Recently, as competition in the food industry intensifies, restaurants offering unusual foods are increasing. However, the information provided by the menu is limited to the ingredients and prices of the foods, which does not help the guests choose the menu. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a food menu guidance system using augmented reality technology. The proposed system combines augmented reality technology and video content to provide information about food on the menu as a video. Therefore, it provides more realistic and vibrant images than the existing menu board provides food information in a simple image format. In addition, the proposed system is expected to be applied to tourist attractions, museums and galleries as a new type of guidance system beyond the limitations of text and image-oriented brochures.

ESS(Environmental Stress Screening) is an important production process to remove 'latent defects' introduced in the production of products. Recently, ESS is included in QAR(Quality Assurance Report) as an essential quality assurance requirement for products in the defense business. However, depending on the author of the QAR or the classification of the weapon system, it is often identified that the content and form are different or important elements are omitted. Therefore, this paper proposes a MIL-HDBK-344A based quantitative ESS requirement standard to secure the consistency and completeness of QAR. and to make easier to calculate PE(Precipitation Efficiency), which is an indicator for identifying the latent defects elimination effect.

Magnetic gears have the same characteristics as mechanical gears, and each rotor does not come in contact, which is advantageous over mechanical gears in friction noise, heat generation, and maintenance. In addition, when the rotor using the coil-winding is applied, it is possible to control the output of the gear as well as to cut off its own drive in the emergency situation and to change its gear ratio. So the application of the magnetic gear is infinite. However, when the coil-winding rotor is used, cogging torque due to the attraction force between the permanent magnet and the iron core appears, which leads to an increase in the torque ripple component causing the rotor vibration. Therefore, in this paper, various shapes of the coil-winding rotor are analyzed to reduce the torque ripple of the rotor, and the optimum shape for reducing the torque ripple of the magnetic gear is presented.

Deep learning shows outstanding performance in image and video analysis, such as object classification, object detection and semantic segmentation. In this paper, it is analyzed that the performances of deep learning models can be affected by characteristics of train dataset. It is proposed as a method for selecting activation function and optimization algorithm of deep learning to classify facial expression. Classification performances are compared and analyzed by applying various algorithms of each component of deep learning model for CK+, MMI, and KDEF datasets. As results of simulation, it is shown that genetic algorithm can be an effective solution for optimizing components of deep learning model.

In this study, we compared and analyzed the Arduino-based IoT coding environment, which is most frequently used in OSHW, and the microbit-based IoT coding environment developed and spread in the UK. The results show that a microbit-based educational environment can offer a variety of benefits. Although the basic problems are defined and compared, many differences occur. Microbit-based environment has less overhead than Arduino-based environment, which is effective for IoT coding education.

In this paper, we analyzed the effects of musical stimuli on humans in performing mathematical tasks through EEG measurements. The musical stimuli were divided into preferred music and non-preferred music, and mathematical tasks were divided into memorization task and procedure task. The data measured in the EEG experiments was divided into frequency bands of Theta, SMR, and Mid-beta because of the concentration. In our results, preferred music causes more positive emotional response than no music and non-preferred music regardless of the type of mathematical task.

Children should be provided with the right to be protected by adults, related organizations, or countries because they lack power, situation recognition ability, and situation judgment ability compared to adults. Also, children's accidents and accidents caused by neglect of management occur every year. Currently, there are about 3 to 20 children managed by one teacher in a daycare center, and it is very difficult for teachers to care for all children as many children have to be managed. Especially, when outdoor activities are conducted in open space, children's activities are expanded compared to the in-house, and children who do not follow the control of the in-house teacher may occur, so there is a limit to the control and management of children depending on the viewpoint of teachers. In this study, we designed and implemented IoT terminal and system to provide safety to children
