Abstract Soybean is one of the main staple food in Indonesia, but domestic soybean production has decreased every year, causing the high dependence on imported soybeans. The government has carried out several programs to increase soybean production, though it been far from expectations. Therefore, this study aims to identify the impact of programs and activities to increase soybean production on meeting soybean needs and farmer participation. The research uses qualitative and evaluative methods by taking locations in Central Java. Evaluation of programs aimed at increasing soybean production. The data used are secondary data and primary data obtained from interviews, then the data were analyzed using an interactive model, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and interrelated conclusions. Results show that the soybean planting area fluctuate that a decrease occurred in 2019, accounting for 158%. While the achievement of the harvested area was not in line with the planted area because there was a crop failure, and the harvest time shifted to the following year. Soybean availability has decreased, otherwise, demand has continued to increase throughout the year despite a decline in soybean consumption in 2020 and 2021. The highest soybean planting area was obtained from government programs, with the largest participation occurred in 2020 at 27%. Finally, farmers' participation in fulfilling new soybean needs is 4.21%. Conclusion: The dependence of production achievement on government programs reaches 87.48% per year by meeting the needs of 26.32% per year. The participation of farmers independently contributed 4.21% to fulfill the needs of soybeans.

The purpose of this study is to find out the initial cause of the conflict between the Amungme Papuan indigenous peoples and PT Freeport Indonesia. And to study legal theory as an academic effort to mediate the resolution of the conflict between the Amungme Papuan indigenous peoples and PT Freeport. Indonesia. The research method is a normative research through library research. The issue of the use of land rights between the Amungme and PT Freeport Indonesia is due to the different basic reasons used by each party to claim the disputed land ownership rights. The Amungme Indigenous tribe adheres to the legal theory of justice which is based on the inheritance of disputed lands which are considered as ancestral lands which automatically belong to the Indigenous Amungme tribe. Meanwhile, from the perspective of PT Freeport Indonesia, they rely on the Contract of Work and Agreement as a solid basis for claiming ownership rights over the disputed land based on the teachings of positivistic legal theory. The philosophical dilemma that occurs between the Amungme Indigenous People and PT Freeport Indonesia, in the author's opinion, can occur because of the basis for using the legal theory used. Through the analysis of the conceptual approach, it is hoped that it can provide answers to disputes by consolidation to find a middle way in the form of joint evidence from each party, then agree on the percentage of land that can be controlled by each party

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR/ TJSLP) is actually not a new thing, but in Central Java Province in particular it was only on January 26, 2017 ago with the stipulation of Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2017 concerning Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR/ TJSLP). to optimize this potential begins. Furthermore, the Covid-19 pandemic, which began to hit Indonesia in early 2020, also triggered the Central Java Provincial Government in particular to start introducing alternative sources of financing. In this regard, writing this material is expected to contribute positively to providing enlightenment and alternative sources of financing. through more optimal management of CSR funds. This is mainly in the management of CSR funds which are more focused on accelerating poverty reduction efforts and reducing the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in Central Java. The method used in writing this material is a qualitative analysis method, with data sourced from the Central Java Province TJSLP Forum and other accurate sources. The results of the study have shown that the use of CSR funds in Central Java Province has begun to be officially accommodated starting from the annual planning document since 2022, and will consistently continue to be implemented in the following years by further refining the planning and allocation mechanism. As for the conclusions of this study, the role of TJSLP can still be improved by: 1. Opening more access for all companies to be able to access data on allocation and location needs in the context of accelerating poverty alleviation and reducing TPT; 2.Integrating the reporting system (SiLap CSR) owned by the Central Java Provincial Government with all regencies/cities in Central Java.

Focus this research is to describe the process of public sector reform in a country, by finding the sectrets success in carrying out transformation and reform in Singapura. Descriptive qualitative analysis by study literature and examining secondary data as a data collection method use in this research. The results show that there are four secrets success of public sector reform in Singapore: (1) zero tolerance for corruption; (2) meritocracy in appointing and promoting someone in public sector or political office and making meritocracy the national identity and ideology. (3) Providing decent and competitive salaries to attract "the best and the brightest" citizens to join the government to become civil services. (4) the rule of law to solve social and political problems in the country's.

The direction of ASN competency development in the 2020-2024 RPJMN is world class government, one of which is the ASN competency development policy through ASN Corpu management institutions, in this case Central Java BPSDMD is an actor in implementing the Corpu strategy in developing the competence of Apparatus HR under the name Jateng Corpu. The implementation of Central Java Corpu needs to know whether the learning has been linked and matched with the needs through the 70-20-10 learning model and the Knowledge Management utility. The method used in this research is descriptive with data collection through document studies and processed logically-inductively. The findings in this study are that the implementation of training at BPSDMD Central Java has transformed on the principle of the Techno Training Center. Learning that can be applied in Central Java Corpu is 70% integrated learning at work, 20% coaching, counseling, and Community of Practice, 10% self learning. There is no post-training evaluation in Central Java Corpu, the alternative can be to use the Kirkpatrick model. The pillar of Central Java Corpu is Knowledge Management, so it is necessary to make rules related to Corpu governance so that employees can convert tacid knowledge into explicit knowledge as Knowledge Management material so that knowledge becomes the property of the institution.

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the comparison of the amount of production, costs, revenue, income and R/C Ratio of the cut chrysanthemum farmers in Samigaluh before and during the Covid-19. The research method is a case study method with a sampling technique by census with the total sample of farmes is 30 before the Covid-19 and during Covid-19 only 12 farmers were trying to plant crysanthemums. Data analysis methode that used is descriptive and quantitative methods. Data comparison analysis was carried out using paired sample t test. The results of the study show that the cost before the Covid -19 was Rp. 8.843.295 while at the time of the Covid-19 was Rp.5.092.551. This shows a decrease in costs during the Covid-19 by 42,41%. The average production before the Covid-19 was 10.533 stalks while at the time of the Covid-19, it was 7.190 stalks. This shows that there is a decrease in average production during the Covid-19 by 31,74%. The average income of farmers before the Covid-19 was Rp. 15.120.000 while at the time of the Covid-19 it was Rp. 1.220.333. This shows a decrease in farmer income by 91,93%. The R/C ratio before the Covid-19 was 1,73 while at the time of the Covid-19 it was -0,77. This indicates a decrease in the R/C ratio by 144,5%. The income received by farmers before the Covid-19 was Rp. 6.376.706 while during the Covid-19 it was -Rp. 4.166.033. This indicates a decrease the level of income by 166%.

Kawasan Taman Gajah merupakan lahan yang dikembangkan menjadi Ruang Terbuka Hijau dan ruang publik yang mampu mengakomodir kebutuhan masyarakat. Dalam upaya mewujudkan pengembangan ini, prasarana transportasi menjadi penting untuk diperhatikan terutama prasarana pejalan kaki. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat persepsi berbagai stakeholder terhadap pengembangan infrastruktur perkotaan berdasarkan walking experience dari stakeholder dan pengguna jalur pejalan kaki. Ditemukan bahwa baik stakeholder dan pengguna jalur pejalankaki memnempatkan elemen pleasure yang berupa ketersediaan jalur pejalan kaki, ketersediaan dan peletakkan fasilitas pelengkap (street furniture) dan penambahan ramp sebagai prioritas dalam pengembangan jalur pejalan kaki di Kawasan Taman Gajah.

Tidak tegasnya batas fungsi kawasan dilapangan sering menimbulkan konflik Beberapa lahan yang berstatus kawasan hutan banyak yang diokupasi masyarakat. Akantetapi, kepastian akan luasan wilayah yang dimanfaatkan masyarakat tersebut dan keberadaannya masih jarang tergambarkan dalam sebuah peta. Apalagi jika kawasan hutan tersebut cukup luas seperti kawasan hutan pendidikan Universitas Hasanuddin yang memiliki luas 1.460,50 ha. Fakta ini sering menyulitkan untuk dilakukannya tindakan antisipasi kejadian penyerobotan lahan. Padahal informasi terkait lahan yang dimanfaatkan dalam kawasan hutan sangatlah diperlukan, hal ini bertujuan untuk perencanaan dan pembangunan wilayah kedepannya. Saat ini, pemanfatan teknologi Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) seperti drone banyak digunakan untuk memetakan suatu wilayah, hal ini dikarenakan dapat menghasilkan foto udara yang dapat merekam suatu wilayah kapan pun, tanpa terikat waktu seperti citra yang diperoleh dari satelit, serta menghasilkan resolusi yang tinggi. The need of clean water continues to increase as the population increases. This shows that it is necessary to take conservation actions and resource management actions so the water source existence and capabilities can be maintained properly. This study aims to determine the design of infiltration wells that can be applied to maintain the spring quantity and sustainability that exists in Dlingo Village, Mojosongo District, Boyolali Regency so that they are available to meet domestic needs, both at the present and in the future. The methods that used in this research are including mathematical methods, descriptive analysis methods, and spatial analysis methods. This research was carried out through several activities including surveis, topographic and slope mapping, groundwater flow direction mapping, rainfall measurement, runoff discharge calculation, and making the design of infiltration well. Based on the calculation results, it is necessary to install infiltration wells with a volume of 2.2608 m3 with total of 150 wells in the study area. It is estimated that the presence of these infiltration wells can increase water infiltration by 0.33912 m3 when the rain comes.

Accessibility and range of services are important aspects in order to measure the government administration in providing basic services for its people. Network analysis is used to identify current services locations within the city of Semarang in order to increase the level of service facilities. The use of the OpenStreetMap database which is rich in spatial information is able to map in detail the coverage of basic services for education and healthcare in the city of Semarang. Therefore with the use of geographic information system technology, it can be a monitoring and evaluation tool that is appropriate for policy makers in formulating public policies.
