Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) consists of static or mobile sensor nodes by selfconfiguring. The nodes get in touch with each other via a special wireless that is utilized to send information between the source and destination nodes. Each sensor node is very cheap and has limited resources such as limited battery power, low bandwidth and so on during the delivery of message from one node to another. In this paper, we used NS-2 to simulate and implemented routing protocols like DSDV protocol, AODV protocol and DSR protocol for many numbers of nodes. We compared network parameters, analyzed and evaluated the performance with comparing the endto-end delay, packet delivery fraction (PDF), throughput and packet loss rate. As the number of nodes increases and the network expands, the performance of the DSDV protocol will decline. When the number of nodes is more than three hundred, the DSDV protocol will lose efficacy.

At present, most of the domestic building safety inspection managements are completed by manual recording and photo evidence, these methods not only consume a lot of manpower and resources, but also have the disadvantages of low efficiency and high error rate. With the deepening application of computer and Internet technology in all walks of life, it provides an opportunity for information development of the safety inspection management as well as the improvement of management efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to design and develop a web-based safety inspection system. The system consists of mobile client software and cloud platform software. The mobile client is based on the Java language, it has the function of mobile client for security inspection management function, while the cloud platform adopts B/S structure and J2EE+SQL server mode, it is convenient to data storage and management. The researches of this paper have ameliorated manual and papery way of safety inspection. At the same time, by using of internet technology, the informatization level and management efficiency of production safety inspection has been improved.

With the updating of communication technology, optical communication system is developing towards high speed and large capacity. In order to maintain the continuous flow of information, all-optical network came into being. Firstly, the optical communication transmission system is introduced. Secondly, according to its principle, the receiver principle is analyzed concretely. Through data optical transmission with computer, based on digital signal processing technology, four technical supports of all-optical network are proposed. Practice has proved the advantages of all-optical network.

In the process of autonomous navigation, mobile robots need to build maps of the surrounding environment and simultaneous localization. The Rao-Blackwellzed particle filter algorithm is one of the methods to efficiently solve the problem that simultaneous localization and mapping of mobile robots. At present, Mapping of inconsistent have long been the focus of research. In order to solve this problem, this paper provides an algorithm which uses high-precision Laser data to correct the proposed distribution based on odometer readings, focus sampling on the possible areas of observation information, reduces the error of proposed distribution, and establish a more accurate map environment. Finally, the experimental verification was carried out on the Bulldog mobile robot platform equipped with a 16-line Laser sensor. The results show that the optimized method of performance is more stable, can improves the diversity of particles and creates highprecision environmental maps online in real time.
