This paper introduces a method for improving accuracy using the first convolution layer, which is not used in most modified CNN(: Convolution Neural Networks). In CNN, such as GoogLeNet and DenseNet, the first convolution layer uses only the traditional methods(3x3 convolutional computation, batch normalization, and activation functions), replacing this with RGB-csb. In addition to the results of preceding studies that can improve accuracy by applying RGB values to feature maps, the accuracy is compared with existing CNN using a limited number of images. The method proposed in this paper shows that the smaller the number of images, the greater the learning accuracy deviation, the more unstable, but the higher the accuracy on average compared to the existing CNN. As the number of images increases, the difference in accuracy between the existing CNN and the proposed method decreases, and the proposed method does not seem to have a significant effect.

The rapid aging is increasing as the shortage of medical facilities and the resulting of decline in the quality of public health. In order to ease the burden of rising medical expenses, advanced medical institutions are expanding their remote medical care to lower the cost of services. U-healthcare detects the changes in physical and chemical phenomena occurring in the human body and converts them into electrical signals that can be processed and feeds back to the results through analytical and visualization processes to select only the desired information from the measured signals. The service is provided through a process of providing an alarm to a user. However, traditional biometric methods of attaching sensors directly to the body can be annoying and rejected in daily life. Therefore, there is a need for a method of continuously measuring biometric information without causing inconvenience to daily life. In this paper, we propose an IR-UWB-based non-contact and non-responsive respiratory measurement system that can continuously monitor biological information without any inconveniences to daily life.

The radio wave propagation characteristics of the transmitter and receiver position change in the indoor environment were predicted through simulation, then the results obtained through the transmission loss measurement were compared and analyzed with the simulation results. The conference room was chosen as the environment for measuring transmission loss, and the radio transmission characteristics of the two environments were compared by selecting the exhibition hall without interior decorations and fixtures. In each indoor environment, the position of the transmitter chose two cases. One located in the center of the front wall and the other in the center of the side wall, and the position of the receiver moved along the centerline of the conference room and the side wall, measuring the receiving power. For each change in transmitter-receiver position, received power of 3GHz and 6GHz band were measured and compared with the simulation forecast results. The changes in received power at each receiving point were analyzed according to the location of the transmitter and the frequency band variation. Corresponding Author : Hwa-Choon Lee Dept. of Electronic Engineering, Chosun University. The bidding program uses statistical analysis method of the collected bidding information and the accumulated bidding results from the public/private sector; however, it is not easy to predict the accurate bidding price by winning the bid method through multiple lottery. Therefore, this paper analyzes the accuracy of the current state data of the electric construction bid from January 2015 to August 2019 acquired from the electric net, which is an electronic bidding site, We use MLP and RNN method, and proposes a technique to predict the bidding amount necessary for the winning bid by predicting the amount between the first and the lowest bidder.

As the paradigm of manufacturing and production is also changing in line with the fourth industrial revolution, the social demands and directions for Industry 4.0 cannot be reversed, and the scalability and universality of 3D printing technology are attracting attention. 3D printer is a technology developed for the purpose of reducing product development costs, and with the recent expiration of 3D printer technology patent, related technology has been revealed and various technologies applied are being researched and developed, and various singularities have been discovered and supplemented. Thus, to compensate for the inconvenience of the current output method, which requires direct offline adjustment of the machine in the use of 3D printers and 3D printing through direct input of modeling data, the design of the IoT system is proposed to perform real-time online output requests for multiple 3D printers, monitoring functions that can expect normal outputs, and online real-time remote management functions for multiple 3D printers.
