E-Learning has been a topic of increasing interest in recent years, effective E-Learning distributed environments should promote high cooperation. This paper proposes a novel E-Learning architecture along with an implementation approach to build efficient E-Learning applications. In this architecture, E-Learning infrastructure uses the Grid technology which chooses the best available resources for E-Learning objects execution. Whatpsilas more, the infrastructure uses the semantic method to specify the learning objects requirements as well as the Grid resources description. The architecture can resolve the drawbacks in existing E-Learning system, such as scalability, interoperability and availability.

An improved genetic algorithm based on the hK1 triangulation is proposed for optimization of dual multimodal function. With this algorithm, the optimal problems converse to solution of fixed point problems. The minimum points can be distinguished by using the Hessian Matrix. The test results of many typical functions indicated that the algorithm is valid and highly effective.

With the advent of the knowledge-based economy, the enterprise's management philosophy advances with the times as the environment constantly changes. As market competition continues to intensify, marketing activities are enlarging and customer demand is increasingly growing and diversifying. More and more enterprises have empowered their own front-line salespeople. And managers in enterprises are more concerned with the issues which employees in enterprises suit to be empowered and which factors will influence employee empowerment readiness. In this paper, we investigate an optimal ordering policy in a dual-supplier system with forecast update when considering supplierpsilas unreliable lead-time and minimum lot size. It is showed that the optimal order quantity and expected profit of unreliable lead-time are smaller than those without uncertainty. The upper limits of supplierspsila minimum lot size that the manufacturer can accept are decreasing in the possibility of delay. Moreover, the unreliable lead-time reduces the feasibility of dual-supplier system.

Price competition in electronic markets is intense, and how to obtain positive price premium becomes a hot issue. According to Economics of Information (EOI) theory, eTailers should hide more sensitive information increase search cost and consequently to decrease consumerspsila price sensitivity. In contrast, signal theory suggests that providing rich information is an effective signal for eTailers to enhance consumerspsila trust and purchase intention. This research combines the two competitive theories to explore how eTailerspsila information provision about their products influences consumerspsila cognition and productspsila price premium in electronic markets. The results indicate that providing more information can lead to higher price premium.

Railway transportation industry plays an important role in national economic development. Domestic and foreign scholars have studied on the relationship between railway transportation industry and national economic development with qualitative methods and obtained some useful conclusions. But the quantitative research about the relation of railway transportation industry and national economic development is still a little. In this paper cointegration theory and Granger causality test are used to analyze the quantitative relationship between Chinapsilas railway transportation industry and national economic development. It is found that railway cargo transportation turnover and GDP have the long-term balance relationship. Cointegration relationship between rail passenger transport turnover and GDP does not exist. Railway cargo and passenger transport turnover are the Granger reasons of national economic development. At last, some suggestions for the development of China's railway transportation industry are proposed.

Based on the trialism of science, technology and engineering, its category and way of thinking of systems engineering is introspected. And the necessity and feasibility of establishing the results-oriented systems engineering (abbr. ROSE), which belongs to the engineering category, is put forward. The new being which ROSE creates is in the form of system, and the process is of elements-integrating and whole-emerging. Its three principles: the results-oriented principle, lean-system principle and meta-integration principle are described. Introduces the development and application research of load about air- conditioning based on BP neutral network. Connects some theory about BP neutral network and characters about bus air conditioning, and develops BP neutral networks for cooling load calculation of bus air conditioning. The results show the cooling load decrease 22.8 percent compare with steady calculation method. The BP neutral network is an effective cooling load calculation method, and the research can provide some theoretical evidence for optimizing holistic design about bus air conditioning.

The stability analysis of discrete Hopfield neural networks(DHNNs) not only has an important theoretical significance, but also can be widely used in the associative memory, combinatorial optimization, etc. Most matrixes of DHNNs and DHNNs with delay are constant matrixes. The stability of discrete Hopfield neural networks with weight function matrix (DHNNWFM) is studied. A new stability condition for DHNNWFM is presented by using the Lyapunov method.
