In the wave of the 4th industrial revolution, smart factory is required in many factories. However, small and mid-sized companies (SMEs) still have aging machines and are having difficulties in the data collection stage, which is the basis of smart factories. This study proposes a low cost monitoring method by using an open source based technology that extracts data from the image of the facility control panel without the need for modification of existing facilities. The proposed method was tested and evaluated for forging facilities in automobile parts manufacturing plants through prototyping. As a result of the evaluation, it was confirmed that low-cost facility monitoring is possible, and it will help SMEs build smart factories.

It is difficult to predict an increase or decrease of stock price because of uncertainty. Researches for prediction of stock price using AI technology have been done for a long time. Recently stock buy/sell recommend programs called by Robot Advisor using AI machine learning technology are used. In this paper, to develop a stock buy/sell recommend system using AI technology, an core engine of this system is designed. An analysis and design method of a stock buy/sell recommend system software using AI machine learning technology will be presented by showing user requirement analysis using object-oriented analysis method, flowchart and screen design.

In this paper, an operating algorithm for single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor based on PR current controller is proposed. In general, an asymmetric gap may occur depending on the shape of the rotor of single-phase PMSM, and this causes noise and vibration during high-speed operation. Therefore, in this paper, an operating algorithm for a single-phase PMSM usihng a proportional resonant current conrtoller with excellent control stability was proposed. Proportional resonant current controller has on steady state error is relatevly robust against distortion. Also, steady state error of AC input can be eleminated without complicated calculation process. The validity and availability of the proposed algorithm are

This paper deals with financing an early retirement scheme problem(FERSP) with minimum initial cash and filling up maximum financial interest. For this problem, Guéret et al. programming the Mosel, and Edvall merely realize the CPLEX Branch-and-Cut MIP Solver program to get the optimal solution. But there is no clear rule to finding the solution. This paper suggests calculation formula of bond number decision-making that the reverse from long arrival due date to short. Then we optimize and confirm the bonds number in accordance with continuative effect of the arrival due date. The shortage prepare with the principal and interest of one year deposit(saving) reversely calculation formula.

With the recent increase in the proportion of single-person households, starting in 2016, the domestic shared personnel mobility market such as electric kickboards and electric wheels has grown rapidly. Personal transportation means such as electric kickboards are power devices using electricity and are eco-friendly, lightweight, and do not occupy a separate parking space. Above all, it has the advantage of being convenient to travel short and medium distances, so it has been able to obtain a lot of demand from younger users who pursue reasonable consumption, and accordingly, the related market has grown rapidly. However, as absence of the charging station for electric kickboards, electric kickboards are left everywhere on the road, and are emerging as a threat to safety as well as aesthetics. Therefore, this paper aims to research and propose a new IoT management system for efficient recovery of shared electric kickboards. Through this system, it is expected that the high recovery rate of the electric kickboard can be maintained, and in conclusion, the safety of the user and the surrounding environment can be improved.
