Development of Power Supply for Millimeter-wave Tracking Radars 毫米波跟踪雷达电源的研制

Millimeter-wave tracking radars should be operated in various environmental restrictions, thus they demand more computing power and smaller size compared to conventional tracking radars. This paper presents the design and implementation of the compact power supply for millimeter-wave tracking radar applications. To meet requirements of low voltage/high current and voltage accuracy for FPGA/DSP digital circuits, Point of Load (POL) converters are used in order to enhance power density and system efficiency. LDO (Low Dropout) is applied for the output voltage under the light load condition, then the single-input-multi-output power supply with max power of 375 W and 8 outputs is developed. The proposed power supply achieves output voltage accuracy of ±2 % and noise level of <50 mVpp % under full load conditions.

Variable Switching Duty Control of Switched Reluctance Motor using Low-Cost Analog Drive 基于低成本模拟驱动的开关磁阻电机可变开关占空控制

For accurate speed and current control in industrial applications, SRM (Switched Reluctance Motor) is very important to synchronize the stator phase excitation and rotor position in the drive due to its nature. In general, position sensors such as encoder and resolver are used to generate rotational force by exciting the stator winding according to the rotor position and to control the motor by using speed and position information. However, for these sensors, 1) the cost of the sensors is quite large in terms of price, so the proportion of the motor system to the total system cost is high. 2) In terms of mechanical, position sensors such as encoders and resolvers are attached to the stator to increase the size and weight. In conclusion, in order to drive the SRM, control based on the rotor position information should be basically performed, and it is important to design the SRM driving system according to the environment in consideration of the application field. Therefore, in this paper, we intend to study the driving and control characteristics of SRM through variable switching duty control by designing a low-cost analog driving device, deviating from the general control system using the conventional encoder and resolver.

Design of Simulated Photovoltaic Power Streetlight for Education using Renewable Energy Utilization and Storage Function 利用可再生能源利用与存储功能的模拟光伏教育路灯设计

A Photovoltaic power streetlight is a system that uses solar energy to charge a secondary battery and then uses it for night lighting through a lamp, and can be configured as a standalone or grid-connected type by installing an LED streetlight at the load end. The energy generated through the solar cell module can be charged to the secondary battery through the charge/discharge control device, and then the LED street light can be turned on and off by comparing the power generation voltage and the charging voltage according to the monitoring of solar radiation, or by setting a specific time after sunset or sunrise. Based on these contents, this paper designed and manufactured a simulated solar power streetlight for education using new and renewable energy utilization and storage functions. Using these educational equipment, students can 1) understand the flow of energy change using renewable energy including sunlight as electric energy, 2) understand new and renewable energy, and cultivate basic design and manufacturing application power of related products, 3) The use of new and renewable energy through power conversion and strengthening of practical training and analysis through hardware production can be instilled.

Proposal of Informatization Performance Management Model for the ETO-based Shipbuilding and Marine Industry 基于eto的造船海洋工业信息化绩效管理模式的提出

Despite the importance of information technology, research on information-oriented performance management and performance management methods are very insufficient. In this paper, the SSU-ITPM model, a company-wide informatization performance evaluation and management model that reflects the characteristics of the shipbuilding and marine industry with high cooperative and process complexity, was presented. This model consisted of informatization planning and project management, informatization field utilization evaluation, informatization utilization quality evaluation, informatization user satisfaction evaluation, and informatization effect achievement evaluation. In addition, through the application of Company D, the feasibility of practical application of the model was confirmed. This study is expected to provide a practical reference model for informatization performance management of ETO plant-based companies such as the shipbuilding and offshore sector.

Proposal to Supplement the Missing Values of Air Pollution Levels in Meteorological Dataset 关于补充气象数据集中空气污染水平缺失值的建议

Recently, various air pollution factors have been measured and analyzed to reduce damages caused by it. In this process, many missing values occur due to various causes. To compensate for this, basically a vast amount of training data is required. This paper proposes a statistical techniques that effectively compensates for missing values generated in the process of measuring ozone, carbon dioxide, and ultra-fine dust using a small amount of learning data. The proposed algorithm first extracts a group of meteorological data that is expected to have positive effects on the correction of missing values through statistical information analysis such as the correlation between meteorological data and air pollution level factors, p-value, etc. It is a technique that efficiently and effectively compensates for missing values by analyzing them. In order to confirm the performance of the proposed algorithm, we analyze its characteristics through various experiments and compare the performance of the well-known representative algorithms with ours.

Suggestion of RE and TDD-based V&V Development Process for Scientific Software Implementation 基于RE和tdd的V&V开发流程对科学软件实施的建议

Scientific software requires a development process different from conventional application software due to its unique characteristics, such as expert-level deep domain knowledge requirements. In this study, we proposed a V & V development process based on RE (Reverse Engineering) and TDD (Test-Driven Development) for software development for science. We also configured a virtual scenario for the actual project, applied it, checked the procedure, and refined it. The development process of this study, suggested for the purpose of developing scientific software, will contribute to the development and application of the software that can provide high quality and high reliability. And This study is expected to serve as an opportunity for the development of scientific software and the spread of research.

In this study, we proposed a V & V development process based on RE (Reverse Engineering) and TDD (Test-Driven Development) for software development for science. We also configured a virtual scenario for the actual project, applied it, checked the procedure, and refined it. The development process of this study, suggested for the purpose of developing scientific software, will contribute to the development and application of the software that can provide high quality and high reliability.
