This research aims to find out about experiential marketing and customer loyalty as well as the effect of experiential marketing on customer loyalty in Grab-Car services.The objects examined in this study is experiential marketing and customer loyalty. The research method that used in this research is descriptive verification analysis and the design of research is survey. The sampling technique that used is non- probability sampling and done by using pusposive sampling. This research used simple linear analysis to determine the effect of experiential marketing on customer loyalty in Grab-car services. Data sourced from literature study, observation, questionnaire and interview. The population of this research is all Grab-Car consumers in Batam City. The sampling technique that used is non-probability sampling and done by using purposive sampling with the criteria of respondents is already using Grab-Car service in Batam City at least two times. The number of samples from this study was determined using iteration techniques with the acquisition of a sample size of one hundred thirty six respondents. The results of this research shows that experiential marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty Grab-Car services, which means that any increase in experiential marketing will cause an increase in customer loyalty. The author suggested is that Grab-Car makes think marketing strategies more attractive so that consumers can think deeper so they can provide a good opinion of the company’s services. The rapid development of technology in the digital age has a very big impact in changing the way work from manual to computerized, one of the perceived changes in electronic mail. Aplikasi Manajemen Surat Korporat is one application that can speed up the process of handling incoming and outgoing mail. The purpose of this research is to study the process of managing incoming and outgoing mail using Aplikasi Manajemen Surat Korporat to facilitate the administrative process at PT PLN (Persero) UID West Java. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques carried out by interviewing, observing, documenting with branches of the Secretariat unit, and studying literature from books, journals, and documents relating to research discussions. The results showed that the management of incoming and outgoing mail using Aplikasi Manajemen Surat Korporat in PT PLN (Persero) UID West Java was good, the application used was digital by the times, the system was easy to work on, easy to learn, saving costs, fast, guaranteed security, could distributing information quickly so that every incoming and outgoing mail can be processed quickly, ultimately the service to the public can be improved. Some obstacles are common in nature is the occurrence of disruptions on the internet network that can be overcome when the network improves again

The development of technology that continues to grow, one of which is easy internet access enables people to access information from various sources, including social media. Nowadays, social media is not only used privately, but also companies and even government. One of them, the tourism sector in government. The role of social media, especially Instagram, is recognized as the most appropriate promotional media for travelers in Indonesia. Activities held on social media will spur the occurrence of e-wom and visit intention to Indonesian tourist destinations for domestic tourists. E-wom can be positive and negative e-wom. Therefore, the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism uses @Pesonaid_travel to promote Indonesian tourism and also the Pesona Indonesia’s brand used in @Pesonaid_travel. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of social media marketing activities to increase e-WoM and visit intention through brand equity. This research is a quantitative study, with the type of research used is causality. The population in this study was followers @Pesonaid_travel, totaling 276.000, which was then tested on 400 respondents, using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SEM which is processed with the SmartPLS application. In this study, we want to see how effective the electronic filing system is applied to PT Konimex Solo especially in the Human Resource Department. The researcher used qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were the Head of Recruitment Administration Section, Recruitment Administration Staff, HRD Administration Staff, and Personnel Section Staff. This research is aimed to find out the influence of recruitment toward the performance of the non-medical employee in Pindad General Hospital Bandung. We use quantitative method in this research, and the data collecting method we use observation, questionnaire, interview, documentation study and literature review. The number of population is ten respondents consisted of Head of Non-Medical Employee Affairs and Head of Non-Medical Employee Section, and sample use in this research is Saturation Sampling. The calcuration result of correlation test provides correlation coefficient as much as 0.531 which means that the level of relation strengh (correlation) is between 0.51-0.57 or strongly related. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment on the performance of non-medical employees at Pindad Bandung General Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative methods and data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews, study documentation and literature. The total population is 10 (ten) respondents, namely the head of affairs (Kaur) and the head of the field (Kabid) of non-medical employees, the entire population is sampled then the sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Based on the result of this research, we provide these suggestions : 1) Finding out the employee that has appropriate education level with the position needed, 2) Using the various media to display job vacancy advertisement, 3) Increasing the supervision in academic test, 4) Addition of employee in Human Capital for personnel and education training division. The increasingly fierce business competition conditions and increasing creativity in Bandung require business people, especially in the culinary field, to innovate. One Eighty Coffee and Music is one cafe that innovates by having a unique concept. However, besides the unique things, there are other factors that encourage consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions at a cafe. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find out the most dominant and significant factors in encourage purchasing decisions in One Eighty Coffee and Music. This research is a descriptive type research, using quantitative research methods. The measurement scale in this study is a Likert scale. The population in this study is, One Eighty Coffee and Music consumers with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with one type of grouping namely accidental sampling. The process of data collection is to use primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is factor analysis using SPSS 23 for processing the data. In this study, there are 4 new components that encourage consumers to make purchases at One Eighty Coffee and Music. The four components that can cover all these factors are hedonist, availability and supply, promotion and advertising, and health benefits. Based on the calculation of loading factors, the health benefit factor is the most dominant and significant factor in encourage purchasing decisions in One Eighty Coffee and Music, meaning consumers make purchases at One Eighty Coffee and Music because consumers are aware of their health and One Eighty Coffee and Music is trusted have a healthy menu that can fulfill consumer desires in maintaining personal health and the desire to consume healthy products. Therefore, One Eighty Coffee and Music is expected to provide food that can fulfill health, not just filling, but also makes consumers healthy. Di kota Bandung terdapat banyak usaha yang didirikan oleh keluarga salah satunya toko emas. Pengusaha emas berpendapat usahanya memberikan prospek cerah dengan memilih generasi penerus yang berasal dari anggota keluarga. Namun peneliti harus mencari kebenaran tentang hal tersebut sehingga peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan generasi pertama dalam pemilihan generasi penerus dengan perencanaan suksesi dalam bisnis keluarga agar bertahan dalam waktu yang lama. Elemen-elemen yang menjadi 24 variabel dalam penelitian perencanaan suksesi generasi pertama dalam bisnis keluarga yang dimaksudkan menggunakan enam teori diantaranya Alcorn (1982), John Ward (1998), Alan Carsrud (2006), Soedibyo (2007), Boyd, Royer, Pie dan Zhang (2015) dan Ghee, Ibrahim dan Halim (2015). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi analisis faktor dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi diketahui peneliti melalui survey ke toko emas di kota Bandung sebanyak 120 populasi dan 60 responden. Data kemudian diolah dengan metode analisis faktor melalui bantuan SPSS versi 23 for Windows. Penelitian menghasilkan lima faktor yang mempengaruhi perencanaan suksesi generasi pertama untuk memilih generasi penerus dalam bisnis keluarga toko emas di kota Bandung. Kelima faktor tersebut adalah faktor generasi penerus yang kompeten sebesar 30,014%, faktor sasaran fokus utama sebesar 11,157%, faktor hubungan bisnis dengan keluarga sebesar 11,081%, faktor motivasi generasi pertama sebesar 11,044% dan faktor perencanaan dan kontrol suksesi sebesar 10,642%. Total keseluruhan sebesar 73,938%, sehingga terdapat faktor lain sebesar 26,02% yang mempengaruhi pemilihan generasi penerus bagi bisnis keluarga toko emas di kota Bandung.

Nowadays many companies have make use of information technology. Implementation of information technology has been done partly of wholly, depending on each company’s need. Companies are aware of the benefit in making use of information technology to win the competition in business which is tighter and competitive. The decision to make use of information technology should be started by having the blue print so that the implementation of information technology can be sustained and bring a competitive advantage to the company. One of the form of information technology’s implementation in company is known as e-business. Digital filing is one of the form of e-business implementation in company. Most of work done in company is producing or making documents. Digital filing’s role as a part of information technology is important in managing the company’s documents. By having an excellent document management, documents as an important assets for company, could be maintained and easily found when needed. PT Dirgantara Indonesia as one of the well known state-owned company in Indonesia and overseas has implemented the digital filing as a form of e-business implementation. PT Dirgantara Indonesia is aware of the benefit in using the digital filing in keeping and finding documents needed. This study uses descriptive methodology, while data collections are collected through observation, interview, literature and documentation studies. The results show that the decision in implementing digital filing is a right decision that PT Dirgantara Indonesia have taken, which is in line with PT Dirgantara Indonesia’s vision: “To become the world-class company in the industry based on mastering a high technology and being able to compete in the global market by focusing on cost efficiency”. It proves that PT Dirgantara Indonesia aware to change its business processes platform to digital. Documents management done by PT Dirgantara Indonesia consists of 2 (two) main activities they are filing and finding documents needed. PT Dirgantara Indonesia needs to maintain the hardware and software, internet connection so that documents management can be done smoothly.
