One of the causes of high unemployment is because job seekers only focus on looking for work without realizing the opportunities around them while electronic equipment, household activities, and transportation are secondary needs in daily life, which are complementary to basic needs or needs. primary. When it is damaged or there is no free time to fix it, it will disrupt daily activities. These things require a technician to repair and run them, moreover, many people have expertise in these fields but have not had jobs because of the company's high qualifications. Therefore a system design is needed that can facilitate the search for technical services as well as a place for people who have expertise in their fields. So from these problems, a system is designed that is useful as a place or container for ordering services and service providers to find and channel their expertise. The use of herbal medicine as a nutritious ingredient to treat various diseases is still mostly done traditionally based on hereditary information. The development of technology supports the exploration of natural materials as a nutritious material with various scientific evidences. The development of computational and bioinfrmatic technology simulates interactions between various active compounds and target molecules virtually commonly known as molecular docking, a virtual screening based on structure used to predict the interaction of three-dimensional structures of small molecules (compounds) with the target molecular structure. Propolis is a substance produced by bees from resins collected from plants and combined with wax and secretions from bee salivary glands which are rich in various enzymes. In the world of medicine, propolis has been used since time immemorial and until now it has been known that propolis can be a natural medicine with anti-bacterial, anti-tumor, antioxidant and immunomodulatory abilities. Molecular docking between one of the active compounds in propolis, namely caffeic acid phenethyl ester (CAPE) with various target molecules such as IL-2, CD25, IL10, TGFβ, CTLA-4, CCL21, and IDO using the DockingServer software provides information that CAPE has inhibitory activity against IL-2, CD25, IL-10, CTLA-4, IDO, TGFβ, and CCL2 so that it has the potential to be further developed as a candidate for immunomodulatory therapy.

In Jombang district there is considerable potential if thorn pandanus is managed optimally. The community has long been a pandanus craftsman and their businesses are mostly inherited so this shows that pandanus business is the main support of the family economy. But the fact is that the Pandan Duri woven craft business has not been able to improve their lives. This is because the pandanus woven business is a side job, the products produced are less diverse and only in the manufacture of woven mats, and marketing is limited to local markets and the surrounding communities. As one of the efforts to improve the economy of the community, thorns and pandanus woven craftsmen created e-commerce software through the Knowledge-based Economy Development Program by hoping that besides being able to accelerate economic improvement, the woven craftsmen community could also become entrepreneurial development and achieve achievements. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in the form of patents from marketing application software products that have been made. The software application is built called PanduKRIA and its implementation uses the language of the PHP program based on CodeIgniter framework and MySQL The methodology used is to conduct a site survey to see the condition of the community in the four sub-districts as the basis of Kria SME thorn pandanus craftsmen, namely in Kudu District, Ploso District, Kabuh District, and Plandaan District. Furthermore, the market share will be strengthened so that these products can penetrate national and international markets. Market strengthening is done by synergizing thorn pandanus woven products in the PanduKria application program application based on the website. The transfer of manual to computerized systems can be an alternative way. This research was conducted at Cafe Pujasera Kota Kertosono. Researchers use interviews, observations, and literature studies as a collection of data. System design in this research is systemic and sequential. The result of observations, Cafe Pujasera still uses the conventional system. customer order was conducted by waitress which continued to the kitchen. Sales report count based on bill archives was printed by the cashier. The Solution is a self-service and paperless concept. Customer reserve the menu on the system which integrated with the cashier and kitchen. The system gives automatic notification to the kitchen to process the reserve menu. Madrasah is an educational institution under the auspices of the Education Department which is moving in the field of school services. Madrasahs that are still manual in handling activities such as recording payment transactions and reporting, manual here in the sense that there is no system that is integrated between parts. Manual record-keeping and reporting are irrelevant or out of date with the fast-paced, precise and accurate progress of the times. Therefore the need for a transition from a manual system to a computerized system. The computerized system to be created should be tailored to the needs of the madrasah. In this research, the writer tries to build madrasah payment system with the database so that it becomes better payment system, effective and efficient and help solve problems faced by the institution in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kandangan Office Kediri Regency related to the payment system (like reporting and print receipt). In this case, the database will be used is Access, While the programming using Visual Basic 6.0. In this study discussed the test of the program that has been made. It aims to determine the extent to which the exact execution of programs that have been made and did not rule out knowing weaknesses. So it can be concluded that the program created can run correctly and in accordance with what is expected. Whereas with the construction of this Madrasah Payment Application Sistem, problems in making payment data such as reporting and proof of payment (Receipt) can provide convenience for the officers. Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a common yeast used as a fermenter in the home industry. This yeast is able to grow in media like waste materials. One of the waste materials that can be used as a medium of yeast growth is waste of coconut water. The use of coconut water as a medium of yeast propagation has been widely used in some types of yeasts. The intake of nutrients such as phosphate will make the yeast cells begin to grow and work faster. The yeast cell takes phosphate as ATP. Khamir will turn it into a phosphate polymerization form that is often found within the mitochondria of these cells. S. cerevisiae has the ability not only in terms of fermentation but also can perform other functions in the biological control process. The main methods of this study include the growth test of S. cerevisiae with the addition of a phosphate (KH2PO4), S. cerevisiae growth test by aerator method, yeast antagonist test. The results showed that S. cerevisiae was able to grow higher with the addition of phosphate nutrients (0.5% KH2PO4). This yeast has the potential to control Fusarium sp. The main methods of this study include the growth test of S. cerevisiae with the addition of a phosphate (KH2PO4), S. cerevisiae growth test by aerator method, yeast antagonist test. The results showed that S. cerevisiae was able to grow higher with the addition of phosphate nutrients (0.5% KH2PO4). This yeast has the potential to control Fusarium sp. Anthracnose disease caused by Colletotrichum gloesporioides fungi is an important disease in avocado fruit during storage. An effective, cheap, and non-poisoned control method was required during storage to minimize chemical pesticide residues. This observation was aimed to select yeast with antagonistic ability from avocado epiphyte. Selected yeasts then tested their antagonist ability versus Colletotrichum gloesporioides, the fungi causing anthracnose disease, in vitro. Based on visual observation, microscopically and macroscopically, knowing that there were 3 yeast species isolated from green-long avocado variety i.e.: Candida sp., Filobasidium sp., and Cryptococcus sp., and then from mega gagauan avocado variety i.e.: Pichia sp., Candida sp., Cryptococcus sp., and Metschnikowia sp. Mobile device technology is growing rapidly, especially with the emergence of smartphones with Android operating system. Users, in this case, can download a variety of basic applications available easily in the google play store. But most are available in the form of less educational games. Even often the negative impact on users, especially for children who still can not distinguish positive and negative. Thus the researchers create a puzzle game application that can provide entertainment and education to users, especially children. The puzzle game application introduces this selected computer device built using Construct 2 game engine converted with Phonegap into Apk files. Application of this application by installing puzzle game application on a smartphone with operating system specification android version 4.4.2 KitKat.
