To minimize the resonance frequency error when design Inset-Fed Microstrip Patch Antenna using current formulas. Especially It is found that a constant relation between Antenna patch width and frequency error. Using this relation, calculation frequency and simulation frequency are compared. Finally the comparison induced a formula of revised antenna patch width for accurate frequency in 2-10 GHz. And this formula reduced 2.54% of average frequency error. Last, the Antenna which has same variation with the simulation was producted and measured. It proved the formula's validity.

With the development of communication technology, various forms of digital crime are increasing, and the need for digital forensics is increasing. Moreover, if a textual document containing sensitive data is deliberately deleted or modified by a particular person, it could be important data to prove its connection to a particular person and crime through a system that checks for data modification detection. This paper proposes a data modification detection system that can analyze the hash data, file size, file creation date, file modification date, file access date, etc. of SHA-256, one of the encryption techniques, focusing on text files, to compare whether the target text file is modified or not.

결과 모든 데이터에 대해 최적 해를 찾았다. Abstract The lot sizing problem(LSP) is a hard problem that classified as non-deterministic(NP)-complete because of the polynomial-time optimal solution algorithm is unknown yet. The well-known W-W algorithm can be obtain the solution within polynomial-time, but this algorithm is a very complex, therefore the heuristic approximated S-M algorithm is suggested. This paper suggests linear-time complexity algorithm that can be find not the approximated but optimal solution. This algorithm determines the lot size ∗ in period to the sum of the demands of interval , the period is determined by the holding cost will not exceed setup cost of period.

Determining the percentage of negligence between the parties in the event of road traffic accidents is a significant problem. In order to provide users with more accurate criteria for determining the percentage of negligence, several companies are providing services. However, services currently available are limited to immediate use at the scene of an accident. Generally, the service that determines the percentage of negligence can be used after all accident handling procedures have been completed. This paper provides a real-time traffic accident type and fault rate information provision service utilizing a deep learning-based predictive model to overcome these limitations. Users can immediately identify accident types and fault information by taking pictures at the accident site and check actual precedents of the same accident type. Users will be able to use the service to more accurately and reliably determine the percentage of negligence and handle incidents.

Establishing an investment evaluation system for public ICT projects is ultimately to increase the success rate of public ICT projects in which government finances are invested and to revitalize the projects, thereby establishing a foundation for national economic growth and enhancing the competitiveness of the global ICT industry. This study tried to empirically verify the effect of public ICT project investment evaluation factors established according to the existing evaluation system on actual project success, and to suggest directions for future investment evaluation factors. Five evaluation factors such as public interest, economic feasibility, technology, policy and budget efficiency were derived through prior research, and the effect of these evaluation criteria on actual project success was verified through questionnaires from experts who directly participated in the actual project. In addition, it was confirmed whether the government's support system had a moderating effect between the investment evaluation factors and the project success of the ICT project. The reliability and validity of measurement tools, structural model analysis, and path analysis were empirically analyzed, and the significance of existing ICT investment evaluation factors was verified.

Currently, safety accidents in hospitals are steadily occurring. In particular, safety accidents of elderly patients with weak immunity, such as nursing hospitals, continue to occur, and countermeasures are needed. Most accidents are caused by patient movement. As a method of reducing safety accidents by analyzing and recognizing the sound of the inpatient room according to the movement of the patient, this paper classifies the sound pattern for sound recognition in the hospital inpatient room using DTW (Dynamic Time Warping), an algorithm applicable to time-series pattern recognition. It was analyzed by applying it to the inpatient room environment.

This paper related with the performance comparison of mSE-MMA and mDSE-MMA adaptive equalization algorithm which is possible to reduce the intersymbol interference that occurs in the nonlinear communication channel transmitting 16-QAM signal. This two algorithm is possible to reduce the computational load compared to the current MMA algorithm, it has the degraded equalization performance due to simplified arithmetic in order to applying the mobile communication terminal. In order to improve the performance degradation, they controls the step size according to the existence of arbitrary radius circle of equalizer output compared to transmitted symbol point. The variation of step size according to this principle is applied to the SE-MMA and DSE-MMA , namely mSE-MMA and mDSE-MMA algorithm, the algorithm’s performance were compared in the same channel and noise environment by computer simulation. As a result of simulation, the mSE-MMA has more superior to the mDSE-MMA in residual value of every performance index and SER performance , and the vice versa result in convergence speed.

With the development of the Internet of Things technology, new devices are being developed and used to provide various applications and services. Most IoT devices have a high probability of error because they operate in harsh environments with limited resources. In addition, it is necessary to manage the Internet of Things devices dynamically because new devices are constantly deployed. In this paper, we design a system that allows users to monitor the mounting of new devices to perform the necessary tasks and implement prototypes to validate their operability. Our system also provides a web-based programming interface to direct work on new modules and share work content with each other.
