A New Knowledge Representation Method Based on Ontology and Cloud Theory 基于本体和云理论的知识表示新方法

Description logics (short for DLs) are very important for the expression of ontologies, which allow reasoning about individuals and concepts. However, DLs can not process the indefinite knowledge existing widely in nature. Based on the cloud model, we present cloud-ALC to deal with the indefinite knowledge, which is the extension of the important description logic ALC. We define its syntax and semantic, study its properties in detail, and propose the techniques to solve the entailment problem. Case analysis proves that cloud-ALC can provide a formal underpinning for the indefiniteness extension of ontology description languages.

The Framework of Total Decision Support Based on Knowledge Management 基于知识管理的全面决策支持框架

The contribution of knowledge management to the process of decision making has been largely ignored by researchers from the fields of both decision theories and knowledge management. Firstly this paper highlights the importance of organizational decision knowledge system. Then decision makerpsilas learning behaviors and the mechanism of knowledge intervention have been analyzed and introduced. Thirdly this paper discusses the concept of total decision support (TDS) for improving the effect of decision making and compares total decision support and traditional decision support system (DSS) from several aspects. Based on the above analysis we put forward the research framework of total decision support and point out the future work.

The Study on Spatial Data of Across-district Emergency Response Information Sharing System 跨区域应急响应信息共享系统空间数据研究

Across-district emergency response is the mode of calling for different geographical emergency department to respond as a united system when the response area is insufficient force in tackling emergency situations. In this paper, which major in database layer and application layer, presents a scheme of emergency response transaction and information sharing system based on WebGIS and service technology. The emergency response information sharing system's database is composed of spatial data and attribute data. And there is especial an issue database, which is used for promulgate the emergency response data. ArcIMS is used to connect and management the data center and clients. ArcIMS application server in charge of receiving clients' requests, load balance, service management and pass the request to special data server. The spatial data server processes the requests and then returns the data to client using ArcXML message style. ArcIMS supports lots of terminal types include HTML browser, JAVA browser and GIS browser, etc.

Research on the Synergistic Work Mechanism of R&D Teams 研发团队协同工作机制研究

This paper analyzes the importance and necessity of synergistic work of R&D teams, establishes incentive factors, mutual factors and supporting factors in the process of synergistic work and the structural equation model of relations among various R&D team atmospheres. On the basis of exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and full structure equation model analysis, the paper concludes: (1) there is a positive correlation between incentive factors and atmosphere factors during the process of synergistic work of a R&D team and the growth of R&D team; (2) mutual factors in this process are positively associated with the formation of R&D team atmospheres while correlation between supporting factors and the formation is not so significant, both kinds of factors together forming an indirect relation to this formation.

A Mass Collaboration Web Dataspace System 大规模协作Web数据空间系统

There are many challenges in building a Web data-space. The first is uncertain schema mapping in data integration. The second is uncertain data. The third is how to select effective deep Web database and how many databases will be selected to answer the user query.In this paper, we develop a Web dataspace system with the help of mass collaboration. Firstly, we propose a Web dataspace system architecture, which is inspired by the concept of data spaces and emphasizes soliciting mass collaboration. Secondly, we discuss the challenges to this approach and propose solutions. Users feedback in our system is divided two types: explicit user feedback and implicit user feedback. We also discuss the questions that will be asked to the users and the user types in our system. In the end, we give the conclusions.

Research on a Novel E-Learning Architecture Integrated Grid Technology 一种集成网格技术的新型电子学习体系结构研究

E-Learning has been a topic of increasing interest in recent years, effective E-Learning distributed environments should promote high cooperation. This paper proposes a novel E-Learning architecture along with an implementation approach to build efficient E-Learning applications. In this architecture, E-Learning infrastructure uses the Grid technology which chooses the best available resources for E-Learning objects execution. Whatpsilas more, the infrastructure uses the semantic method to specify the learning objects requirements as well as the Grid resources description. The architecture can resolve the drawbacks in existing E-Learning system, such as scalability, interoperability and availability.

This paper proved that when we have a binary operation rightarrow and a nullary operations rarr on a non-empty set L, if these operations satisfy the four axioms of lattice implication algebra, then (L, rarr, 0) will be a lattice implication algebra. So, when we define lattice implication algebra, we needn't start on a complemented lattice with universal bounds, but we can begin with an algebra of type (2,0).

Research on the Quantitative Relationship Between China's Railway Transportation Industry and National Economic Development 中国铁路运输业与国民经济发展的定量关系研究

Railway transportation industry plays an important role in national economic development. Domestic and foreign scholars have studied on the relationship between railway transportation industry and national economic development with qualitative methods and obtained some useful conclusions. But the quantitative research about the relation of railway transportation industry and national economic development is still a little. In this paper cointegration theory and Granger causality test are used to analyze the quantitative relationship between Chinapsilas railway transportation industry and national economic development. It is found that railway cargo transportation turnover and GDP have the long-term balance relationship. Cointegration relationship between rail passenger transport turnover and GDP does not exist. Railway cargo and passenger transport turnover are the Granger reasons of national economic development. At last, some suggestions for the development of China's railway transportation industry are proposed.

Application Research of Cooling Load of Bus Air Conditioning Based on BP Neutral Network 基于BP神经网络的客车空调冷负荷应用研究

Introduces the development and application research of load about air- conditioning based on BP neutral network. Connects some theory about BP neutral network and characters about bus air conditioning, and develops BP neutral networks for cooling load calculation of bus air conditioning. The results show the cooling load decrease 22.8 percent compare with steady calculation method. The BP neutral network is an effective cooling load calculation method, and the research can provide some theoretical evidence for optimizing holistic design about bus air conditioning.

The stability analysis of discrete Hopfield neural networks(DHNNs) not only has an important theoretical significance, but also can be widely used in the associative memory, combinatorial optimization, etc. Most matrixes of DHNNs and DHNNs with delay are constant matrixes. The stability of discrete Hopfield neural networks with weight function matrix (DHNNWFM) is studied. A new stability condition for DHNNWFM is presented by using the Lyapunov method.
离散Hopfield神经网络(DHNNs)的稳定性分析不仅具有重要的理论意义,而且在联想记忆、组合优化等方面具有广泛的应用前景。dhnn和具有延迟的dhnn的矩阵大多是常数矩阵。研究了具有权函数矩阵的离散Hopfield神经网络的稳定性。利用李雅普诺夫方法给出了DHNNWFM的一个新的稳定条件。
