. The article analyses occasionalisms used in advertising texts in the Russian and Croatian languages. Occasionalisms are expressive, stylistically coloured new formations, which, as a rule, are created for single usage in a specific context. The author studies the peculiarities of structure and semantics of occasional new formations which in both languages may be derived using existing ways (with more or fewer deviations from the standard norm of word forming) or by unusual formative models. The most productive ways by which these occasional words are formed in this two related Slavic languages are determined. The analysis of linguistic material shows that the most productive standard way of forming occasionalisms is suffixation, and among the unusual formative models, it is necessary to mention contamination and grapho-derivation.

The article solves the research problem of considering the theory of intergroup adaptation (IGA) in organizations as a platform for managing a policultural organization. More than 120 scientifi c sources on the problem have been analyzed: 3 doctoral and 17 candidate dissertations, more than 100 articles devoted to the IGA in political organizations, economic organizations, humanitarian education, social and medical spheres, military and law enforcement structures. On the basis of large empirical material, the possibilities of the regularities, mechanisms, and features of the IGA, substantiated in the concept and tested in practice, are proved. The IGA model in organizations is congruently supplemented with such concepts as: landscape, matrix of landscape, organization as an average group, knowledge platform. The presented empirical and theoretical materials can fulfi ll the role of sailing directions in the rough sea of problems connected with the modern Russian multicultural organization. They are able to optimize its management. For researchers the results obtained become a benchmark for the empirical study of various aspects of the IGA in the organization.
