of control method based on extended-state-observer (ESO) is proposed. First, the dynamic model inversion technique based on reference model tracking is applied to linearize the object and eliminate the coupled factors. Then, the unknown disturbances in the system including un-modeled dynamic performance and inversion error are estimated and compensated by ESO. ESO needs not any information about the object's mathematic model and has succinct structure, which is quite different from other adaptive control methods. The simulation results show that by this method, the anticipant movement and mode conversion of convertible UAV can be realized properly, and the system has strong robustness.

The excess activated sludge is usually directly dewatered without digestion in most municipal wastewater treatment plants, which will pose potential threat to ecological environment due to its high content of organic matter. Therefore, there are the needs of centralized digestion of these dewatered sludges. The process of anaerobic digestion of sludge is restricted by its hydrolysis process, so the pretreatment is necessary to disintegrate the bacterial cells so as to improve anaerobic digestion. In this study, dewatered sewage sludge was pretreated by ultrasound to study the effect of organic matter dissolution. The results showed that with the increase of ultrasonic power, the effect of dissolution was improved, and more organic matters were transferred from the phase of solid to that of liquid. However, the rates of SCOD dissolution at different ultrasound power densities were different. When ultrasound power density was 0.8 W/ml and 1.67 W/ml, the rate was 0.279 mg/l·ml-1·J-1 and 0.280 mg/l·ml-1·J-1, respectively. When the ultrasound power density was 3.34 W/ml, the dissolution was better than the former two as the rate reached 0.698 mg/l·ml-1·J-1.

A lot of domestic and international practice shows that science and technology enterprises are increasingly becoming important body of developing high-tech industries and establishing national innovation system. The most important driving force of companies is human resources. Talent evaluation is very important and fundamental during human resource development and management and it has inestimable significance for science and technology companies to train and use talents. A reasonable system of talent assessment can create a new environment that motivates people to do original research and stimulates their enthusiasm to work.
