Decomposition of Public Project Investment Based on Multi-Player Cooperative Games 基于多人合作博弈的公共项目投资分解

The importance of non-government fundspsila engagement in public project is illuminated in this paper, and the defects of classical methodologies of cost and investment decomposition for public project among funds of various nature is elucidated. On analyzing the nature of decomposition, a model based on multi-player cooperative game is promoted for the solution, and further suggestions have been donated on specific application of the proposed approach.

Research of the Human Resource Management Based on the Sustainable Development of the Enterprise 基于企业可持续发展的人力资源管理研究

In modern times, the sustainable development of human is a key ingredient to the development of the enterprise. As the best economy mode, the sustainable development is important to the transformation of the economy increasing mode. How to promote the sustainable development of the enterprises is closely related to the human resource management In the process of developing the human resource management, we should carry on the innovation system of the theory, science and technology in order to boost up the sustainable development. Though introducing the connotation of the human resource management on the sustainable development, this article gave the enterprises a great many suggestions of developing the human resource management. Also, the inspection system of promoting the human resource management on the sustainable development is introduced to give the enterprises a method to inspect the results.

Information Lifecycle Modeling Framework for Construction Project Lifecycle Management 面向建设项目生命周期管理的信息生命周期建模框架

Information in construction project has always been dispersed and scattered in every independent phase. It is always a challenge to integrate project lifecycle information in construction system management to improve productivity. Based on comparison of information lifecycle and construction project lifecycle, this paper presents an information lifecycle modeling to manage construction projects through lifecycles. An innovative framework of information lifecycle modeling for construction project management is suggested for all participants who can access construction lifecycle information. The information in the construction projects is acquired and shared in central database and traditional information loss in construction projects is eliminated. The construction lifecycle information model in this paper is suggested based on industry foundation classes (IFC) and construction information process is optimized.

Short-Term Load Forecasting by Integration of Phase Space Reconstruction,  Support Vector Regression and Parameter Tuning System 基于相空间重构、支持向量回归和参数整定系统的短期负荷预测

Forecasting electricity consumption is an important index for system planning, operation and decision making. In order to improve the accuracy of the forecasting, we apply an integrated architecture to optimize the prediction. Based on an integration of two machine learning techniques: artificial fish swarm algorithm search approach based on test-sample error estimate criterion (AFSAS-TEE) and support vector regression (SVR), we proposed a novel forecasting model for future electricity load forecasting. On the one hand the theory of phase space reconstruction (PSR) technique was used for nonlinear dynamic system analysis with the chaotic load series and on the other hand a AFSAS-TEE tuning system is proposed to choose the parameters of SVR automatically in time series prediction. The effectiveness of the proposed model is demonstrated with actual data taken from the Australia Power Grid, and the actual data are compared with the presented and neural networks (NN) methods.

Content Trust Based Trustworthy News Search Engine 基于内容信任的可信赖新闻搜索引擎

Search engine is an essential tool for information retrieval in Internet. However, key-match based full-text search engine always returns masses of results, most of which called ldquospam pagesrdquo trouble the user to precisely and speedily find the needed information. In this paper, we take content trust semantic into internet information retrieval, using the trust evaluation technique based on trust-facts to compute the trust-degree of Web page. We then sort the Web pages in ascending order according to trust-degree, and make the search results be more correlative and credible. Finally, integrating the key algorithms we devise, we design a prototype system of trustworthy news search engine, and analyze the system with some examples.

Fault Tolerant Quality Aware Resource Scheduling Strategy in Computational Economy Based Grid Framework 基于计算经济网格框架的容错质量感知资源调度策略

In this paper, we have investigated the issues related to resource allocation, fault-tolerance and application scheduling in the context of computational grid economy, arises due to the autonomous nature of grid environment. Our proposed approach provides a novel solution for fault-tolerant resource allocation and task scheduling algorithm that executes userpsilas job in case of resource failure and satisfied user quality of service requirements. Extensive simulation results shows that our strategy performs better then existing algorithm in term of number of job completion and average makespan ratio before deadline and budget.

Customer Value and Brand Loyalty: Multi-Dimensional Empirical Test 顾客价值与品牌忠诚:多维实证检验

This study explores the relationships between customer value and brand loyalty from mutli-dimensional structure perspective. The authors propose a conceptual model for understanding the effects of customer value on brand loyalty. The model integrates four customer value dimensions and two brand loyalty dimensions. The empirical test using a structural equation model indicate that functional value and symbolic value have prominent effects on both attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty, otherwise, experiential value and perceived price only indirectly affect behavioral loyalty, with the indirect path occurring through attitudinal loyalty. Finally, the implications of the study are discussed and further research is encouraged to refine and enhance the proposed model.

In this paper, using the secondary development function of Map GIS, we have established the city gas network resisting engineering geological hazard damage early warning and decision support system. The purpose of establishing this system is to supply model support, technical support and decision support to the early warning of engineering geological hazard damage to city gas network, anti-disaster capacity assessment and preventive measures and emergency plans development.

Preliminary Research of a Medical Sensor Design by Evolution 一种医用传感器进化设计的初步研究

Combining computer technology with traditional Chinese medical treatment mechanisms, the paper deals with a new approach to the design of medical sensor, designs the main circuit of an EMG sensor by evolution. A framework of evolvable sensor is proposed based on the combining of the characteristics of conventional sensor and evolvable hardware. Integrated with the hierarchical coding characteristic of GA and analog/digital circuit, hierarchical structures evolve method which suits the evolvement of analog sensor circuit is proposed. In the present case study low pass filter circuits are evolved successfully in the usage of an improved elitist preserving and adaptive GA through off-line evolution, whatpsilas more, simulated by OrCAD/Pspice. The preliminary experiments and results attempt the meaningful explore to the entire design of the evolvable sensor and the transform from EHW theory based on analog circuit to practical application.

Implementing Database Management System in P2P Networks 数据库管理系统在P2P网络中的实现

In this paper, we present the design and evaluation of PeerCSDB. It is a database management system in P2P networks. It uses a structured P2P network to manage copies of data cache, and an unstructured P2P network to manage peers who are responsible for the data cache. It has the benefit of the Client/Server model and peer-to-peer model at the same time. PeerCSDB distinguishes itself from existing P2P database systems in several ways. First, by saving the data cache in the clients, the system will lighten the load on the database server and alleviate the bottleneck. Second, the clients form a peer-to-peer network to manage the data cache. The user could get query results from data cache, so it significantly reduces the response time to queries. We implemented and evaluated PeerCSDB. Experimental results show that PeerCSDB can effectively exploit P2P technologies for database management system.
