Abstract BKM Sejahtera is a collective leadership institution from a community association in the village of Sumberejo which has the role of mobilizing the potential and resources of the community in an effort to overcome various development issues in the village / village area. BKM Sejahtera still has many obstacles in its operations including the process of making reports and transactions - transactions that occur are still done conventionally, namely the making of reports still using Microsoft Excel as a recording of existing transactions but it is less effective because it requires a relatively long time in presenting reports finance, especially savings and loans and as a storage method, are relatively inefficient because they do not use databases so that they require a large space and difficulties in finding data. The risk of errors in the transaction process and the making of a savings and loan report are relatively high because the data written in the transaction book is sometimes not the same as the data inputted in Microsoft Excel. To overcome the above problems, an Information System Application will be made to the Prosperous Community Self-Help Agency Using the Accrual Basis Method. This application will produce financial reports per period, loan transaction reports, installment transaction reports, savings and loan transaction reports and withdrawal transaction reports. This application is made using a programming language that is PHP for the application interface and MySQL for database processing software. With this application can facilitate transactions and also can facilitate in getting financial reports quickly and have a database as a safe storage medium.

DETEKSI PENJUAL KELILING ONLINE TERDEKAT MENGGUNAKAN ANDROID DAN GIS 发现最近的在线供应商使用ANDROID和GIS

  Permasalahan yang ada saat ini adalah ketika seseorang ingin mencari informasi tentang penjual makanan dan tidak ingin mengandalkan fitur GO-FOOD yang ada dalam aplikasi GO-JEK atau sejenisnya (makanan bermerk tertentu seperti KFC dan lain-lain). Dan lebih menyukai makanan penjual keliling, sedangkan kita tidak tahu apakah penjual keliling tersebut sudah dekat atau tidak, bahkan kita juga tidak tahu apakah penjual tersebut melewati jalan di depan rumah (sekitar kita) dan belum dapat dipastikan kedatangannya. Oleh karena itu kita akan membuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memberikan informasi penjual keliling di sekitar area kita dengan radius pencarian sejauh 500 meter beserta lokasi penjual keliling tersebut berdasarkan GPS dalam bentuk peta digital dan aplikasi ini hanya untuk pedagang keliling yang mempunyai smartphone android saja.   Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi Geografis, Android, Deteksi Lokasi, GPS.

KOMPOSISI KOMUNITAS PADANG LAMUN DI PERAIRAN PANTAI SUKAERLARAN KABUPATEN BELU 海牛群落在苏那昆摄政水域

Penelitian mengenai komposisi komunitas padang lamun di perairan pantai sukaerlaran telah dilakukan pada bulan Oktober sampai bulan Desember 2018. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi mengenai komposisi komunitas padang lamun. Pengamatan lamun di lapangan meliputi identifikasi jenis-jenis lamun, menghitung jumlah individu/tegakan dari setiap spesies. Selain itu juga, untuk menghitung komposisi komunitas padang lamun yang dianalisa meliputi Indeks Keanekaragaman, Indeks Kemerataan yang dihitung berdasarkan rumus dari Shannon Weanner (Krebs, 1999) dan Indeks Dominansi dari masing-masing spesies pada titik pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa telah ditemukan 6 jenis lamun, yaitu Halodule pinifolia, Cymodocea rotundata, Halophila ovalis, Halodule uninervis, Cymodocea serrulata, dan Halophila decipiens. Komposisi jenis dan distribusi padang lamun bervariasi pada setiap titik pengamatan dan didominasi oleh spesies Halodule pinifolia yang kehadirannya mencapai 34,61%. Indeks keanekaragaman jenis berkisar antara 0,03 – 0,16;   indeks kemerataan antara 0,04 - 0,002 dan indeks dominasi antara 0,99. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa komposisi komunitas padang lamun di perairan Pantai Sukaerlaran dalam keadaan labil dan dapat menunjang kehidupan biota laut.

STUDI KOMUNITAS FILUM MOLLUSCA DI ZONA INTERTIDAL PANTAI SUKAERLARAN DESA KENEBIBI KECAMATAN KAKULUK MESAK KABUPATEN BELU

The area which has recently received considerable attention is the coastal region / region. This is because the coastal region / region has a diverse wealth that can be utilized by the surrounding community as a source of the main food ingredients that are rich in animal protein content. Mollusca comes from Latin "mollis" which means soft. In addition to soft body also has a shell that functions as an outer framework (Rusyana, 2011). The benefits of Mollusca for humans include as a source of protein, animal feed ingredients, industrial materials, jewelry, fertilizer materials and medicines (Dibyowati, 2009). This research was conducted in the intertidal zone of Sukaerlaran beach, Kenebibi Village, Kakuluk Mesak District, Belu Regency. The results showed that the density of mollusks ranged from 4.25 Ind / m2 - 13.25 Ind / m2 which were spread in 4 roaming areas. The roam area I has the highest density value of 13.25 Ind / m2. The average value of the relative density of mollusks ranges from 0.11% - 0.34%. Of the four roaming areas, roaming areas that have the highest relative density are range I of 0.34%. The diversity index value in all 4 home ranges is relatively low. The dominance index value indicates that the entire range (4 roaming areas) is in the low category with a range of values ​​between 0.0120 - 0, 1169.

Etnobotani Tumbuhan dalam Makanan Tradisional Pecel di Desa Sumbermulyo Kecamatan Jogoroto Kabupaten Jombang Jawa Timur

Plants cannot be separated from everyday human life, including in terms of meeting food needs. Interactions between humans and plants were studied in ethnobotany. This study aims to determine the types and parts of plants used in traditional cuisine Pecel in the village Sumbermulyo sub-district Jogoroto, Jombang, East Java. The methods used were interviews and direct observation. The interview method was conducted in a semi-structured manner with the respondents determined through purposive random sampling technique. Direct observation was carried out to identify the types and parts of plants used in traditional food Pecel based on the results of the interview. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that there were 16 plants species used in traditional food Pecel in Sumbermulyo village. Various plants, among others Allium sativum, Capsicum anuum, Capsicum frutescens, Citrus hystrix, Vigna radiata, Vigna sinensis, Arachis hypogaea, Ipomoea reptans, Cocos nucifera, Ocimum sanctum, Cucumis sativus var krai, Cucumis sativus, Oryza sativa, Carica papaya, Musa sp., dan Sesbania grandiflora. Plant parts used were buds, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds, and bulbs.

The main purpose of establishing an information system is to facilitate human work easier. In this study, the Point of Sales (POS) information system is a system that regulates the flow and also the sale and purchase reports or transactions as well as incoming goods from the production process. The latest goal is that the system can provide valid reports, both transaction reports and goods reports. Therefore the author develops a system that has been running at PT. MAAN GHODAQO SHIDDIQ LESTARI which still uses a Microsoft Excel based on the system. Where the system is still using manual methods in processing transaction data and incoming goods. In the development of this application, the author uses the UML modelling language (Unified Modeling Language). While in the implementation stage the author uses the PHP programming language for servers and warehouse administrators and uses Basic4android programming language for sales. 建立信息系统的主要目的是为了方便人们的工作。在本研究中,销售点(POS)信息系统是一个调节流量的系统,也是销售和采购报告或交易以及从生产过程中传入的货物。最新的目标是系统可以提供有效的报告,包括交易报告和货物报告。因此,笔者开发了一个系统,并已在PT. MAAN GHODAQO SHIDDIQ LESTARI运行,该系统仍然使用Microsoft Excel。其中系统仍采用人工方式处理交易数据和进料。在本应用程序的开发中,作者使用了UML建模语言(统一建模语言)。而在实现阶段,服务器和仓库管理员使用PHP编程语言,销售使用Basic4android编程语言。该系统的开发结果是一个集成的POS信息系统,在该集成中有望能够规范销售交易以及从生产过程中进入的货物。关键词:销售点,统一建模语言,PHP, basic4android

Today, the information system needs are not limited to the importance of the information, but the ease and speed of getting the information is a priority that must be fulfilled. This makes many instant messaging applications appear. One of them is a telegram that has features the BOT telegram API, which is a special protocol for connecting information from a system to a user through Instant Messaging. In this research, the researcher used BOT features of the instant messaging application for Academic Information system at KH. A Wahab Hasbullah University includes data KHS, KRS, information dissemination, transcripts of the score, lecture schedules and others. This research used the Long Polling method. This method is used because it can be implemented on a local PC server that is owned by KH. A Wahab Hasbullah University. This telegram BOT has a better speed compared to conventional web versions, this speed testing is done in two steps. First,  Use of a BOT of this Telegram has better speeds compared to conventional web version, this speed test is carried out by two steps, 1) the result of BOT telegram using 512 kb Bandwidth with average is 2.98 seconds, conventional web is 5.39 seconds; 2) the result of BOT Telegram using 1 MB bandwidth with average is 2.44  seconds, conventional web is 3.15  seconds.

Mean Absolute Error (MAE) adalah dua diantara banyak metode untuk mengukur tingkat keakuratan suatu model peramalan. Nilai MAE merepresentasikan rata – rata kesalahan (error) absolut antara hasil peramalan dengan nilai sebenarnya. Dengan menggunakan algoritma regresi linear dapat memberikan nilai prediksi produksi padi dengan 2 variabel jumlah pertumbuhan penduduk dan jumlah produksi padi pertahun, sedangan keakuratan dari hasil perhitungan prediksi menggunakan metode Mean Absolute Error (MAE) yang gunakan untuk mengukur tingkat keakuratan suatu model peramalan. Padi adalah salah satu kebutuhan pokok untuk memenuhi kebutuhan karbohidrat bagi penduduk. Dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan penduduk tiap tahunnya dan kegiatan sosial ekonomi yang menyertainya kebutuhan Produksi padi makin meningkat pula berbanding lurus jumlah penduduk dan kegiatan ekonomi. Distribusi produk sepeda motor di PT. NSS dilakukan atas permintaan konsumen dari setiap wilayah di kabupaten TTU. Distribusi dijalankan secara tidak teratur atau acak, baik dalam distribusi waktu atau kuantitas. Aktifitas kegiatan mempengaruhi distribusi total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan perusahaan dalam pengadaan persediaan. Oleh karena itu perusahaan perlu memperhatikan aplikasi sistem distribusi kegiatan untuk mengoptimalkan distribusi jadwal pengiriman produk sepeda motor untuk menjaga waktu dan efisiensi biaya. Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) adalah metode untuk menangani pengadaan persediaan dalam jaringan distribusi multi-level. Metode DRP berhubungan dengan ukuran lot pemesanan dan jumlah persediaan pengaman. Metode DRP mengurangi total biaya persediaan dan distribusi frekuensi kegiatan dengan menentukan distribusi penjadwalan yang efektif dengan pertimbangan bahwa distribusi dilakukan sesuai ukuran lot atau kelipatannya dan jumlah stok pengaman yang diperlukan. Hasil penelitian, sistem distribusi dan penjadwalan pengiriman produk sepeda motor pada PT. NSS Cabang Kefamenanu tahun 2016 didapatkan perencanaan distribusi dengan metode DRP lebih kecil bila dibandingkan dengan metode perusahaan. Total Cost (TC) dengan metode perusahaan adalah sebesar Rp. 233.391.197,00 dan Total Cost (TC) dengan metode DRP adalah sebesar Rp. 218.460.000,00 . Sehingga terjadi penurunan sebesar 6,4%.     Kata kunci: Distribusi, Distribusi Multi Level, Perencanaan Kebutuhan Distribusi Requirement Planning (DRP), Ukuran Lot, Safety Stock.

Knowing information is important for students, especially information about the college. The fame of using SMS gateway as the information spread media which has much deficiency, such as the needs of credit as the sending media and cannot searching message. Nowadays some message delivery media based on Android come up with the lack in some aspects. For an instant, the user of a group can send a message in the group’s chat rooms so that the important message can jumble with the other information. In this research, we will offer an application that is able to give real-time information. The information used one line system so that it cannot jumble with the other information. The information contain the alarm that has benefit to remind the user and then the message searching feature to help the user to look for the previous information, the usage of website technology as the data organizing be able to be accessed by the administrator, furthermore the usage of mobile device with android based can be accessed more easily and also the usage of API from firebase to send a message in the real time.
