An Assessment Model of Digital Literacy for the Students in Vocational Education Based on Principal Component Analysis in Machine Learning 基于机器学习主成分分析的高职学生数字素养评估模型

The deep integration and development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries, the new power, vitality and potential stimulated by the formation of new models, new business models and new scenes that keep emerging, all put forward higher requirements for the overall improvement of the digital literacy of the technical talents of enterprises, especially the high-level technical skills of enterprises. In this paper, 34 basic elements of digital literacy of the students in vocational education are initially condensed by using literature research method, and then 20 constitutive elements are further determined through expert consultation; through the main factor analysis method, 4 main common components of digital literacy of the students in vocational education based on principal component analysis in machine learning were calculated, and an assessment model of digital literacy of vocational education students is established.

Smart Integrated MANET-DTN Scheme for Network Adaptation Enhancement in Emergency Communication 应急通信中增强网络适应性的智能综合MANET-DTN方案

The flexibility of emergency communication networks to adapt is crucial for minimizing the long-term effects of natural catastrophes. Traditional MANETs are only capable of meeting the variability of disasters if they have a stable topology and a high network density. To remedy this dilemma, there is a hybrid MANET-DTN system. Network nodes have the option to engage in the network and transmit data using various routing techniques when they are under various environmental and network situations. This improves a system's ability to adapt. The theoretical and experimental results demonstrate the MANET-DTN hybrid scheme's potential, particularly given that it outperforms the conventional scheme when the number of network nodes is minimal and specific devices are offline.

A Ku Band Broadband Energy Selective Surface Design Ku波段宽带能量选择表面设计

In this article, a novel energy selective surface (ESS) working at Ku band is proposed and simulated, providing transient protection for high-power microwave through nonlinear transmission response. By virtue of the double-layer structure and properly selected PIN diode, the ESS proposed achieves binary modes, i.e., transmission and reflection modes. The simulations indicate that the isolation in reflection pattern exceeds 8 dB below 13.7 GHz under the illumination of high-power signal; Similarly, the insertion loss in transmission pattern is less than 1 dB and the 3-dB band ranges from 12 to 15.2 GHz.

Drought-tolerant crop disease identification based on attention mechanism 基于注意力机制的作物抗旱病害识别

Convolutional neural networks are widely used in the field of image classification, but there are still some challenges in the field of crop disease identification. In practice, various background disturbances unrelated to disease identification can greatly reduce the accuracy and generalization of the model. In this paper, we use a residual neural network model to identify a total of 11 species of healthy and diseased leaf images of three drought-tolerant crops: wheat, corn and potato. In this paper, an attention mechanism is added to the ResNet model to exclude the interference problem of complex backgrounds in real environments, and migration learning is used to improve the accuracy rate. The accuracy of recognition reached 95.08%, which is better than ResNet50 model and AlexNet model.

Mechanism and countermeasures of reactive power circulation of paralleled SVGs located at T-connected renewable energy stations t型可再生能源站并联svg无功环流机理及对策

With the increasing penetration of wind power, the application of SVG can meet the needs of reactive power compensation in new energy stations, but the parallel operation of multiple SVGs will bring about the problem of reactive power circulation. The problem of reactive power circulation will lead to the frequent occurrence of SVG overheating accidents and increase the power loss, which will cause huge economic losses. Taking the parallel operation of SVGs between T-connected new energy stations as the research scene, this paper proposes a research method of reactive power circulation mechanism between SVGs, and puts forward the conditions for reactive power circulation between SVGs, and puts forward the suppression measures to suppress the reactive power circulation. Finally, the critical conditions for the occurrence of reactive power circulation are verified by simulation in DSL. The simulation results show the correctness of the proposed mechanism and the effectiveness of the suppression measures.

Reliability Analysis of Power Grid Security and Stability Control System under Dual Carbon Background 双碳背景下电网安全稳定控制系统可靠性分析

Under the "dual-carbon" target vision, the construction of a new power system with a gradually increasing proportion of new energy has become a major direction. In the process of the continuous development of the power system, the new energy has the characteristics of large volatility and strong randomness, so it is necessary to constantly improve the regulation capacity of the power grid to ensure the stability of the power system. In this paper, the hardware reliability of the security and stability control system is detected by quantitative calculation. Based on two different operation modes of "one out of two" and "two out of two", we use Markov state-space method to calculate the rejection probability respectively, with the ratio of the device repair rate and the fault rate being the parameters. The calculation results are used to analyze the stability of the system, which guarantees the stable operation of the power grid.

Research on the Speed and Accuracy of Full Port Scanning 全端口扫描速度和精度的研究

As the most basic means of network attack, port scanning is the most commonly used attack tool in penetration testing. Full-port scanning of the system can identify potential threats to the system in advance, however, existing full-port scanning methods need to scan the full amount of ports, which is relatively time-consuming. In this paper, we propose a sampling-based full-port scanning method that can minimize the scanning cost while maintaining the scanning accuracy. We use three port scanning tools to perform port scanning in a controlled environment to validate our method, and quantitatively analyze the scanning accuracy and scanning speed of different scanners in different scenarios. Besides, by analyzing the experimental results, we give a set of solutions for the use of scanners in different environments.

Default Risk Assessment of Internet Financial Enterprises Based on Graph Neural Network 基于图神经网络的互联网金融企业违约风险评估

In recent years, the increasing number of default events happened in the Internet financial enterprises has incurred great financial losses to investors. Early warning to the enterprises with high default risk is of great significance to protecting the benefit of investors. There exist two challenges in traditional default risk assessment methods: poor data availability and neglect of risks from the affiliated entities. In order to address these problems, we collect the Internet financial enterprises’ nonfinancial data and propose a default risk assessment method for Internet financial enterprises based on heterogeneous graph neural network. Extensive experiments on a real-world dataset show that the proposed method outperforms the baseline models on the task of default risk assessment.

In order to enhance the communication transmission performance of the network and the ability to quickly reconstruct routes, the AODV (Ad Hoc on demand Distance Vector) routing protocol is optimized by adding backup routes to the routing table entries. Simulation experiments show that the optimized AODV protocol reduces the number of routing hops and reduces the routing discovery time.

Edge Detection Algorithm based on Difference of Gaussian for Visual Prosthesis 基于高斯差分的视觉假体边缘检测算法

Edge detection is a critical processing strategy for visual prosthesis. An edge detection algorithm based on Gaussian difference for visual prosthesis is proposed. The approach is consistent with the response of visual receptive field in the human vision system (HSV). Due to the pseudo edges in the Gaussian difference algorithm, an improved structure of zero-crossing point detection with the comparison of threshold is adopted. The algorithm is realized by hardware circuits using Verilog-HDL and verified on the FPGA development platform. The results show that the algorithm can effectively detect the image edge features and improve the precision and continuity of edge. Meanwhile, the parallel hardware circuit improves the efficiency of this algorithm.
